I called to set a time to have four tires balanced. I was told to bring the truck in and they could get me in right away. I was there within 10 minutes and then waited 2.5 hours. When I inquired about my truck, the manager said that I was next on the list, but the tech needed to take a lunch first. I would have been happy to make an appointment for another day, but don't tell me you can get me in right away and then make me wait three hours.

My truck started smoking when running after an oil change from another vendor and when I took it to Plaza Tire, found that they used synthetic blend, which is NOT a good idea on a high mileage truck. They drained, flushed and put the proper oil in and never had an issue again. They most likely saved me from engine damage! Now I take all of my vehicles to them! Plus they have a darned good team working there! Highly recommend no question!

Highly recommended. My “go-to” place for oil changes, rotations, alignments, and tires. Great service. I always get 100% synthetic (they carry Valvoline products). Another customer ahead of me at my last visit wanted Mobil-1 for which there was a significant upcharge (he declined service), but Valvoline is a good lubricant too. The former manager (Zach Pappas) was just excellent but he moved to work at a Plaza Tire in Columbia and the assistant manager is running the show for now … he is doing a good job, though I did have a problem with scheduling services this time, but that got resolved (hence, 4 stars vs. 5). Facilities are only a couple of years old and are well maintained. All areas accessible by customers (front desk, waiting area with free coffee, and restrooms) are always very clean. Garage working area also always looks tidy - that tells me a lot, and it is very positive.

I went in to have my tires rotated and my lug nuts replaced. The staff was friendly, but there was some miscommunication about the cost of parts. I was informed when the cost of individual lug nuts was going to be higher than quoted, but a second part that showed up on my invoice was not discussed with me before I was billed. I think the staff had good intentions, but failed to keep track of what I had been informed about.

I purchased 4 new tires. The installer put two of the tire on the wrong direction causing a long wait time. I'm grateful that the manager saw the mistake before I left. It is typical to have something go wrong every visit. But is much much better than Walmart.

I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Mentioned that I believed one of my tires had a leak. When I picked it up I was assured there wasn’t a leak or hidden hole anywhere. Two days later I was having trouble with the same tire, called the shop and spoke with Zach who told me to go to a shop in Columbia and they would get it looked at. Had done some repairs on my truck as I had a bearing blow on the front end. New axle since the threads on it were stripped out.. And new bearing. Did a great job on front end alignment even tho they had said there was alot or stress that had been done to truck that I was very much sure of. But I got this little midget that just likes to bang around things with a hammer that no one could pinpoint... I've been rattling on it as the midget randomly uses his hammer not just when I accelerate or swaying side to side. Sometimes when I turn sometimes when I accelerate and sometimes as I slow down... I have looked and they have looked and everything is tightened down.. I just want to take the hammer away from the midget ??

I called the shop 30 minutes before closing , the gentleman working the counter told me to stop in. He took my car for a test drive and told me my tires needed balanced but they did not have time as they were super busy and close to closing. Him and the other gentleman working in the shop said let's knock it out together we can get her back on the road. I was completely in awh at how they went out of their way so me and my children could make it home safely. I truly appreciated it and they were outstanding. Thank you so much !!!

Took my car in to have headlight and turn signal changed. They also changed out the battery. The new battery had a bad cell. Paid $75 to have my car jumped with the new battery, which had a bad cell. They did make it right by replacing the battery. Waiting on reimbursement for having to have car jumped with new bad battery. After three visits to plaza tire car starts like it should.

Had 3 broken lug nuts. The team was fast and very professional. They kept me informed throughout the whole process giving me updates on problems, proceesses, and costs. All I had done was a tire change, however, the service was excellent and I will be coming back for future needs.

New tire was losing pressure, I dealt with it for days, I would fill it at night and in the morning it was down 4 lbs. Brought in and they found the problem quickly, bad shader valve, replaced it and the tire is holding steady.

I am from AZ and was in Moberly visiting my ill aging Mother. Rental car had a flat. Manager looked all tires over and found front driver's tire had cracked and aging wall. A small but annoying and disappointing issue: the mechanic who performed my oil change did a good job BUT did not take a moment to wipe the oil off of my F150’s structure when it spilled onto it when removing the oil filter. As a result, I have oil spots on my garage floor and driveway that I have to clean up, and I had to crawl underneath the truck to wipe the oil off myself. Some garages are better than others about this. Hopefully, the manager will see this and make some improvement. This took my 5-star experience down to a 3.

The work was goog and Nick was very helpful and very apologetic for the 6 hour wait for my services. The only thing I noticed after leaving (hurrying to an event I was late for) was that I was billed for a warranty I didn't ask for on my new tires. Since I was traveling and don't have a Plaza Tire in my community I hadn't planned on buying it.

I purchased four new tires, paid for them, had appointment set for installing. I was told it would take an hour and a half, I returned 3 hours later and they had just started, had to call my ride (again). When I got home with the tires I noticed dark black greasy fingerprints on the very light tan leather interior, in 5 different places. I cleaned all of them up with Dawn liquid. Two days later I noticed another group of fingerprints on a part of the door and returned to have it cleaned off. They refused to do it. About an hour later he called me and asked me to bring it back in to be cleaned which I did. this is not the kind of service I expect for a $1000 purchase.

My truck really didn't need new tires. But, since I am pulling a trailer, it was needed for the safety of others. Plaza Tire Service did an outstanding job during the installation and did it in a timely fashion. I plan to use them again, Highly recommend them for your tire repair and replacement.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received at Plaza Tire Service on July 20th, 2022 in Moberly, MO! My wife, two children and I were on our way from southeast Missouri to Omaha, NE and got a flat tire just south of Moberly on Highway 63. Zach and Dylan at Plaza Tire had us back on the road in about an hour! I was impressed! I made the mistake of stopping at the Wal Mart auto service center before going to Plaza Tire Service and they told me it'd be a minimum of 2 hours before they'd even get a chance to look at it. I'm so glad I decided to drive over to Plaza Tire Service and check with them. Zach and Dylan were very friendly, didn't even try to sell me a new tire (something I just assumed was coming) and patched my flat tire for $27 and some change. Much less than I was expecting to pay for a new tire! Dylan even unloaded all of our stuff in the back of our vehicle to reinstall the spare tire and loaded it all back up! If this isn't a text book example of great customer service, I don't know what is and I'm glad to see honest, hard working people are still out there! 5 STARS FOR SURE! My first experience with Plaza was kind of a mixed bag. The people I dealt with were very nice, but I do have some issues with my experience that will probably cause me to not go back. The first day I came here for a simple rotation and oil change. This was not a problem except after the fact my van pulled hard to the right, shimmy, awful driving experience! This was not their fault, but it turns out they did have notes on our account about tires that were not given to me at checkout or told to me. Took it back and was told we need 4 tires, which we did, plus an alignment, brakes, and front struts. Just the tires was going to be $675 for a 65,000 mile tire. Took it to my regular mechanic the next week for a 2nd opinion. He put on 4 similar quality tires and front brakes... Total for all that was $620. Did not need struts (and had no idea why they would have said that). And no alignment needed. In addition, plug was not tight from oil change so was leaking small drops of oil.

I ordered some new rims with the help from Zack. He and his team was very helpful and polite. The warehouse sent the wrong lug nuts with the rims, Zack and his team went out of there way and drove to Columbia to find new ones that would work until the right ones came in. Once they noticed the wrong parts they called the warehouse and made the order and then called to let me know. Once the right parts were in they called and I went in to get the new ones put on. It only took 45 minutes and I was very happy with the product and service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went in after work around 4 for a tire repair walk in. Was told that there were several ahead of me and they may or may not get to me before they closed at 6:00 so made appointment for 2:00 the next day. Arrived on time and he seen my vehicle and asked first if I could go run it through car wash! Mind you I have tire protection so repair should be free. I was VERY shocked! Never have I ever! First off the last time I had this same service done last time and told them that I had one tire that I had to air up like ten times in 5000 miles. So as I waited for 6 hours they got it done and two days later it said my same tire was low again it was the front left tire so I put air in it and my display reads no different so I put more in it still nothing. Checked my rear tires and it had all the air that I had put in so they did not recalibrate my tires. After dealing with it for another 5000 miles I dropped my truck off so I would not have to wait 6 hours. They called me 7 hours later. I had marked one tire to make sure they got rotated and they did not. So I demanded that they rotate them and they did it with in 15 minutes. I wanted to know which one worked on my truck and they said that they went home. Horrible place do not go here

I took my Subaru to Plaza to have the tires and rims swapped. When I picked up my car, I was told by the store manager that one of my wheel bolts was stripped and another was shorter than the rest. After driving it around all weekend and making a 30 mile trip (I was told it was safe to drive) for my dad to change out the stripped wheel bolt, he informed me that the lug nuts were not only torqued on so tightly that several of them broke off when he tried to remove the lug nuts, but also that I'm extremely lucky that my wheels didn't fall off. Alan did not take the car in for tires - his ex-wife did. I requested the account be changed into my name - obviously that didn't happen. I was not able to get it in for an alignment that day, and I'll go somewhere else for that. I don't have the time to keep calling to see when I can get it in and then coordinate with a co-worker to run me around. I did take the car back the next morning because a tire looked low. The guy told me it was just the way I had parked the car and not to worry about it. I said no, I want the tire checked. He had a younger kid that was sitting there go check my tires, and after seeing how much air is usually put in them he added more air in 3 of them.

Brought truck to get aligned Saturday morning and asked to put my new tire on the front. They did not put the tire on claimed he misunderstood. When I took truck home I went to put tire on and the castle nut on outer tire rod end was only hand tight and missing a cotter pin. I called and the guys was nice, said he did not think they touched that but said bring it back up Monday and they would look at it and recheck the alignment. Took it up there and the guy was extremely rude, said I needed to leave it. It would be 2-3 hrs to get to it. I had no way to leave it so I had to drive it back home where it will sit until I can drop it off again.

My belt did not need replaced as I took it for inspection with a state trooper. The insisted the wipers had to be replace which cost $72 something and could be bought for less than $20 at the store. The only thing they should have made me to and charge me for was putting power steering fluid in the car. Yet I had to pay to have all this fixed in order for it to pass inspection. Cost me $254. Time before that it was taken in the said needed new wheel bearing on both sides and tie rod. Guess what only need wheel bearing on one side. Thank goodness my husband can fix all this stuff as that estimated was $600. Yet again placing charging you to fix items that do not need fixed just to make a dollar. Sad part for me is I was pleased when I purchased tires from them for one of my other cars, now I just won't be going back to them for anything.

Did not want a five rating to go to your head. Wheels were not cleaned before they were balanced, so I’m not sure how long that balance job is going to last. We have had issues with these wheels before with excess dirt inside the outside face and throwing the balance off terribly. The wheels were cleaner when I brought the car in to have the new tires mounted than when they went out the door. There was blood on one wheel after it was installed on the car.

Dropped off vehicle for three services: Alignment; Tire rotation and brake system flush. Tire rotation was completed but, tires were inflated to 40psig. OE sized tires are installed and OE recommended tire pressure is 33psig. Brake system flush was not completed. System was last flushed 3 years ago. I was told brake fluid looks good. There is no true way to verify fluid is actually good by looking at the reservoir. Alignment was not completed. I was told I needed $1,057 in parts and labor in order to complete alignment. The front toes were out of tolerance. Which was evident by the feathering of the front tires. While the camber on one front wheel was close to the spec, pushing $1,000 in parts and labor to put it in the middle of the spec range is ridiculous. I can accept needing a rear camber bolt kit, which is a minimal cost compared to replacing front upper control arms, for the rear due to one side being at the limit for camber. Employees were courteous.

They didn't do half of what I asked to have done, I don't understand why they didn't wish I had half the tools . I asked to have oil change,plugs an wires, chassis lube, tires turned on rim an one fixed,computer dionysus, an front brakes replaced new rotors. They changed the oil ,lube the chassis, turned the tires on the rims an rotated! I don't understand why they didn't change the brakes an rotors when the tires where off with the air tools shouldn't take long .I did them both in 45 min with ratchets an a old jack an hour to do the plugs an wires. I did the diagnosis in 15 min at o'riley left rear speed sensor is bad. Why would any shop not do a computer diagnosis 45 to 75 dollar's for 20 min of work easy. They didn't reprogram the oil life light or tire sensor. Or fix the tire witch is the 100 dollar valve stem. Very disappointed not sure if I'll go back or recommend to any other

The mechanic recommended some service, we did not get, but we did get the alignment, not knowing it would not be guaranteed. (Cause we did not get the other things they recommended). Actually, after approximately 20 years of being a customer and a majority of that time dealing with Steve (who was great!), we are going to be seeking another place. Your prices have become too expensive for our retirement income to handle. Besides the oil change I requested, they brought out 2 filters asking if I'd like those changed. One was a cabin filter and the other an engine air filter. I glanced at them and told them yes. My bill was over $100! My husband told me later that he could have taken out the cabin filter and blew it off a little and it would have been fine. Neither of us are smokers or anything. Anyway, I understand you have to make a living/profit but, to be honest, we are going to look else where for our next oil change. I was told that Steve was no longer with your company which is a huge loss for you and I'll tell you why. My first husband had been in poor health for awhile. The first time I went to get an oil change after my husband had passed (Steve was in Columbia, MO at that time), I walked in the door "alone" and he looked at me and said, "I'm afraid to ask" and I knew what he meant. I told him my husband had passed away and he told me to not worry about my vehicle. He said that every time I brought it in for an oil change, they would check everything out and keep an eye on my tires as well. You have no idea how much that meant to me as a newly widowed woman. Many business men would not have given me that reassurance. So, needless to say, Steve is the main reason I stayed with your business so long and I don't even know his last name. I also stayed as your prices were, what I considered "reasonable" with my retirement income. So.....long story. Sorry for that but, for me personally, you have priced yourself out of business. I bought tires a year ago or so but did not take the road side warranty but no one tol me it also cancelled the free tire rotation with purchase of bgg the tires. Also, took my car in for oil change and tire rotation last week or so and they wanted me to flush the radiator, put on a new power steering pump, and change the air filter. Got the air filter. Then i had to get my car inspected and it cost me 400 dollars for break pads, tie rods, and alignment. Got in my car and it shook. Took it back and they wanted another 345 dollars for a caliper. The said it was a hose. It was closing time on saturday so they kept my car overnight and finished it on sunday. Why did i gave to pay for the caliper if it was a hose. After getting upset they took the price down to 117 dollars. Think i'll get it inspected somewhere else next time. Howevere, i am completely satisfied with the tires i got there.

(Shocks, Struts, new tires) and did not get my tire fixed, just told to bring it back next week for the repairs. I took the vehicle to another tire shop to get the tire fixed so i could drive it. 1 After having all suspension parts replaced in front end and new tires installed I had them do an alignment. It is not right. My truck pulls to the right. They said if there's any pull at all it should be to the left. So they know it's not right but refuse to fix it or even try. When standing in front of vehicle the top of tires are leaning, not straight. Passenger side worse than drivers side because camber bolts need to be adjusted to set camber right. I went back and had them check alignment again. TWICE. They said they would check and fix at no cost. They gave me a print out of the settings or readings my tires are set at and passenger tire is in red at caster because it's not set right. Camber bolt's on upper control arm need to be adjusted which is causing the pull to the pull to the right I have. All other numbers are in the green. They told me after checking they would not realign truck because all readings are in green but one and that it is not necessary to have it done again. I told them I want them to do an alignment again and they said NO, it's fine, just drive it and there's nothing to worry about because miss alignment does not cause tire wear. Just replace your shocks and drive it is what they told me and I told them my shocks are good. In red letters on bottom of current measurements alignment printout they gave me says if one or more readings are not in specs. TIRE WEAR and HANDLING problems will result. IT HAS. Thanks to them I have an excessive amount of wear on front tires. Passenger side more than drivers side. This is the reason I went to them over the alignment. My new tires at this time have less than 2,000 miles on them and should not be showing any signs of wear. After PLAZA would not align my realign my truck to make it right, which is what they were paid to do the first time I went and had 2 other shops look at my front tires and the alignment printout they gave me when i left after telling me there is nothing to worry about just drive it. (Both shops after looking at my alignment printout and my tires clearly stated wear on tires is from alignment being off and the paper even shows that. They said Plaza needs redo alignment).They even asked if my truck pulls to the right and yes it does. I told them I went back to plaza and they said everything is good and as far as pulling they said by the paper (readings)they gave me it should be pulling to the left. So they admit it is not right but wold not fix it. I am not happy with PLAZA tire service 64. When they are paid to do a job they should do it right and do it right the first time. After this I will not give them my business again. Because of their miss alignment I have to pay to have it done again and not by them. They caused wear on my tires but they said bad alignment won't do that but they are wrong It would be nice to get reimbursed $ I paid them for the alignment that did not get done right and they know that. I'll have to deal with the tire wear because they aren't going to do anything about that. When I was leaving Plaza they told me again to just replace my shocks and everything will be fine. Just drive it. So I bought new ones and had them installed. PLAZA just cost me a lot more $. My old shocks were still good. Just like I told them. Old shocks were not very old and did not have a lot of miles on them. I should get reimbursed for shocks now too. I am Not Happy. Disappointed with Service 64. They did not even try. I went to another shop. After tires were rotated alignment was checked to see if the measurements they got matched or was close to the printout from plaza and they were. They realigned the truck with no problems and said there was no reason why PLAZA couldn't do it. They said there shouldn't be any more tire wear or pulling. The current measurements they got are all in green and good. My truck now drives good and straight thanks to them. No more problems. It is fixed.

Technician plugged and patched tire, and in the process misplaced stainless steel valve stem cap, unable to locate it. Service advisor apologized, said it was under a piece of equipment, and handed to me 4 mismatched chrome caps. How difficult would it have been for the technician to have placed my matching valve stem cap in his pocket so that it could have been put back on when repair was complete? I left disappointed.

Somehow they forgot to change the oil. They did rectify the situation by refunding me the price of the oil change and doing said oil change. Unbeknownst to me my wife took another of our vehicles there for a tire rotation and oil change and they forgot to change the oil. Only positive from that was they didn't charge us for the oil change. I do believe they need to implement a double check standard to make sure it doesn't happen again. I didn’t ask for a warranty on my tires but you made me pay for it anyways. I sat there for three and a half hours before you even pulled my car in when you said it would be done within one. I had a 3 inch screw in the tire. Took about 1 hour and half to repair. Now somewhat in their defense they had remove locking ring which had alot bolts to remove. The tire was fixed. They chip the paint on the locking ring and for bonus received door ding on the passenger side. I am sorry I forgot mention it was a BRAND NEW VEHICLE.

I bought a set of 4 tires, had an oil change & State Inspection. I had a terrible experience. They couldn’t get the tire pressure warning light to go off. Got the truck home & the next morning oil was leaking badly from under truck, 2013 Toyota Tundra. Took it back the next day and they replaced the oil filter. Worked & worked but couldn’t get the tire warning light corrected. Finally talked to someone at another store and learned on Toyota’s all the sensors had to be Toyota sensors. They damaged one while changing tires and replaced with aftermarket sensor. Finally on the 3rd trip, they replaced the sensor and the light went off. You would have thought somebody should have known this. An extremely poor experience!

I called for a tire rotation on a Tuesday and was told there was not time so we set a time for Thursday at 7:30. My truck was dropped off and I I came back 2 hours later to pick it up, the truck was parked on the other side of the store. Was told everything looked good and left the store. Next day when I walked around the truck the rear driver side tire was in the place tires were not rotated. Went back to the store and no one seemed to know how that happened. I took my car in for an alignment. I had two missed calls on my phone around 8:30am I was at work. When I called back they were unsure why I was called and the person who called me had ran an errand and would call me back. My son called and said he also had several calls from Plaza tire. No one returned my call so I called back at about 10:30am and was told that my car was ready for pick up. I asked about the several missed calls and no voicemail but no one seemed to know why. I went to pick up my car and was charged for a prorated tire. When I asked why I wasn't told about that when I called back and no one knew. The tech said "You must have hit a curb really hard and it damaged the sidewall so we replaced it for safety reasons." I only drive highways and normally walk to work so this really took me by surprise. I asked to see the tire. They brought it out and it had a slice about 1" in length he also stated that there was a mark on my rim. I checked the rims and didn't see any mark that would support what I was told. I was very disappointed as this is the first time I received less than great service.

It was a different manager than I've had for the past approximately 15 years with the majority of those being in Columbia and now Moberly. I wish I was positive of the managers name in Columbia and then in Moberly when the new store opened there. Steve I think? Anyway, he was super! I had my oil changed in Moberly, under Steve, approximately 3 or 4 months ago. We put a lot of miles on our car. The price was 50 some dollars. Mid 50's I think. After it was changed this time, the total was $68 and some cents. I said, "Wow.....I hate to say this as I've used Plaza Tire for many years but I guess I'm going to have to shop around as I only paid 50 something last time." Then he said something like.....well, when you come in next time, let me know and I'll decrease the price for you. After another moment or two, he took a business card and wrote $10 off next oil change and gave it to me. This made me wonder......my husband was not with me this time and I'm 74 years old. Was he taking advantage of me being an older woman and no man with me? Anyway, it did not sit well with me at all. If you have the SAME type of oil change done (synthetic) why would the charge vary? Shouldn't it be the SAME for all customers? Anyway, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with how this was handled. If Steve (?) is back in Columbia, MO, I would go back to him but I will not go back to the one in Moberly as long as that Manager is there. Something is not right with this picture. To me, if the very same service is provided, the charge should be the same each time until/unless there is a raise in the price of that particular service. I worked in banking the majority of my career and we would NEVER have charged differently on ANY of our services. I "think" most businesses are that way. Thank you for allowing me to vent my feelings.

Plaza tire has a very quick turnaround. I stopped in on a Thursday to order the tires and parts to replace my shocks and struts (the latter was recommended by my car dealership). By Friday at noon they had put on new tires, aligned the front end, and even done an oil change that I had asked for at the last minute. They also told me that the struts and shock replacement that was recommended was not found to be needed, so obviously I was ecstatic about that savings. The car rides and drives like a completely new vehicle even though it has almost 130,000 miles on it. I would recommend Plaza for tire service to anyone who asks.

AWESOME! I went in with my mind set on Yokohama tires. I was soon changed over to Nokian. They are a great A/S tire and they are quiet. I drive many miles to and from work. I would definitely purchase again!

The Service was Great, i have been going to plaza tire every since they have been open in Moberly. All the Management Team and the employees are really Nice. They bend over backwards to make sure everything has been done right and you are satisfied.

This was not the car I had service on March 2. The vehicle that I had service was 2013 ford edge. They put the wrong sticker milage for the edge. The milage they have on it is for my ford Taurus sho .and the copy of my service report has the wrong date on it. It says September 2018 on it. So you need to fix your computer. And had to wait to long for my appointment i had at 8am but didn't get us in till 9:30.

We didn't have an appointment, just stopped by while we were in town and they were able to get us in. We had an oil change and a tire rotation in about 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and courteous. We purchased new tires here last fall, and didn't realize that they did oil changes as well. Will be nice to have one stop and get both done. We will definitely return to Plaza Tire.

They did a great job patching my tire at a decent price, I'm satisfied and its holding up well. The downside is it took them like an hour and a half to get this done, finally I called asking if it was done and it was. I went there to get it and right before I walked in the door they called me telling me my car was done. Also they send way too many emails trying to get you to review them.

Great friendly service by Mr. St Claire! Walmart overall had some competitive pricing on midrange tires aswell but only two mediocre tires for my car in Stock or I may have went there. I will praise some of the deals that Plaza tire 's runs though. Getting a buy 3 get the 4th free tire still helped me to get a good quality tire and fit within my tight budget. In terms of installation, I've been driving on the new titems for roughly a couple weeks and no issues thus far. Good experience overall.

I would like to thank Steve and Matt for assisting me with my issue. My household has purchased 5 sets of tires in the past year for a variety of vehicles and I send everyone I know to them. I recently spoke with their immediate boss whos name I will just state as C. He is not polite and should never be working in customer service. I did not meet him in person but had the displeasure of speaking with him twice on the phone. I would never hire someone like him to work at any company. I am sorry that Steve and Matt have to deal with him as I am sure he is as unpleasant to them and condescending as he was with me. Still I am giving a 5 star rating for the service and not having to deal with that twit on a regular basis. I always leave positive reviews as my negative results in that I just never come back. Matt and Steve deserve the 5 stars for the fantastic service and the staff that actually does the work (unlike C). I will return and know who I can trust to stand behind the service they provide. We went to Plaza Tire Service to shop for new tires. Matt the salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the tires available. He presented us with 3 options and did not pressure us to buy the most expensive tires. He was very courteous and friendly and visited with us while the tires we purchased were being installed. Every person that worked there was friendly, the service was fast, and the store was very clean. Matt recommended that we return for tire rotation every 5000 miles in order to get the best wear. I got my oil changed faster then expected with them knowing I was in alittle hurry so thank you for that but when I got my car back the steering wheel was alittle sticky and the inside of my car door was dirty. When I was talking to the guy helping me about the noise my car was making he said he would take it for a quick drive even though they were swamped and before he pulled out of the driveway he knew right away it was the front wheel bearing. He told me to bring it in Friday (2 days later) and he would squeeze me in cause it was really bad and I needed to get it in asap so I really appreciated that. So I give them a 5 star rating but please work on your cleanliness. Thank you.
