Worst customer service ever. They charged me $70 for a Diagnostic test that had the same information on it as the emissions test that they had just run on my car. They did add an additional part as a necessary replacement although the part wasn't bad. After a friend pointed out that this part wasn't bad, they stated that it was simply a 'suggestion'. I think they should have been more specific although there was no paperwork to be specific on. I got a receipt for my $70. Autozone's free diagnostic tests at least give you some paperwork. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I knew nothing about car repair and I was probably lying about how useful the test was. Riiiiiight. The owner really argued vehemently with me about returning my money so I guess he needs it more than I do. By the fact that he works another job and the run-down appearance of this location, I finally stopped trying to get a refund on the most useless and outrageously stupid diagnostic test I've ever had. If you want to be treated with respect and common courtesy, go somewhere else. If you want a company that believes that the customer is always right, don't go here.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! I've been a customer for several years and don't have to concern myself with wondering if I'm being given the right diagnosis or solution to the problem. It makes all the difference. Moreover, Nas and his staff are highly skilled and competent at their craft. If you're looking for a technician instead of a mechanic, this is the trusted place to take your Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Rover or Jaguar. Keith Davis

I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.

I took my car in for the $99 brake special at the end of July '14 to have my front brakes taken care of. I was told I had a seized caliper and that they should be replaced in pairs - an additional $485 and that my pads were worn unevenly 2 & 8mm (they hadn't gotten to the rotors or anything else yet). I told them I wanted to check to see if they were under warranty and it turns out they were, so I had them stop what they were doing and put it all back together. The service advisor was not happy about that. The next day, when the dealership was done with my car, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the calipers - nothing needed to be replaced in the first place and that calipers don't need to be replaced in pairs - unless you subscribe to the 'one went out, the other probably will too' theory - and that the wear measurements they gave on the pads were completely inaccurate. My takeaway from this place - they will gouge you for hundreds of dollars at the drop of a hat if you don't know anything about cars or don't think to question your warranty or get a second opinion. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
