I had a great experience I had to get a tire change out it was about to rain and I need it done fast so they fast tracked me and I was able to get back to my vehicle and get the tire on before it started raining

The last two time I have taken to have my vehicle service, I have noticed that I was being charges for topping off the other fluids under hood and same had not been topped off. Got to Plaza as they opened on a Saturday. Good thing they only had two people working. One doing front desk and changing oil and another person working in shop. Must be very stressful for two people as most working people have Saturday to get there oil changed. The two people did the best the could but it did not take long for lobby to get backed up. John was not working this Saturday as everyone needs a weekend off. This site misses John when he is not working.

Great Customer service. I had a blow out on and Johnny came and got me (I always get the roadside service plan with my tires). He took the blown out tire off. We went back to the shop. I bought two new tires. He took me back to my vehicle and put the tire back on my truck. I then returned to Plaza tire for an oil change. Plaza tire Kennett, Mo needs to sell farm tires and implement tires. Big John knows the farmers and what they need. We have Raban Tire in kennett. But they will not stock a tire, will take 1-5 days to get a tire. Or there service truck is broke down. Farms don’t have time to wait around on a tire, or anything else for that matter. Agriculture is about the only thing Kennett has going for it anymore. I think getting in the farm tires will be a big boost for Plaza tire. John is a very respectable man that knows his business. I’d give him 5 stars anyday!

I went in for oil change and for them to check brakes. Good thing my wife and kids did not take off in the vehicle as we originally intended because I got down the road and the back end of the vehicle had a horrible shake to it. When I got pulled back in parking lot I looked to see that only one lug nut was left on one of the tires. Accidents happen but this is one that could have been far worse on the outcome had she been driving and not known what to do or it decided to come off at 70mph. Really disappointed especially after another incident happened with one of our work cars recently where they performed completely the wrong service.

I have been traveling from Tennessee to Kennett Plaza Tire for over 20 years. John and his staff have always performed excellent work on all 3 of my vehicles. I wanted to give a zero star rating but there’s not one. This shop turned a good car into junk in a hurry. ( Quick change artist for sure ). Dropped car off for service , picked it up later the same day. Traveled about 1,5 to 2 miles before oil warning lights came on. It died on the way back to the shop. No oil touching the dipstick. The car now makes a loud tapping noise that was not there before the service. The shop and district manager are now just giving me the run around Claiming no fault on their part. So if you get you oil changed there better check it before you start your engine. Totally Disgusted with this shop. Buyer beware very aware.

As I entered I was greeted with a warm smile and ask what they could do for me. They were very attentive and respectful the lobby was neat clean and in order the gentleman that inspected my car was very theral and the gentleman that was in the office was respectful and professional . There restrooms look great. I noticed their work area was kept up . I observed two other customers in the lobby sitting comfortably in chairs with the TV on and they had expressed how satisfied they had been with tire plaza and that they wouldn't go anywhere else. Very unhappy with my service. Went in there because I had a noise in my fairly new brakes. Ask the manager to just take a look and see if something was in between the pad and rotor. He calls me around an hour later saying I need new rotors and pads all the way around. I told him to go ahead if it was needed. When I arrived to pay I asked to take a look at my old rotors and pads, up on seeing them I realized they looked brand new. I ask him to pls put my old brakes back on, he then began to argue and even threaten to remove me from the store. He eventually had his guys clean the old set of brakes and remount them to my truck. Have not had an issue with the brakes. Very unplayed that he tried to scam me into buying jew brakes. Also displeased with his customer service. Heard gret things about plaza of kennett, but now I dont think I will return.

There has been times where with my truck they could have done a brake job and charged me for it, but they said the truck did not need brakes.
