MY CAR BLEW OUT A BULB IN A HEAD;LIGHT. I WAS TOLD THE GRILL HAD TO BE REMOVED TO REPLACE THIS BULB. TAKING A LOT OF TIME, THEREFORE IT WOULD BE EXPENSIVE. PLAZA TIRE INSTALLED THE BULB WITH GRILL IN PLACE. SAVING THEM TIME AND EFFORT, AND SAVING ME MONEY.

Awesome service. Had a blowout on my RV and I called to see if they had the tires I needed. They said they had 4 tires in stock. I pulled the other three off of the trailer and took them down to the store and dropped them off. Went to do some other errands and they called me to say they were ready. Had a problem with a tire losing air and took it Plaza to see if there was something in it. They found a nail in it fairly close to the sidewalk so a repair was not possible. Decided to replace the 2 rear tires with a tire with a similar tread. Really like the tires that were recommended and will probably be replacing the other 2 in the next couple of months with the same ones.

I've come to Plaza for many years. All my vehicles and all of their service gets done at Plaza. I've been to 3 different locations in the O'Fallon Missouri, Lake St Louis area and all are honest, communicative and do good work! The only place due me and my vehicles.

My son was visiting from Texas and was up against a wall in getting an oil change. Plaza (North Main, O'Fallon) cheerfully slipped him in quickly. They've always been so great in doing my work quickly and well. Been using them since we moved to O'Fallon nearly 7 years ago.

Dealership said I needed new tires but didn't quite trust them because I had just gotten tires about a year ago. Went to Plaza Tire in O'Fallon MO on Main Street and they confirmed my gut feeling. Tech did a great job with the repairs that were needed I felt that the price for the repairs was reasonable but I had a 10 percent off coupon that $194 should have been discounted but only $150 was discounted they said that was the maximum that could be discounted but nothing was mentioned in the coupon about a maximum amount. I was not satisfied with the difference of the $45 that should have been discounted to me.

I needed tires badly for my trailer and Bryan took care of me quick, and we later realized we needed 2 more. Bryan found them in stock, put them on quickly and I was on my way with all new tires!

We were looking for tires and my husband would not just get any a wheel alignment And the tire balancer had to have road force measurements. Plaza tire has a Hawkeye alignment machine and road force tire balancer. Bought a full set of tires from Plaza TS here in OFallon MO one year ago. My vehicle started chattering at 75 mph so I brought it in for an alignment check and a standard tire rotation which they do for free. They checked the alignment, tire wear, balancing and rotated the tires. They found that my wheels were out of balance and they rebalanced them Without Charge! They had it done in 45 minutes! Scheduling an appointment is so easy on their website! These guys are great to work with and have great quality tires! Why would anyone buy tires from someone else? I highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are right down the street from me on Main Street in Ofallon. That’s not the reason I go here, the reason is this when they say they’re going to do something they do it and they do it quickly. It’s very important to me as busy as I am. I’ve had them work on my 1979 Camaro Z 28 as well as my 2014 Ford focus ST. And my Honda element. I highly recommend this shop.

I had to special order some whitewall tires for my classic Mustang. They notified me immediately when the tires came in. My vehicle wasn't starting and I suspected the battery but I was not sure that that's the problem. Bryan checked me in and they checked the battery and the charging system. About 2 hours later I got the call to come and pick the car up with a new battery installed - problem solved.

My tire had a slow leak in it, so I pulled in just to see how much they would charge to fix it. Not expecting them to fix it that day since it was obvious how busy they were, but he said they could if I could leave it as it'd be a few hours. Less than an hour and half later I'm getting a call saying my car is ready! I haven't had a problem with my tire since. THAT'S WHY I GO TO PLAZA TIRE!

My car was a little over due for it's 20K maintance and I was getting a message that the oil needed to be changed. Plaza Tire in O’Fallon Mo off Main Street was great with fitting me in earlier than originally thought. I needed a simple oil change. However, I was 2200 miles past due. When I explained I was a Door Dasher, and miles were racking up. They not only got me in earlier but they had my oil change and my tires rotated with all fluids refilled, in less than an hour. When I called for an appt for tire rotation, the salesperson was very polite, gave me an appt within 10 days. When I arrived on Thurs July 22, I was recognized immediately and service was started. Tire rotation was done while I waited and since I had asked them to check the brakes, they did so and found rear pads and rotor needed replacing which they did in record time. B. Hennen and Jeffrey Mullersman were the salesperson and cashier. We discussed my using their facility for servicing for which I had previously used another shop. Since cupping had occurred on the rear tires (due to my not having them rotated), Jeff mentioned driving for some time and consider replacing those tires that had been placed on the front. I was given pricing on replacing suspension struts which I will consider after driving. Since I am a senior citizen with limited income and the car is 16 years old, much thought will be made before going ahead on this. Regardless of this decision, I will definitely use Plaza for repairs, tires, etc.

All of the shops in the area said they were booked and wouldn't be able to get to me for a week. I called Plaza Tire on North Main and they also said they did not have any appointments available but that I could come in any way and they would squeeze me in. I showed up at 8:30 a.m. and I was back on the road with a fully aligned vehicle by 9:30 a.m. The shop and waiting area was clean and orderly, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the overall experience was enjoyable...Oh and the car drives great also! I needed a place to lift my lowered vehicle back to original height and Jerry and the staff helped. They were not phased by this at all. They took the vehicle in and told me what was needed and got me in the very next day. They got it done so fast and accurately, the Jerry advised me I needed new tires as the lowering of the suspension cause major wear issues to the tires. So, I trusted him and he put on new tires all around for me too. He advised me of a really good tire that did not break the bank and they work great. The vehicle rides way better. I had with me a previous estimate of work to be done and was told that morning it was going to be honored. When it came time to pay, it was more than $100.00 over the charge than what my previous paper said . I showed the guy (a different guy than I first talked to) my paper and he did come down in price but it was still about $50 over than what I expected. I paid it but I wasn’t happy about it. My concern is how hard it is to get the warranty tire rotations. Very few options ever to set an appointment, and I have to drop off for considerable lengths of time (time not working) to get tires rotated.

Just purchased tires from plaza tire in Troy mo Picked up a screw in one tire and tried to get it repaired at 2 plaza tire locations in St Charles. Both were too busy. I almost called the cooperate office to complain that you advertise changing tires in 1 hour but they couldn’t squeeze me in for 30 min or less to repair my truck tire since I needed for work. All turned out good though, I call O’Fallon shop they said they would work we in and get the tire repaired. Thanks to them I was back on the road in approximately 30 minutes. They even gave me a free Plaza hat. They went above and beyond for customer service. Thank you

Took my car in because the tire valve was leaking air. Plaza said there was nothing wrong. This is the second time and they refuse to replace the valve. I bought the tires there 2 yrs ago but I only drive 4,000 miles a year so there is only 8,000 miles on them and I cannot even get a new valve.
