I thought I needed brakes per a different shop. After Plaza Tire did a quick check I did not need new brakes yet. So money saved there. This store has always been for helping the customer. This is the shop I go to for whatever needs done.

For the first time of dealing with the Malden location I was less than pleased with the service I received. There was a new person working the front and he seemed more interested in padding my bill than making sure I received the service I brought the vehicle in for. I spent several hours waiting for the vehicle's brakes fixed and at closing time when I got into the truck the brake petal went all the way to the floor. I brought this to the person in charge attention and was told that was normal and if not satisfied bring it back tomorrow. It was obvious that it was closing time and I was on my own. I literally had very little brakes and was scared to drive the 8 miles to my home. I was told by two friends who knew more than I about vehicles than I that they evidently did not bleed the brakes after replacement. I did take the vehicle back the following day and it was worked on again. I am still apprehensive about the brakes, they still don't "feel" right. I have always dealt with Shawn until this last service and have been satisfied with the customer service.

Speed of service was 5 stars, however they did NOT put the tire donut back under the van, which I specifically asked them to do since I am not able to do. Instead they tossed it in the back where it got black marks all over the inside and they didn't even bother to put the hub cap back on. Also the lug nuts have a shiny metal cover and they tore up one of them. Those things would cause me to give a 1 star rating so I averaged your rating to 3 stars.

Literally paid 90 dollars for an Alignment just so my truck could pull to the direction it was pulling to before they touched it in a worse way after calling and them saying itll probably be a 30 minute wait I sat there allllllllllllllllllll day. They also don't do tune ups and even though a I asked to have brakes oil and anything else looked at, I don't think they actually did shit but air up the tires while it was on a lift. Love Plaza Tire at Malden. On my trip there on Friday, the person who checked me in was rude n not friendly. He asked if I had a appointment, n I said no, the lady I had talked to the day before said I didn't have to have one. I told him what she said n his response was well, she isn't going to be here for three days. Which I thought was rude. He really didn't act like he wanted to wait on me. There was only one customer there, with their car up in the lift. I guess I disturbed their break, I stood there for a few minutes before he came in to talk to me. One of the men who worked there was smoking, in the bay area,n when they went back to work he threw his lit cigarette across the floor without putting it out. Which I consider a dangerous thing to do with oil n other things in the bay area. Have used Plaza Tire for many, many years, never have I been treated this way. I would rate my experience a 1! I started out at Kennett plaza tire getting my car tires aligned! The said they did it ! When I drove the car it would Dart when you would hit a bump so I took it back and they alligned it again but it was wearing the inside of my back tiresout! So I carried it to Malden Plaza Tire to align my tires the steering wheel wasn't even straight so I carried it back and they realighned it! Well in no time the back tires wore to threads on the inside! I then went to Plaza tire in Poplar Bluff and purchased a new set of tires that I should not have had to buy! They found that there was parts that needed replaced on my car that would not allow it to be Aligned! I am not very happy with Kennett or Malden stores and will never go back to either!

I always thought I could trust Plaza Tire, being a single older lady. I was driving down the road and a knocking noise started in my front end. I immediately pulled in to Plaza Tire to have it checked. The diagnosis was all my struts needed replaced. Fortunately the parts had to be ordered and it would be the following day before they could get to it with a cost of $1600.00. My vehicle is a 2017 with 59000 miles. A coworker said that it sounded suspicious and recommended a second opinion. The culprit was a rock. My struts were fine. I couldn’t believe Plaza Tire would take advantage of me like that. I will never go back, not even for an oil change. It is a sad state of affairs when you can’t trust a local company. I could have been out $1600. It makes me wonder if they were just going to pocket the money and tell me the car was fixed.

Johnny & the staff at Malden Plaza Tire are so nice & friendly. They do what they say they did as the car always runs better when we leave there. And a big issue is that the oil registers that it's been changed & the stick shows its been filled with the plug/stopper underneath the car has been replaced properly, so the oil don't leak out. We will drive the apprx 25 miles to get the best service from them than use anyplace around where we live.

You couldn’t ask for a better service than what was received during my interaction at your Malden Missouri location. Great group of employees from the service desk to the technicians. During my visitation I observed the store manager going above and beyond to provide a great service to an disgruntled customer who from my understanding was wanting an adjustment on a tire that was well beyond it’s warranty life. Very courteous during the whole dilemma even while the customer was voicing his opinion of what he thought was poor service.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Plaza Tire in Malden on Monday, Jan. 9, 2019. It took a bit longer than I was told it would be, since I had an appointment @ 9: AM. The service was otherwise satisfactory. I had rear brakes replaced on my Mercury & they seem to be working fine. No more noise when I apply them.

First my seat was damaged more by the time i got my car back and second they gashed my steering wheel cover so it had a big ol flap flappin and i had to buy another . they said nothing and just leave me wonder if i need to speak up or just move forward. its insulting to have your property damaged with things being done like oil changed etc. lack of customer service hardcore. People seem burned out on their job. they use no protection for your seat or their hands which leave grease all over your steering wheel. Just disappointing that these lil things that make all the difference are ignored.

They took a hour and a half to change the oil. I asked them to check out my tires because I knew they needed air in them. They said they did when I asked if he had done that. They did not check the tires at all. They put no under the hood fluids in. I will never use their service again. I will not recommend them to anyone. I know you can make it to a 5 just keep working on it, The manager did call me the next day to make sure everything was okay with the car and that I was happy. I expressed my concerns about how everything had been handled, but yes the car was fixed to my satisfaction and with the manager being concerned enough to give me a call I am changing my original 3 stars to a 4. To be honest was not worth the 62.00 dollars was charged because they over filled my truck with oil . I called the store and talked to Shane at that store about them over filling the oil he said he would have to talk to his manager and call me back and that was Saturday (5-17-2017). It's now Monday (5-19-2017) an still no reply back in live In Arkansas there is no tire plazas here so either want my money back or tire Plaza tire pay for a new oil change close to me due to my oil being over filled!

My experience with plaza tire in Malden Missouri went amazing. I am unfamiliar with tire sizes and everything of that nature. I went in and your employee Tony Tinnin helped me with everything and educated me with a lot of things I did not know about, even though he did not have too. He took his time and explained them. The manager Tony was very professional an very friendly , and the employees very nice and respectful towards the customers and their needs. I feel your contract work sheets need a little work they are kind of confusing. I have been doing business with Plaza tire approx. 12 years only one problem occurred approx 10 different vehicles

Service on truck was fast but the next day I had oil on my carport, went back to Plaza Tire explained what was going on and they immediately put my truck on the rack and found what the problem was they took care of the oil leak quickly and without fussing. They also gave my something that would take the oil stains off of my concrete on the carport. They are without question very good to deal with and my vehicles will go back to Plaza Tire for my service work.

I came needing a inspection at 12:45 and was told the guy that does inspections would be back around130 came back and the guy that told me this was that guy that did the inspection. When I was there the first time they werent busy at all, 2nd time I showed waited for over an hour. The guy that did my inspection was more interested in talk on the phone personal not business. No one there at the helm seem like chaos to me?

I had 4 tires dismounted and 4 more tires mounted and balanced back on my rims. I was there when they opened the doors and they pulled me right in. However, it took them 2 full hours to do it. Definately not a quick change shop!!! I was disappointed.

The thing that bothers me the most is every time I am there, there is a new manager. They give us a song and dance and make promises of taking care of the customer. Then they boast about other one being FIRED! Not very professional in my opinion. Wish I had never bought tires there. You don't air the dirty laundry in public. All u have to say is they are exploring other avenues and u aren't sure what their status is because u were brought from another location.
