These guys are very honest. I took my car to Meineke and they told me I needed almost $900 if work on my car. I then took it to plaza tire cause the price was cheaper. When they looked at my car they told me I didn’t need all the work all I needed was back brakes. I won’t take my car anywhere except plaza tire

Came in without an appointment and asked to get a state safety inspection. Employees were very accommodating and personable. They got me in within minutes and did a through inspection while I was waiting. Used the facilities while there and they were clean and stocked. I had a very good experience and will return if I need additional service or to purchase tires…

Anytime I visit their store the management and Staff are always concerned that I get the best value and best repair without the Run-a-round-- hard sales techniques other repair shops use. We both understand that a shop has to make profit-- But- Plaza Tire does it with the customers best interests in mind. I trust and Appreciate all they have to offer.

They really took care of me. When I had new tires put on a few weeks prior, they informed me of issues with my wheel bearing and then during my most recent visit they alerted me to other issues and we were able to take care of all of them. I like being informed and they took great care of me and my vehicle.

My car had blown out a tire. When I brought it in, they also recommended and replaced the lug nuts on all 4 wheels due to the original caps' expansion and difficulty in getting a grip to remove them. Only problem I encountered was that the technician didn't replace the jack in with the donut tire when he put the donut back into the back of the car and I didn't discover it until I got home. I don't think the manager was aware of that because that has never happened before now. I guess I should have been more specific. Great replacement of tire and good price, though.

We will only go to the park hills Missouri location. They do not miss parts when doing an oil change as we've had happen multiple times at other locations. They are very courteous and do not make us feel like we are stupid as with the other location. Please use these workers to train other employees in all matters of the job. If I could give the park hills Missouri location 10 stars I would. It's just nice to be able to get basic maintenance smoothly without having them try to sell us what we don't want and/or need and without having to come back due to missing parts. I called n they got me right in. Trouble with the truck starting so tested alternator. I have a paralyzed vocal cord which makes it hard for people to understand me on a phone, so Tim talked to my insurance company for me an took care of everything.
