I stopped in to have a tire checked for a slow leak. They got it fixed and I was on my way in a short time. They are always friendly and polite here.

I took my new car in the shop to have new tires put on. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this store after my experience. They always try to over sell you things every time you come in. But the main reason why I will not be returning is because they half ass their work. All I wanted them to do was replace tires (which they did) but after driving home and looking over my vehicle I found that they did other things and pulled out my air filter and LEFT IT ON TOP of my motor. It wasn't even in the air filter spot. They did tell me I needed to change it when they did my tires but they should have put it back where it went instead of leaving it ON TOP of the motor. Luckily I drove about 30 miles maybe and was planning on changing it myself when we noticed it. Also I was planning on doing my own brakes and rotors and while trying to take the lug nuts off the tires we noticed that the lug nuts where a lot tighter then normal and harder to get off because they tighten them way to tight. I have original rims on my car and they could have busted my rims with how tight they tighten them. I even had another mechanic say the same thing about how tight they had them. I also found that they did not put a lug nut on my back passenger side when inspecting it. It only had 4 out of the 5 lug nuts. I was not happy with this service and when I went up to the store to tell them all I got was excuse after excuse. They did fortunately replace the missing lug nut for me which I am thankful for but I will not be returning back to this store again. This is not the first time they have messed up something on my vehicles. They always tend to half ass or not do the job and give horrible excuses as to why. This is someone's car they are working on. It's a safety issue when they don't do it properly. I understand people make mistakes but for it to be a every time issue is a little extreme. So sadly you lost a paying customer. Please do better and always check your work and these things wouldn't happen.

my oil light came on as I was getting into town. I went by to see if they could check it out. They got me in so fast even though the big storm was on its way. Got me all fixed up. Got the oil changed, tires rotated, and front end aligned all in one trip to town.

Car went in for tire rotation, balance. I can verify that the rotations was done, but the balancing does not appear to have taken place. I checked tire pressure afterwards and found that all four tires had anywhere from 28 psi to 34 psi. Tire pressure is supposed to be 38. This tells me that wasn't checked. Likewise, I got a quote for a set of tire for my other vehicle. I gave authorization to get the tires and was told it would take about a week. I gave up waiting after 3 weeks and got the tires elsewhere.

I made my appointment for the next day. I showed up on time and they immediately started working on my car. The did a complete analysis of my car and shared the results with me. The oil change and tire rotation took approximately 1 hour. Price was fair. I will be back for my next service.

The gentlemen that took care of me were both very pleasant and honest about everything. I came in for inspection mentioning I had just gotten my windscreen chips repaired and expecting I may need new tires, but they told me that both were acceptable and not a problem. They also mentioned to me an alignment issue noticed by the uneven wear on two of my tires and said we could get it taken care of.

I had went in for a low tire. Got there right as they opened already a crowd of people, super busy place. They were right on top of everything. Guy at the front desk was doing a great job handling people as they came in advising of wait times. My 2018 Jeep Renegade needed new tires. I called Plaza Tires and was quoted $690.00 approximately, for 4 all weather tires with 60,000 mile warranty. When I arrived, I was immediately helped and they actually upgraded me to a tire that is all weather with 70,000 mile warranty, plus a 2 year service plan should anything happen to the tires, free tire rotation and including roadside assistance. 4 new tires for $578.00! I have used Plaza Tires before concerning our 2003 PT Cruiser. They are wonderful and I highly recommend them. Also, when I asked how long it would take for them to put on the new tires, I was told about an hour and a half. They were spot on! Love Plaza Tires!

My front left tire was making a loud noise rolling down the highway starting around 40-50mph. Took it in and Russell took it for a spin and knew what it was! Said after getting a tire rotation, sometimes if a tire gets moved to a new location it hasn't been before, it runs on a different tread. Said it should calm down in a few weeks!

Did a very good job. Would have given them five stars but Newsmax was playing constant Doom and Gloom and it was enough to induce psychotic depression in the calmest individual. Can I suggest you not leave Newsmax on the waiting room tv?

Just had my car's oil changed and bought 4 tires for my SUV in the past two weeks at Plaza Tire. I'm very satisfied with the service and prices. The only thing that was forgotten was to reset my oil change warning on the dash back to 100%. I was able to do that myself. I do need brakes on my car and they warned me about that for my next visit.

They did great giving my car an inspection. It was quick and painless. The car only failed on the windshield which I knew was a possibility, they also raised some safety concerns regarding my tires which I intend to ask about once the windshield is replaced.

Wrecker took my van to Plaza Tire because it had a flat. I called a few hours later and the man who answered the phone said he hadn’t looked at it yet because they were short two technicians. I wish he had told me that before I had the wrecker take it there. When he finally called me back he said the tire couldn’t be repaired and I asked him to put the spare on. I felt like he only wanted to sell me a tire. I drove my van to another place and they didn’t hesitate to repair the tire. Bring Tammy back! She was incredible to do business with.

Made an online appointment days in advance-received confirmation only to be told on arrival "it didn't come through" and that I should have called to make the appointment. That they could work me in, but had 6 ahead of me and was short staffed. If your company won't honor online appointments, why have that option? Out of a busy day, a trip to your facility was wasted, not to mention fuel. I suppose the lifetime tire maintenance agreement was a waste of my money. I won't be back to Nixa anytime soon, and will probably just steer clear of Plaza Tire altogether. Lesson learned.

I had two business trucks (2012 and 2013 Fords) in for oil changes and was pleased with how quickly I could get appointments on two separate days. However, this was the second time that the oil changes were recorded on the wrong truck. Therefore, the mileage between oil changes is way off in case there are mechanical issues in the future. Additionally, the same "synthetic" oil change was requested on each truck. One got the "Good" oil change for $51.99; the other got the "Better" oil change for $61.99. When this was called to the store manager's attention later by phone, he said the buttons are right next to each other and he just made a mistake keying it in. No partial refund was offered. (He also said it was just a mistake that the wrong truck was selected on our account as well for recording the oil change.) He did apologize for both errors. He was asked to check and see if one of the trucks had a life-time alignment. He could not find it in either truck history. It is recorded in our records as having been purchased in December 2018 on the 2012 truck. We will be tracking down that paper work since it is not showing up in their records. So obtaining an appointment for service was great. But I am only giving two stars due to the other issues.

I left my vehicle at the Plaza Tire place in Nixa. My vehicle was constantly losing air pressure even if I filled the tires up. It was time for a tire rotation and so my daughter drove me to the shop to get everything looked at and done. A few hours later I received a message that the vehicle can be picked up. I have the premium package on alignments. They called my wife who is the main acct. holder and I am on the program also. They called her I'm not sure for what, but think it was billing. Why? I also had the tie-rods replaced and they left the nuts off the sway bar links. Which me and my son had to replace. It chewed up the threads on the links and was making a horrible noise when I turned the wheels. The lady who was manager at the time gave me a free oil change written on one of the Plaza Tire Cards with her name on it. Well, I get the oil change done and gave them the card. The manager lady had left for another job I presume. But anyway, gave them the card. All was well. Again they called my wife and tried to get her to pay for the oil change. They called me and I told them that I had a free oil change card. They said "Oh, Ok" I paid $60 for the replacement parts and my son did the work. He just finished his School for mechanics and got the certificate. ASE of something like that. Anyway, I always give Plaza a glowing report. And great google reviews. I did not want to bring up the nuts being left off the Sway Bar links, as not to cause a issue. That is why I had the free oil change. But, since all the confusion I hope this clears it up for them. Sorry I have to bring this issue to light. I like the guys at Plaza and wish them no harm. But everyone needs to get on the same page. Thank You. Brian Umbenhower

My wife took her car in for a tire repair. She was told the tire was not repairable, and that it needed to be replaced. She didn't get it done because she was unsure if she should or should not. She brought the car home, and it didn't come home with the red valve stem cover it had when she took the car in. We took the tire somewhere else and got it repaired. I reached out on a Saturday for a quote on new tires. Tammy emailed a quote the same day. When I picked up the vehicle on the day the new tires were put on, Alex told me he had replaced the two flat sensors that had been bad for a long time at no additional charge. We had been told by other shops that it would cost a minimum of $200.00! They've taken care of our oil changes and tires on 3 of our 4 vehicles. Went in to have an oil leak checked. It was fixed and all is good! Also had them check my battery as I had been seeing issues possibly battery related. I hadn't purchased it at Plaze Tire so I had it checked out because Plaza Tire's results from the test was unusual. Tammy and Alex are great! Very personable and take the time to explain what they do and find. This visit was to look over a newly purchased used car, change the oil and service the coolant. I also asked for a transmission flush and fill. Tammy told me upfront that they would look at the fluid level and check out the system, but probably wouldn't do a flush and fill on it because they didn't know the service history of the car. The high pressure flush could cause other problems and because they aren't transmission experts they thought it best that the new old car be looked at by a specialist. I appreciate that they are honest and not just looking for a quick buck at my expense.

On Wednesday, October 13, I called for an appointment to get my tires (purchased from Tire Plaza 66) rotated. The appointment was scheduled for Friday, October 15 at 11:00 am. When I delivered my car I told the customer service rep that my car was pulling to the left. She asked if I wanted to have the alignment checked. I agreed and asked her to call me when my vehicle was ready. I left on foot and walked home (2.5 miles). At 1:00 pm, I had not heard anything regarding my vehicle, so I walked back to the location. When I arrived, the customer service rep told me some things had come up and that my tires had not been rotated; however, they had checked the alignment and it was okay and that they were waiting for a bay to open to rotate the tires. I asked for my keys and left. Since I did not stay and wait for my vehicle to be serviced, I do not know what the "some things" were that prevent my vehicle from being ready 2 1/2 hours after the scheduled service time. I suspect, however, since I did not wait, other customers who chose to wait, their vehicles were being place ahead of mine. I took my car to the dealership and had them rotate my tires and asked them to check the alignment. They found both the front and rear right tires were toed in resulting in the vehicle pulling to the left. They corrected the issue and my vehicle is drives as I would expect it to now. Up until this last experience, I had been well pleased with Plaza Tire 66 (Nixa). Because of this most recent experience, I very well may not be coming back.

We had our truck in there for tire repair, discovered we needed a couple new tires. When we left from the repair, we had 2 tires that had been left flat and we were not told. When I took the truck back for the new tire purchase and install, I dropped it off and went to work. When I came back to pick it up we had 3 scratches on the driver side back door. I was told to get estimates and they would pay for it, this is our only vehicle, I don't have time to not have a vehicle. Technicians need to more cautious, this is lack of professionalism is crazy! Besides if we have to get it fixed the paint color won't match. That was the 1st problem. The 2nd problem, on our front tires there was 18 pounds difference!! Why would that be not be checked, by the specs on the tires, not "the sticker on the door"?! That is what I was told they put the pressure to, was by the door. This is the reason I was told the pressure was off. Once again on the front tires of a truck. I would just recommend that the technicians are more cautious of the body of the vehicles and tire pressure levels on vehicles. What if someone did not have someone to double check tire pressure? This could have been a bad issue. Thank you.

Normally I give these guys 5 out of 5 but my last visit they really droped the ball. I got a vacation package which included tire rotation oil change 2 new wipers and top off of fluids. When I got my truck back the didn't reset my oil change light I had to do it myself, they didn't change the sticker telling me when my next oil change and tire rotation is due. They didn't top off my wiper fluid. Lastly I know it's petty but the drink machine took my money. Usually recomend to all my friends but since this last visit im seriously considering sending my friends elsewhere.

I returned home and looked at the tires and noticed “fresh” scar marks on the wheels. One of the lug nut caps were missing. I was running late and had to jump into car to make appointment and there was black grease and dirt all over my stearing wheel and car door interior plus on seat I had to purchase detail cleaner while on the road to clean off my light colored interior. Took my sons truck in for an alignment, and ended up getting so much more! I told Tammy at the desk we'd been having a hard time finding née wheels for my sons truck, and she said she'd be happy to look for us. We dropped the truck off and left, and about an hour later she called and said the same thing, that she was having a hard time as well because the lug pattern on his truck is so rare, but suggested a possible plan B if we couldn't find any, which was powder coating his original wheels. I told her that sounded reasonable as a plan B but would prefer a different wheel if possible. She called me back about 15 minutes later and found a set my son liked and got them ordered for us and also found a reasonably priced set of tires to go with the new wheels! My son is absolutely thrilled and excited bout what she found and can hardly wait for it all to be done! What incredible service!!

I recently discovered that my tires were feathering and would soon need to be replaced even though they had fewer than half the miles for which they were rated. Tentative about trying this place because I assumed a high pressure sales team would try to get me into a more expensive tire, than needed. All of the, "Tires Plus" mechanics were busily working when I arrived, about an hour after their open. Knowledgeable, Tammy, was at the cash register/computer taking many phone calls. I told her what I wanted and without skipping a beat she gave me the tire upgrade at the same price as the cheaper set and explained the differences to me. In with a doughnut spare on the front passenger side and out less than an hour later with a complete set of new ones. As I began reaching for my debit card Tammy had me apply for one of their cards, took about five minutes. I was given six months to pay, same as cash. Definitely the best experience ever dealing with car parts. I can hardly wait to get more work done.

This is second time I have used Plaza Tire in Nixa. The first time they mounted my existing tires on new custom wheels. There was a problem with one of the wheels that I had brought in. They stayed opened past their regular work hours to help resolve the issue. Recently, I purchased a new set of tires for my Ford 150 and they did an excellent job of installation. Before having 2 of my tires renewed I called and wanted a specific set of tires. They stated that when I come by in a few days they will have them ready and mounted. the reason for only 4 stars is due to an issue my husband had with his oil change. He was not asked what type of oil he wanted so they decided to put in the higher priced synthetic oil. HIs final price was adjusted to the regular oil change price due to this error. But, when I went in that morning for my car oil change I was asked what type I wanted, only it seems like the price was higher for me than my husband for the same oil change on the same motor size in a Ford car. Was mine higher because I drive a Lincoln and he drives a Crown Vic??

I had an appt to get tires rotated. Our city is under mask mandate, but not a single employee was wearing a mask. While we were waiting, the office manager and another employee complained about things loudly. Not professional at all. Very friendly and helpful to answer questions. When I went to pick up my truck with new tires, they had not changed oil as I requested. They promptly changed it. One tire pressure sensor was questionable and they did not change it. I had to take the truck back the next day to get it changed when it malfunctioned. They promptly changed it and did not charge me. They bumped my door against the beam in the shop and had to polish the door to remove the paint spot. Attention to detail was questionable, but pleased with their response and the veteran discount.

If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would. They said that my car should only have 4.9 liters of oil in it. I googled it and it says 6.89 liters and even the owner's manual in the glovebox said that. The guy argued and so did Tammy at the front desk. So I had her tell me what car they were looking up and she said a 2012 Audi A6. Well I have a 2008 Audi A5. But I decided to look up the car she was talking about and it doesn't take 4.9 liters either. So I don't know where they are getting their information from, but making my car run 2 quarts low for the last 10,000 miles is not cool. The time before that they also only put 4.9 liters in it, so that was 2 oil changes that they messed up. So I went and bought another jug of oil and a funnel and I added 2 more quarts myself because I no longer trust them. I am considering consulting an attorney because if this has caused damage to my car because running so long under the amount it should have had then they will need to cover the damages. My check engine light came on after the last oil change and I took it back up to them and the guy said he turned it off and thought it was just an electrical issue and told me I was good to go. Now the check engine light came on again after this oil change. I am very frustrated with them. They are supposed to be the knowledgeable professionals who I can trust to bring my car to. I have zero faith or respect for them anymore. They need to at least make this all right with me.

Everyone was nice but my biggest compliant is that they do not call when vechicles are done. My van was in getting oil changed and the receipt says it was completed hours before I called them to check if it was completed. Then I had to get a tire repaired and my husband brought it in early in the morning and I had to call them around noon to find out it was done. They need to be better about calling people. Also they charged my husband for an oil change but never actually changed his oil. They did take care of that the next day but need to be more careful when doing things we are just glad we know what to look for.

I took my SUV to Plaza Tire in Nixa to verify some work that a dealership advised I needed. Of everything I had on the list to check, I did not need rear brake pads and rotors at this time. Plaza Tire in Nixa replaced front brake pads and rotors, a new oil pan gasket, a right CV axle, and 4 new tires. The mechanic who was doing the work became ill while working on my car and had to leave. I had the option of having them put my car back together and bring it back the next morning, or leaving it there overnight. I chose to leave it overnight. The manager gave me a ride home and came to pick me up the next morning when my car was finished. As I had no urgent plans this wasn't an imposition for me. I gave them a five star rating as they go above and beyond, and truly care about their customers and their safety.

Overall I had good assistance with my tires. I feel like I was a little mislead by the website as to what tires were actually available. He was helpful, but I found the interaction strange as I had no clue about any tire he was talking about to me, and wasn't more descriptive until I asked more questions. I am okay with asking questions, I just felt like the whole interaction was off like I was taking too long to decided. I guess lastly, I did call in Thursday about the availibility of some tires, and wanted to make an appointment. I was told on the phone, you don't need an appointment, we try to get your car done within an hour. Again, I came in on a Saturday so I felt it was going to take longer than an hour, which it did, but I don't feel like that information should be given out if it cannot be guaranteed. And the tires I originally wanted weren't available. I did end up going with something else, I was able to choose a tire with a BOGO type deal. So overall, okay experience. I got some new tires, got some okay help, spent more than I wanted, and it took longer than I was originally told. It just goes that way sometimes.

The lady who manages the store is very knowledgeable and helpful and I feel like she is always honest and upfront. She makes good recommendations but does not try to talk you into doing something that does not really need to be done at that time. While changing tires and doing a grease and oil is probably not rocket science, I feel like the workers are trained pretty well and do a good job with what they are asked to do.

service was great. manger was friendly and helpful. but she told me i needed new tires .which i knew i did. i wanted to get them 2 at a time but she all but insisted i buy all 4.i had to finance them. and really didn't get a choice on what type or brand i wanted. sells tactic is a little to pushy . that being said i still like there service and will use them in the future. my wife is going for the 1st time this week to have her car inspected if that goes well then plaza tire will have a long time repeat customer.

Great Touch-Free Option for Today’s World! I made an appointment via phone for a Saturday service. I dropped my car off on a Friday evening using the key drop box. They called me on Saturday once the work was completed and I paid via debit card. They locked the keys and paperwork in the car and placed it on their lot. I picked it up on Sunday using my spare key. Great customer service and communication even though I never physically came into contact with anyone.

My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. Everyone I had contact with was friendly & helpful. Even got new batteries for the remote delivered! As far as I know & what I can see all was done properly for my car. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the lack in wearing PPE & wiping things down at counter & in waiting area. I would have wiped down my own area. I did use the hand sanitizer to wipe down my chair & remote. I have 4 things that put me at risk for COVID19. This is a new world & we all need to step up & think of others.

Car was taken in for a oil change and staff informed customer that car needed an alignment and two new tires. Tires are less than a year old so car was taken to another mechanic for second opinion. Alignment was done and customer informed that there was absolutely no reason for any of the tires to be replaced as they still looked brand new and tread was evenly and barely worn. Absolutely will not be back. Plaza tried to add on to a needed repair to make more money.

Plaza Tire Service in Nixa did an excellent job on the installation of the wheels I had recently purchased for my 2017 Ford 150 truck. When I arrived at the shop to schedule an appointment they were very busy but offered to get the wheels installed if I would leave my truck with them. I agreed and asked what was their closing time which was 6 PM on the 4th of July weekend. It was getting close to 6 PM and I had not heard from them so I called and was informed that the installers were working on my truck and that no matter how late it took they will stay open until the job was completed. I arrived at the shop at 6:15 and the installers were having some difficultly with the wheels that I had purchased elsewhere. They worked until almost 7 PM to finish the job and were cheerful throughout the process. My installer got a telephone face call from his a little girl and she wanted to know when daddy was coming home? The conversation was so cute and I really felt bad because the problems with the wheels were the cause of him not being home on time. They had quoted me $100 to remove my stock wheels, and remount my tires, balance, and install the new wheels. Although it took a considerable more time they only charged the $100. Plaza Tire Service is definitely my go-to location for any and all the services they offer.
