Went in for oil change w/tire rotation. I really like going here. The customer service is good & my car is taken care of. However I gave them a 4 star because they 4got to change my daytime running light that's out. I didn't check till I got home & it was not changed. I've been buying tires from Plaza for over 10 years. Needed tires for my Silverado 1500 as the current Michelin defenders had 73k on them. Plaza was very competitive on price, installed 4 tires and an alignment in about an hour.

My car had a metallic rattle underneath due to driving over a large pothole. The technician found and removed a ruined skid plate. He also completed an oil change and verified the tires had no damage from the incident above. And Ron at the front desk is a good addition to a thoroughly professional staff.

I had a screw in my tire and was able to come in for same day service. While it was great to have a new tire in place same day it was a bit of a challenge at pick up. I paid and received the keys to my vehicle and before climbing in I had to use a wet wipe I had in the car to scrub off grease from the seat. After starting the car I saw the alerts for my tire pressure and the new tire appeared to have a much lower pressure than the others. I went back inside to have the pressure properly adjusted as I felt this was part of the service and job well done. It seemed like a lot of back and forth between employees and bickering about why it was reading the way it was. Personally I didnt find that to be very professional and that it would be best handled in the back away from the counter. Finally the tire pressure issue was resolved and I was on my way.

Did the oil change quickly!

Bought new tires at the lake st louis location and have had a problem with one tire losing air sometimes over night sometimes it takes a day or two. The lake st louis location could never find the reason, and with the problems of not having enough staff and waiting a few days after dropping off a vehicle I started going to a different location. First time was fine, oil change tire rotation ect. Past time oil change was done, attempted tire repair was done, but didn't rotate tires. I didn't bother to check marks on inside of rim I put just to double check because of issues in past with other companies, same tire in same location of vehicle was 5lbs low on air a few days after oil change. Again 3 days ago after filling it to 40lbs (manufacturing specs) tire was at 26lbs, and again today. Went to last service location and was told I would most likely need a new rim? Bought vehicle new, no curb rash on rims rim is not bent nothing has ever been hit but I need a new rim? Truck has no rust and rims when new tires we installed had no rust. I have had issues with the one tire since they were installed, and I won't rant about the 3 days and 5 trips to get them balanced when I purchased the new tires. Even with the tire protection plan I purchased I can't get a remedy to this issue. Never touched the oem tires in 50k, went to get michellen tires but was told the brand I got was just as good with same 70k warranty and a few hundred cheaper, yes they are cheaper in every way. Hell I cant even get nitrogen at any location but lake st louis, which I paid for and by now it's long gone, since the tire have had to have air put in all of them a few times since I bought them. For the money spent I shouldn't have to have tire pressure lights flashing every few times I drive my vehicle

After a tire blew out and I couldn't find anyone who carried the correct tire in stock, I thought I'd be without transportation for several days. However, Plaza Tire was able to acquire and attach a full new set before the end of the day, even though I hadn't got to calling them until nearly noon.

I was told I needed new break shoes at another shop, so I took it to Plaza Tire and they checked and determined I didn't need them. What an honest and pleasant experience. I will definitely go back to Plaza for my work.

I really like Plaza Tire and Auto. This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle in and asked to receive my tire tread level and explain a slight knocking in my engine and received nothing. Granted I brought it in for alignment, tire rotation and oil change but did request the other items be checked. This is only rated for this visit. Usually five stars.

Friendly, professional, service that was completed on time at an acceptable price. Only request would be to add an automated tracking system to see the progress of the work like Discount Tire has. This eliminates the need for phone calls - all notifications are via text or email. PLEASE look into adding this system as I HATE dealing with phone calls!!

Stopped by the shop to schedule a simple oil change and tire rotation as I was leaving for Ft Myers Florida inside of a week. My appointment got scheduled for the following morning. But dropped my truck off to have a couple things done and they didn't check the issues i am having with my tires that I have taken in 3 times for and when they did the rotation they didn't even check the air in the tires. But Michael being the sweet guy he is took is time after hours to put air in them till I can drop it back off again to have the tire issue fixed

I always receive great service and friendliness but after paying $750 for 4 brakes and rotors, the car grinds while driving and will return when I can schedule my time to do so again. Slightly disappointed.

I recently took my vehicle in to the dealer for a brake inspection because there was a vibration in my front end while braking. I was informed by the dealer that both of my calipers needed replacing at a cost of $2,000. I refused the work and had the team at Plaza do a second inspection.I was told my front rotors were warped and they recommended new rotors and pads all around costing much less than what the dealer had quoted. This is my second week of driving and my brakes work flawlessly!

There seems to be many scammers out there making extra money off something that most don't know a lot about and any AC work is an opportunity. After the work I had come for: oil change and rotate/inspect tires a mechanic came out to advise me that the transmission flush and change the cabin air filter would need to be done soon, no pressure to do those now but I decided to have it done while I was there. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, so I called and edges up dropping the tire/wheel off around 11 AM. It turned out that my tread was almost gone so I made the decision to just replace the tire. Oil change and tire rotation was the reason for service. It was recommended to replace the transmission lines as they were leaking. I agreed to the extra service. All service was completed quickly. While driving home one of the new transmission lines popped off and the van was leaking fluid everywhere. Called and spoke to Kenny, he sent a tow truck that arrived about 75 minutes later. It was determined that one of the line connectors failed. Since it was late on a Saturday afternoon and he wanted to get a factory replacement part he asked to keep it until Monday. New parts were reinstalled and the fluid was cleaned up completely from under the hood. While all of this was an inconvenience to me Kenny did a great job of communicating with me and keeping me up to date on the repair and clean up. He apologized numerous times for the issues and was very professional. Being in the service industry myself I know things happen that are out of your control and all you can do is your best to make up for it. Kenny and his crew definitely did. I’ve been a customer at that location for well over 20 years and will continue to be because of the exceptional service and professionalism of the crew that works there.

Took vehicle in on Friday because TPMS light did not reset within 6 days of installing new tires. Was told that the right rear tire had low pressure and that two sensors had failed. The sensors were replaced but apparently no effort was made to check for the cause of the low tire pressure. The light came on again the next day. Took the vehicle back and the valve stem was found to be leaking. I was disappointed that the tire was not checked for a leak on Friday when only one of four tires was low. The counterman on Friday attributed the low pressure as "probably due to weather changes" but that is illogical since only one of four tires was low. I would also not expect to have the TPMS light remain on after installing new tires. Can that not be reset when the tires are installed? This is the first time I've had any issue with this Plaza tire location.

I am not upset with my tires so far. I am upset about the knowledge of my Technician and him not being able to help me more with the noise from the rear of my vehicle . He told me that I need new shocks in the rear. I also inquired about my breaks and I did need brake pad but he also said I need rotars . I asked him to drive the care again for that noise in the rear because I was not going to replace shocks with out a more definite answer. He was asking me to spend almost another $800.00 in services and I did not feel confident in his decisions. The young man at the front counter when I came in on that Friday was great ! They had to order my tires in so I had to make another trip back two days later for that in the mean time I went to another place and got a 2nd opinion onthe repairs and I only needed break pads not roters too nad I did not need shocks in the rear so I felt like because I was a women I was totally taken advantage of and I can not afford all of those services at the time ! As usual the employees at this location went over and above in their customer service. There was a last minute issue with a part sent but was the wrong one, my car needed to stay due to being disassemble so the manager gave me a ride to Walgreens (which I live right by) in order for me to get my medicine. The employee, whose name escapes me at the moment, had gone after work was done for the day to pick up part needed and I was called first thing in the morning to pick up my vehicle. At this point, it was an hour before hey closed and I thought what did I have to lose... I talked with (Jordan I think) and he said they would do it if I could get up there soon. By the time I got there, I would say they were supposed to close in 40 minutes. He took a look at both tires on the axel and said they could do the other one as well no problem if I wanted it done. I said that would be great and I would be back once back in town to get the other two done. To my surprise he said they would do them all if I wanted, so I took the offer. While I was in there 3 more people came in and got great service as well. Even though it was closing time, he and the other guy (I don't know his name) were taking care of people and providing great service all the way until AND after the closing time. Set appt. with Michael on Friday at 9:00-9:30 on Monday morning. Dropped my car off and asked for someone to test drive it for 5 minutes to check on sputtering problem. At 5:45pm, 15 minutes from closing I still had not heard from Michael or anyone else. I had to call. I told them to keep car and deal with it first thing Tuesday morning. They agreed. On Tuesday I still had not heard from Plaza by 10:00am. I called again. Was told they "were looking "at it. At 10:30 I finally received a call from the Service Manager, who said that he drove my car but didn't detect sputtering. Baloney. I even experienced sputtering when I drove it home. So, Plaza had my car for 24 hours before it could be driven for a measly five minutes to determine the issue. My family members have been customers at that location for 25 years. However, I will not be returning. There are many more shops I can take my business to within a one mile radius of my house.

I got an oil change and tire rotation. I bought my tires there so trust them to catch under inflated tires when doing such work.

5 excellent I have gone to Plaza tire service for years. (Since the late 1990's) I know I can trust them to be honest and fair with me.I went this time because I thought I had an ignition problem but I didn't. However, Last July when I had them inspect my car for license renewal, the warned me that my tires were getting close to replacement and started with dry rot. They said I should be able to continue to drive safely on them but I should keep an eye on it. They did pass inspection. I asked them to check the tires as well when I brought the car in this time and they were ready for replacement. (After an additional 8 months of driving) I had them replace the tires and they told me options and prices and let me make the decision. Another prime reason I go to them is I only have one car and they are located close to my house and will give me a ride home and pick me up when I need to leave the car.

The service on my car was fine. My complaint is that none of the employees were wearing masks in consideration for the customers and other employees. Also there was no mask requirement for customers in the building. Seating is too close in the waiting area so I felt forced to stand outside in the cold, drizzle while I waited for my car to be serviced. I had not made arrangements for someone to pick me up and drop me off while my car was being serviced because I assumed that there would be a mandatory mask requirement like most retailers have. Yes, the state and local government does not mandate mask wearing,but out of consideration to employee and customer safety and to prevent the spread of Covid, most retailers have taken it upon themselves to have a mask requirement rule.

The service at plaza tire old 94 St Charles is the best. I go back there because I trust the guys. I never had any problems with my car until after the first of the year 3-4 Dash lights came on so I called Pappas Toyota. They said, tow it in. $1200 later , all fixed ,NO. I don’t dive my car very often, so about a week later I drove about 3 miles and smoke started coming out in the hood. When I looked , the cap was up on the antifreeze , so I lost all of it, towed it back to dealership ,again. As I said , I don’t drive very often. Went out a couple weeks later, and dash lights on again. That was it, I knew they took me, at the dealer. I always liked the guys At Plaza , and trust them to help this old lady. I’m all fixed!!!?

SUPER FAST SERVICE! I thought it would take a few days because I got my brakes, calibers, and rotors replaced but it only took 4 hours. The only downfall is that no one was wearing masks, and at checkout they grabbed the wrong keys/paperwork and almost charged me double.
