My car had a tire with a slow leak. When I went to get it repaired I had no idea when they would take care of it. They simply asked me to wait for awhile and they completed the task. There was both a nail and stem was leaking. Not only that but they shared a report of many areas that had been checked while I was waiting.

While on a brief trip in town shopping the low tire pressure light came on in my car. I drove straight to Plaza where in a short time the staff there checked my tires for leaks or anything that might cause a leak. My tire sensor valve was broke I had to drive home with my 9 year old son 35 miles away I get home and didn't notice until I got home my tire pressure was on 0.15 luckily I made it home safely. I called to let them know since I took it straight to my mechanic where he showed me the broken valve caused by the alignment. Tire plaza took zero ownership for this common mistake and horrible safety issue that it could of caused. I went in to have my front brakes looked at. Nothing else. After about 2 hours They call and tell me i need front and back brakes plus a front end alignment and rotors and 2 new tires. And it would cost just under 1200 dollars. I agreed to the 2 new tires and the alignment nothing else. Which came to 255 dollars. My brother who is an excellent shade tree mechanic put the front brakes on for me and said the was absolutely nothing wrong with the rotors. And plaza tire wanted almost 800 for back brakes and rotors. I think something shady was going on. Very doubtful ill go back there

All it took was a quick call to set up and appointment. Dropped my vehicle off and it was promptly ready when I came to pick it up. I was pleased with my service from Plaza tires. They had coupons for oil change and I needed to get that done so I went. I was not pressured to upgrade to something more expensive but simply got the basic oil and filter change. It is great to get what the customer wants rather than be urged to get more and pay more. I have also purchased four new tires previously from Plaza Tires. I am pleased with my purchase and the discount that was advertised. I would give a 5 star rating.
