I took my car in after I got new tires put on the 12/09/2023.I was told that my car needed a front wheel alignment. I was a bit confused because I just thought that we had checked it.

I set an appointment for an oil change and maintenance. Also I told him about sound I was hearing when using brakes. After checking I was advised brakes were good, tires good probably until summer 2024 and only oil change was needed. Of course I was happy about that; however I'm still hearing noise with brakes at times. Hopefully everything is good!

everything was good except I was TRIPLE_CHARGED. the transaction on 10/16/23 for a battery replacement was charged 3 times. I really need this fixed. 3 charges of 239.xx for ONE transaction. otherwise the shop did great.

When I call with a problem, he always fits me into their busy schedule. If there is an issue with the repair performed, he personally sees that the issue is resolved quickly and correctly. I purchased 4 new tires from the Lake St. Louis location on Hwy N two days later the two front tires went flat I was stranded on the highway for hours with both front tires flat I had to get my car towed to Plaza Tires on Hwy N. I did not know AAA can only take you a few miles then you have to pay for the tow so now I have bought 4 new tires and a 80$ tow to have the tires checked. They replaced the 2 front tires and you would think the problem was solved right, well NO last Saturday I’m driving and my warning lights come on says the front tire was low on air I’m afraid because again I’m on the highway so I pull over and the tire liked low so I go to the Plaza Tire on Hwy K the employee said yea it looks low he fixed the tire apparently there is a seal around the stem of the tire that they did not put in so for almost a month I had been driving with tires that could cause an accident. I am thankful the employee was honest and showed me what was wrong. Your Hwy N location needs to be more careful people and children ride in theses cars and they should be more careful. I have never had so many problems with new tires I don’t think I will be a returning customer.

I needed to get a run flat tire fixed quickly since my car does not have a spare tire. This is the way it comes from the factory. The Mgr., Roger on Hiway K was able to get me in almost immediately. Unfortunately to run flat was irreparable. He was able to get the same brand new run flat delivered to the store the next morning. The car was left overnight and inside the shop. Greeting by service counter was good but took over an hour for tires to be put on.

Hit a pot hole on 1 week old tires I purchased there. They got me in and installed a new tire.

They replaced my struts for free because the previous struts they put on wore out after 2k miles. Those were replacements of struts they put on that wore out after 40k miles. I question whether I even needed new stretch to begin with. I have never put new struts on a vehicle.

Normally, I do any form of service on my vehicles myself; between the project car and one of the other daily-drivers, my garage was full. Kevin, Roger, and their team were able to get my wife’s 2007 4-runner back on the road quickly after a catastrophic brake failure. There’s no shop I’d trust more to take care of any suspension, steering, or braking needs on a vehicle. Not only did they take care of the catastrophic failure on the RR, they also noticed that both front calipers were seized. After a conversation, we decided to replace calipers, pads, and rotors on all 4 corners, along with a Lifetime Alignment and a rotate & balance. All-in-all, this was yet another great experience with my favorite tire shop. Thank you again!

Purchased new tires and tire protection plan about a year ago from the hwy N store. they added the tire balance plan without telling me. Can no longer get an appointment there for anything sooner than 3 weeks. Called here for an appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced and said they could squeeze it in. I get there to drop off and no one knows about it but they try to get it in. I go to pick up at end of the day and the balance was not done. this whole company will tell you what you want to hear and then do whatever they want. Its getting pathetic that I cannon get the free rotation and balancing that I was conned into paying for

Plaza Tire on Highway K... I normally give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt by not not giving bad reviews on the first issue, but after the second time I can truly say there is an issue. In this case there is a real problem. I've had 3 vehicles serviced at this location including purchasing a full set of tires, alignment, oil changes, and tire repair. Oil changes have been fine and typically were done while waiting, but on two separate occasions the technicians have had issues with the tire valve stems and the TPM sensors. The first time it happened was when I bought the full set of tires. When they finished the job I noticed that the tire light was still on and the pressure read zero for one of the tires. They said it should reset after driving down the road at speed for a bit but in this case it never reset. Back to the shop I go and another tech tries to reset the sensor, and they end up replacing the sensor. Ok, they made this right, but they should have caught this before releasing the car and calling me, and then I had to wait for them to dismount the tire and replace the sensor. They admitted that they probably broke it during the dismounting. 11/12/21 - 2nd time I take a different vehicle in for oil change and a slow leaking tire with the check tire light on. I've been watching this tire for some time as I have been putting air in about once per month. My wife would always tell me the light just came on, I would fill the tire and everything looked fine until the next month when the light would come back on and I would add a few pounds of air - typical slow leak. The shop patches the tire and and gives me the key after paying but the light is still on. I drive back to the house expecting it to reset but it never does. Back to the shop. They tell me that the wheel did not have a sensor when they patched it and thought that I brought it in to them knowing it did not have a sensor because the light was on when I brought it in. No. The light was on because the pressure was low and I did not bother airing it up before getting it patched. I can look past the usual attempts to up sell me a set of tires even though there's still plenty of tread, but they proceeded to tell me that they will charge me $50+ to install a sensor that they broke and lost. This is what I call adding insult to injury. I'm done with Plaza Tire on K and will not recommend them to anyone. Now I have to find another place to get a new TPM sensor installed at my expense.

Oil percentage wasn't reset and no new sticker for new mileage. Sticker is the only was I track oil change dew date. Also, I had to reset the % counter myself. Didn't receive nor they showed the tires report. I had tires rotated and normally the report shows tire balancing. I stopped by the next day to ask for report but the store supposedly couldn't reproduce it. I was told that it's gone within 24 hours. I have been going to the same locations for many years. Overall, for this visit, I am very dissatisfied.

Brought a vehicle in for an emissions inspection (that's all it needed), but was called and told that it didn't pass a safety inspection (it didn't need one being under 10 years old and less than 100,000 miles). Got an assessment for over $750 worth of repairs. The vehicle had no emissions issues. When I arrived to pick it up, it was still up on a lift with all of the tires removed. Given it was just an emissions inspection appointment, I was very confused as to why the vehicle was even on a lift. Post inspection, I went to get a second opinion on the safety items. They did note similar safety concerns, but indicated only $450 to resolve all items. Was I price gouged? Was there some fishing for business? I don't know, but it soured my taste for Plaza Tire (and they have always been good to me in the past).

I took my car in for safety and emissions inspections. I already knew I would probably have to replace my tires. My car failed the safety inspection for tires only. I needed an emissions inspection so I could get a new license for my vehicle, and it was also due for an oil change. The staff there asked me to just drop off the SUV and they would work it in as they had the time. They called me about 2 hours later and said the vehicle ws ready for pickup. I was very happy with the service I received February 16, 2021, at Plaza Tire Service on Hwy. K. I was in and out quickly with an oil change, replenished the fluids in my SUV, brought tires up to recommended pressure, and read my last report so they didn't have to ask me what type of oil I needed. I have been very happy with their service where I bought my tires, cabin filter, etc., and they took my vehicle in an emergency, diagnosed the problem, and instead of trying to repair it, they referred me to a dealer that could. They even helped me arrange a tow to the dealer. They went above and beyond!!

My comments I would like to make is I had put a deposit down for the oil change and service, once the car was reviewed it was found the car needed an alignment which we approved. However we were never asked if we wanted the entire bill run as one transaction. Instead it required my daughter to bring in a card for payment which I already had on file for the initial deposit and the transaction was run as two separate payments. If someone would have ask then we could have clarified and my daughter would not have needed to carry a parent's card, which I was trying to avoid. But I feel when you have an openly offered coupon do I really need to remind you of your own coupon. I would understand if it was some coupon in an Ad paper as employees don't always know what "Marketing" is running in Ad papers. Remember, saving a customer $10 could mean more business not offering it could be a loss of All business. I went to Plaza with my daughter's car as Dobbs has been difficult and I am testing the waters to see who gets the business of my other vehicles. I gave 5 stars as the work was done well and timely, the guys were very nice and always seem to have a funny, nice and honest temperament. We have 3 cars in our family and possibly a 4th within a year. If Plaza can show me ease and value then my business with them can triple, not to mention my recommendations to friends and family.

I set up an appointment to take my car in to repair a tire that had picked up a nail. The drop off at 730 was easy but by 1:00 I hadn't gotten a call that my car was ready for pick up. I only get one day off a week and so I have a lot to do when I do have a day off. When I called for an update, I was put on hold for nearly five minutes. Why is this so hard, I asked myself. Ultimately, my car was ready at no charge as I'd bought my tires there. I would recommend that a call is made to the customer when the car is ready so the customer can get on with their day rather than sitting at home waiting or on hold.

Plaza Tire has been our "go to" auto repair place for 20 years. Last week we brought the car in for a check engine light on and we had no heat. When we picked it up, it still had no heat so we took it back to them. We called to make an appointment, but we dropped the car off instead because, like I said, I thought we were good customers and they said they would work us in. Well, they had the car from 8:30 until 4:00 and I had called twice explaining that we were short a vehicle and absolutely had to have the car back by 5pm They must have gotten their jollies by not having it done for us so we picked it up unrepaired. I guess they don't care, but this is the end of a 20 year relationship. PS The check engine light just came on too

I've been using this location since 2012. One of Plaza's best. We live closer to the Lake St. Louis location now, but that crew is unwilling to get things scheduled. The K location will always work you in without the douchebag standard, "whoa...man...hey guy I'm booked solid for the next 3 weeks..tell you what...call XXX location and see if they can squeeze you in...if not....call me back" that you get when calling lake st. louis. Since you ask. We had service on that car’s left rear tire. It was leaking air. But as my wife drove the car home and into the garage, an oil leak appeared. Once parked, quite an oil leak became apparent. I called our insurance company and explained. We had had an accident with that car just prior to this. A semi truck lost its tire and our car hit it. I figured the oil leak was something from the collision. The repair shop got the car and fixed the problem. It turned out to be the oil filter had been damaged by a oil filter wrench. We had been driving the car for a few weeks after it had been repaired. The timing of the oil leak and our visit to you is uncanny. I don’t believe in coincidence And neither should you.
