Hello, I am a repeat customer and this visit was to repair a tire pressure sensor and safety with emissions inspection. I dropped my wives car the night before using the convenient drop box. Next morning the guys had it finished up and recommended I think about new in the near future. (thanks) The car was ready for pickup and so I asked if they could also do an inspection on my daughters 2018 Jeep. These guys had this task wrapped up in no time that same day!! Needed a new set of rubber and an alignment after a steering rack change. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience and will definitely be back.

I took my car in to remove a nail in a run-flat tire, and perform the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, when performing the repair, damage was done to the paint on the rim. I was called immediately when the rim damage occurred and ensured a repair would be performed as soon as possible on Plaza Tire's dime. The repair was completed, and I could not tell where the repair was made! Things happen; however, it is noteworthy that I was dealt with honestly, quickly, and with superb results! Excellent job!

My 2 front tires were terribly bald so I went to Plaza Tire on my next payday without an appointment. I purchased the least expensive tires and did not purchase the extra maintenance stuff. I was out of there in an hour, the price was less than 3 other places I called in the area and they filled a different tire with air that was low I noticed when I got back in my car, they didn't have to do this but I appreciated not having to stop to do it myself. They also tried to clean my disgusting rims and I appreciated the effort. Definitely will return and tell others about my positive experience.

I was pleased with the service I recieved. Shop was very busy and they were short staffed. The young lady (wish I could remember her name) was obviously overwhelmed, but keep it together and moving, treating each customer special as if they were the only person there. I called Nikki for pricing on new tires and got them the very next day! I waited maybe an hour and was on my way! The only thing is i had to manually reset my tpms because the mechanic was probably unfamiliar with my vehicle but other than that everything was awesome!

They were patient with my indecisive decision on not receiving the alignment. I had called back saying nevermind on giving my car one if the test came back stating so. When I got there to pick up my car it was too late they had already did it. Instead of having to address it being upset they non nonchalantly let me know they went ahead and took it off the bill.....phew I was so relieved.

Scott and the team did a great job again. I brought my truck in this week for an oil change, tire rotation and to check the tire pressure sensor. The night before I dropped off, the check engine light came on. Scott let me know that tire sensor needed to be replaced (3rd out of 4) and that they ran the diagnostics for the check engine light, which wound up being a faulty gas cap that needed to be replaced. After my first two visits to this location, I feel that I am getting a straight answer from the team, and confident that if something does go wrong after a visit, I will not get the run around. Mechanic didn’t top off my windshield washer fluid, like he was suppose to do and he wrote down the wrong mileage from my odometer On the windshield Oil change sticker, and one of the office service managers said the last time I was there I had a tire rotation and it was actually the time”before”that I had it done at another local Plaza tire location. The same office manager tried to fill out a new windshield oil change sticker for me, and he wrote down the wrong mileage as well and I said just give me another new sticker and I’ll write it in myself. Both of these individuals for some reason, didn’t seem to have their minds on their jobs, I didn’t think. I appreciate the office manager being nice and honest with me about not needing a tire rotation at that time; These were Minor mistakes and I’m glad they didn’t lead to a major error. It was just another minor aggravation, because I had to go back to the shop and confront The manager with these errors, and so when you add this one up ?? with all the other aggravations in life, because of errors, I just had Enough. I guess I really should count my blessings and thank God I don’t have bigger problems to worry about like many people do.

I was experiencing a noise under my hood and after my smog and safety inspection they informed me of what the problem was, a belt making this noise. So I asked them how much it would cost and it was very reasonable, so I had them put it on and in about 30 minutes I was ready to get back on the road. I have never had a bad experience at the West Clay Plaza Tire. They are always so helpful. This time, we needed a flat tire looked at and the heat fixed. They told me, ahead of time, that there would be no one to fix the heat on the Saturday we wanted to bring it in. I appreciated the heads up. But then there was someone there to do it, which may have just been a coincidence, but it was awesome! And also, I paid for the work (for my daughter) on the phone and then found out that her dad had wanted to pay for it, and Plaza Tire was incredibly gracious about refunding me and letting him pay. I know people who are skeptical about going to a tire place for other services, but West Clay has always been friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and affordable. And a plus for me they are close to my house. They have the best tire program around, with free rotations for the life of the tires and roadside assistance if needed. And they helped me get a tow truck more than once when I needed it. Not a single bad thing to say about this location and its associates.

I herd good things about Plaza tires so I went to check them out. I was very please with the service that they provided me on my new tire. I went to go check the tire out to see how it look on my car. The service guy said it looks nice on my car. I was excited until I notice that my brand new rim was scratched. I was so upset because I am moving to another city in less than three days. WOW !!!!!!!! All I ask is please drive the customers car carefully. I am sure some people such as myself who take good care of there vehicle and spend a lot of money to maintain them.

Whenever I’ve taken my car places before, I’ve had folks try to swindle me out of money on the assumption that I’m stupid about my car. Do I know a lot about cars? Nope, but I do know when I’m being talked down to. I’ve always been treated with respect and the workers have even gone out of their way to note other, legit issues with my car and ask me if they would like me to service that as well. I honestly can’t give this place high enough praise. Prices are 100% fair, even when I was a graduate student at the local university. Please, take your car here.
