I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5 year 100,000 "zero deductible" warranty. The Jeep has given me NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, and I've spent almost $3,000.00 on the "zero deductible" warranty-- it's been in the shop nine times with transmission problems, leaks, torque converter issues, you name it. Look at the Better Business Bureau rating, it's an F (http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/auto-repair-and-service/metro-motors-in-o-fallon-mo-310286009). They do not check their vehicles before they sell them, and will not stand behind their product. When I contacted Zach Gary Edelen about the lemon he sold me, he told me to take it up with the warranty company, and there was nothing he could do. Wow, that is GREAT service!!! When I pressed him about the fact that we've sunk $2700 into a vehicle that STILL isn't running correctly, still leaking, still having electrical problems, his response? "Drive Ur car like a normal [person] and perhaps it'll last u a while. Nevermind the fact that u and Ur husband together are so fat you max out the payload for a jeep. No wonder Ur transmission went out. Ur just unrealistic in ur expectations. And like the rest of if life want something for nothing... Hope u choke on a chicken wing and die. Love always...G Ps... Last time I checked I was a car DEALER not a MANUFACTURER!" So rather than stand behind his product, or try to make a bad situation right, he insults my husband and myself, calls us fat, and wishes death upon us-- all because I had the nerve to complain! Now THAT'S someone you want to do business with! Just an addition to the review-- we drove from Bloomington not because this crappy Jeep was the "best deal," but because Mom & Dad pressured me into buying from a "family" member, because they thought it would benefit everyone. We've since learned our lesson, and no one from any of our families will be buying from them again. Oh yeah, everybody-- this guy is a "cousin" by the way-- so if he treats "FAMILY" this way
