I got my new tires a few weeks ago. And the driver rear tire kept showing low tire pressure. They checked it out within 20 minutes and had found a piece of metal in it and patched it. Didn't cost me anything with the protection plan. Thank you for your fast service.

I wish I was notified of the need for a front-end alignment at the time my tires were rotated and balanced. I received an email with that information a few days later so now I will have to make another appointment to have that service performed.

Had to get five tires and an alignment done as quickly and affordably as I could. It took them less than an hour and a half to install all five tires and preform an alignment. It was more like one hour fifteen or twenty minutes not sure but fast by most shop standards. Their prices are competitive and I didn't feel ripped off. Everyone was polite and was kept informed on the progress during the whole experience. I will be back when I need any of their services again and highly recommend them for your automotive needs.

Had a blowout on my Class A motorhome while traveling across Missouri and they were able to get me in that morning. Once we arrived at the shop, it took them maybe 30-45 minutes to get both dual tires off, the 1 changed, and both put back on. The guys we dealt with were both professional.

I was traveling from IL to AR and noticed a mail in my tire. I pulled into Plaza Tire they assessed the situation within 15 minutes. Although I had to purchase a new tire the issue was fixed and I was back on the road in an hour.

I had one tire that was not holding air, and one that was looking a little rough on the wear patterning. I got in and they got to my car promptly. Small hole in the leaking tire was fixed and the odd wear pattern was negligible, likely an out of round tire. Ended up with no charge out the door since I had the tires installed there. My vehicle went to a known DEALERSHIP for two new tires and an alignment. When I left the vehicle drove horrible. I called there dealership and promptly told them I was taking the vehicle elsewhere to be corrected. I called Virgil at Plaza towing in Rolla MO, and explained the situation. Called these guys about getting 4 new tires on, took me 4 minutes to get there and they were formal with everyone that they assisted before me and very detailed on what was going on with our vehicles, don’t try to push high prices on you. They just merely suggest with valid reason, paid way way less for 4 tires mounted and rotated and they even checked my bearings and swing arms. Always go here for my 2 vehicles. Consistent and availability is nice.

It was my first time there I had an oil change and tires rotated. I waited for my vehicle, which took about 40 minutes. The waiting area was very clean and I appreciated that. The guys working we’re all kind. I wod go back.

There was a slow leak in one of the tires, and the car needed a tire rotation. The service was complete in less than 1 hour at no charge to me thanks to the road hazard warranty. While most appointments do take about an hour to complete, this was a non-issue for a Saturday. I'm always grateful for the courteous team at Rolla Plaza Tire and for the excellent work done. Had new tires put on my car. I purchased the Lifetime Balance $59.96 (on my receipt) but on my receipt it said wheel balance was not performed. I received a Tire Protection Plan but I did not receive a Lifetime Balance Plan. Car was leaking oil so I had an oil change. It still leaks a bit as you are not able to fix VWs. Did a good job with the oil change and ease of making an appointment.

My trailer was in desperate need of new tires. Billy and Virgil knew exactly what I needed and had it in sock. The repair was timely made, and they promptly called to inform me my trailer was ready for pick up. Brought a car in to have its rear tires changed. They decided that due to wear they would change the front tires instead, though the reason I brought it in at all was the temporary used tires I had on the back were a size too small and were vibrating the entire car at interstate speeds (a daily occurrence given I work down by Love's Truck Stop). I was informed and would have just bitten the bullet and gotten all four tires changed, but on top of that CFNA has been taking my payments without lowering my balance on the Plaza Tire Credit Card I have. Didn't find that out until AFTER servicing due to the way Plaza Tire handles payment. If I'd known I would've been out of pocket I would have gone elsewhere. Absolute highway robbery on all counts. Also, get those tires out of the lobby, they stink it up like hell.
