We took our car in to have a flat repaired. We were without our car for a day and a half because this location is consistently understaffed. The customer service is as good as it can be so I don’t blame management. It’s going to be hard to continue to shop with Plaza Tire when Discount just opened up down the street. Last time I had a flat fixed at Discount tire they met me in the parking lot and fixed my tire and rotated them in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, most people don’t have the option to leave their car for more than a day.

Had an alignment issue, and they fixed it right up. And had a tire patched. All free of charge since I had lifetime alignments on this car, and had bought these tires from them. It’s a great place. I take all my cars there, and I’m a pretty picky car enthusiast.

I needed an oil change and my tires rotated, but I forgot to let the tech know. While there the tech and as the pulled my car out the tech stated to me, we rotated the tires and balanced the wheels for you also. He said it appeared in our records it was time for that. I was so happy and satisfied and since I had forgotten I didn't dare mention it, thank you Plaza Tire for looking out for me. I always get good and polite service at any store I go to.

I have been a plaza tire customer for many years. From Illinois to Missouri, for cars trucks and campers I have purchased tires and had them serviced at plaza tire. In my experience they have a good product at a reasonable price. My most recent experience was for a tire rotation for tires I bought a fewonths ago. Plaza took care of the service in about one hour which I consider acceptable.

We entrusted our cherished 1996 GMC Sierra with low mileage to Plaza Tire for an oil change and radiator fluid change. This is standard run-of-the mill service but our vehicle is in like new condition and we know when we get it back from Plaza Tire it will be the same. Mark is super, courteous and professional.

My tire had a piece of metal in it. I left it in until I got to Plaza. They pulled it out. Checked out the tire and turns out it was not leaking air. So they didn't charge anything. Really appreciate it and will definitely go back.

Plaza got my truck in quickly and called and said it was the water pump and fixed it that same day. The truck has run fine since then. My only issue is at the checkout I told the guy I had a flush coupon for $10 off and he said it didn't have a flush. When I checked the bill it showed a flush so I wasn't too happy about that.

We had a nail in our tire, we did not have an appointment, we got our car up to Plaza Tire on a busy Saturday, they said if we were not in a hurry they would fix it. We left our car and about three hours later they called and said they could not repair the tire, the nail was too close to the side wall, they also could not get the tire I needed for a 2023 Audi. We went to pick up the car and the guys were so nice, they filled it with more air so I could drive to the Audi dealer. They are always so nice and helpful, though I was disappointed that they couldn’t get the tire, they did everything they could to try to fix the problem and did not charge us anything. Plaza Tire is the only place we ever take our cars, they are honest and nice guys. Thank you for your efforts! We have never had a bad experience there.

My niece had a blowout on New Years Weekend and they were scheduled to close early at 4:00pm, I didn’t call until 1:30 and said it would be an hour before I could get there. I was very pleased with the changing of four tires on my vehicle. I stopped in without an appointment and a little over an hour later was back on the road. While changing a tire the technician found a rear oil seal leaking. This leak could have gone on for a long time if he did not tell me and show me the problem. I have always been pleased with dealing with the Plaza Tire located in Lake St. Louis.

The Service Writer did not offer to assist with the cost to replace the leaking valve stem installed by Plaza Tire that was leaking after new new tires were installed at Plaza Tire. Instead he just charged me the full price to replace the valve stem and did not offer any apology for the defective part. Each time we went to the Lake St Louis location, we were talked to about getting the Plaza Tire Credit Card. We were told that we would receive $25 off each oil change if we have the Plaza Tire credit card. We were told this by the manager of the store Mike and 2 sales people. My husband and I were each talked to by the sales people and Mike separately about this ”deal”. We signed up for the card and scheduled an oil change. When we went to go pick up our car, they said we did not receive $25 off each oil change. They stood there and told us there is no way anyone would have told us that. There is no way that we could have made this up. Like I stated before, my husband and I both went separately and were told the same thing multiple times. Don’t fall for the credit card $25 off savings oil changes trap that we did. It was a sleazy sales pitch.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon because the tire pressure gage came on in my car telling me my tire only had 25 pounds. This was just a few hours before they close but he pleasantly told me if I could be patient with the timing, he would work it in. I only had to wait about 15 min after I got there before they took the car in the shop and about 20 min later it was done and I was told it was the tire valve and because I had the life time warranty, I didn’t owe anything. I love this place! I had a new set of tires pu on my 2019 Accord less than a month ago and figured it was time to get a new set on the truck also for work this summer. Mount and balance 4 oem size tires on oem wheels. All 4 wheels damaged by tire machine when mounting. Had to bring vehicle back up and discuss damage with service advisor. All 4 wheels had to be sent out and repaired. TPMS sensors were not taught to new positions durring any of this. Wheel damage was not disclosed at time of pickup. I saw it and brought it to their attention. How long gouges in the finished surface of the wheel were not noticed when tires were being mounted on the rim, durring the balancing process or even when the wheels were installed back on the vehicle is beyond me.

I bring all my vehicles to this location for service. This vehicle has brake noise coming from the back they told me it was a stuck caliper rubbing on the rotor and I needed new pads,calipers and rotors on both sides in the back to the tune of $900. Luckily I have a good bit of car knowledge myself and a very handy brother that looked at them. The noise was a squeaker in the brake pad to warn you when they need to be replaced. Whomever moved my car after I dropped it off and before I picked it up left oily residue on my drivers seat as well as residue on the passengers door. I am far from being a neat freak with my vehicle, but was pretty irritated by this. It’s taken several attempts to get the cloth upholstery clean again. I went there for two new tires and an oil change. Pretty simple and routine for places like this. I get 15 miles down the road to go get groceries and as I’m walking back to my vehicle I see something hanging down and oil dripping. I immediately call Mike at Plaza Tire and he tells me to bring it right back that they would fix it, he knew exactly what was wrong he said! So after I’m sitting there for about 10-15 he comes back and tells me it’s just a covering that keeps dust out and it means nothing but they zipped tied it up for me! Wait, what?? He said I didn’t need that thing and he wouldn’t sell me one even if I asked him to because they aren’t necessary. And the oil I seen dripping was some that was just spilled and nothing was leaking. Now 2 weeks later we are on vacation and that piece is hanging down again and we are on the highway driving on a Sunday and there is nothing we can do about it. The dude lied and should’ve put a new one on or gave me a big discount. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend.

Van flunked emissions test but manager thought there might have been something wrong with testing machine . He could have said I had to go somewhere else to check van or come back later after they had their machine serviced; instead he called another shop and asked them to accept my van even though that station was swamped with work. I was able to get my car in on almost no notice. The battery had died and I had an appointment with work. Had the battery jumped and got the car started. Drove to Plaza Tire on Hwy N in St. Charles County. They took the care in on the rack, as the left front tire has to be removed to change the battery! Alternator was checked, and is good. I have been going to Plaza Tire for many years and have always been happy with their service. On this occasion,, my boy and I took his car in to have ball joints replaced. When they tried to remove the ball joints they were rusted into the lower control arms and would not come out without destroying the control arms. So they ended up needing to replace both lower control arms as well. However, they only charged him for the original price of the ball joints. There is not many places that would do this. I appreciate how fast I was able to receive a new tire on my passenger side rear. Apparently the tire was defective and could not be patched. I had originally purchased 2 tires mounted on the rear of my Jeep Cherokee latitude a little over 1 week ago from the Plaza Tire location close to my home on Mexico Road in St Peters Mo. I have to admit that I am upset by the fact that a tire I purchased a little over a week ago was defective causing a flat tire and I had to pay 37.00 to keep up the tire warranty. I just don’t think that was fair

All tires had 4-5 more pounds than what they should have, not the biggest deal, but a pain none the less. My only disappointment was they had no techs on staff who could address a problem I was having with a power door lock actuator - I ended up taking it to a different Plaza Tire location for that work. I have always been really pleased with service received on my vehicle and how I have been treated!! Yesterday I had an appointment for tie rod issues and power steering flush...time involved was close to 2 1\2 hrs....I paid my bill, left, noticed a new sound and returned...Alex drove it around the building and agreed he heard saying it was connected with the brake rotor...that was the first I heard this!! He was very apologetic telling me what was done today had nothing to do to cause this and if I had further issues with the noise to bring it back and he would take care of it and make it right with me....I left feeling satisfied....later I reviewed the billing and noticed that the power steering flush was not done... I immediately called and was told it wasn't flagged by Mike!! Now I'll have to make another appointment ....not very happy about this!!
