I went in for an oil change and to have everything checked that goes with an oil change. Mike was very friendly, which is important to me. He showed me the air filter, which was very dirty, rather than just saying I needed a new one. I was pleased, of course, that everything else was in good condition, There was 2 recommendations for future services, but I was not made to feel like they were trying to get more money out of me.

Hello ! I called Greg! He was able to order me four tires. When he called I actually thought I needed to get an appointment for another day , he said well we can do them today! I said an an oil change he said well yes. I went straight up there told John ,Greg was expecting me I was in and out and 1 1/2 hours impressive ! They always do the clemons and Black Families well!

My car 's air conditioning was not working. And the weather was crazy hot. It looked like it was going to turn into a major problem in the $2000 + range. The next day Greg went to move my car. And his fix did work and at was and is blowing very cool to cold air. He could have easily charged me a higher price. I am a female 75 year old senior who would have never known the difference. But he was honest and told me to pick it up with a much lower price. I will forever trust Plaza Tire. And they will have my business for as long as I drive. And I will recommend them to everyone with a car. I so appreciate them.

I came right at closing time the other day to have my right front tire checked that had been previously patched just to make sure it was OK to drive myself and my sister into the city. Found another dang nail in it which was not repairable. I was just going to cancel our outing and John said no way we will get some new tires on for you so you can go. They he and another guy sorry do not remember his name gave me two new tires and rotated my other two in record time. They went out of their way to provide safe travels for me and my sister. I had to get tires at the last moment as one of my tires had a leak in it and I had a very important appointment over the weekend. I called Plaza and John Freeborn hooked me up with some Falken tires on a buy 3 get one free deal that came in less than the other quotes I had gotten. I opted to purchase the protection package and the lifetime alignment package which I highly recommend as it is not a whole lot more than the required 4 wheel alignment when you get new tires. On this visit I went for a rotation and alignment check and was out of there with no charge in 35 minutes. This is an excellent company and John is a great guy.

tpms light was on,I thought r front tire was low, man at front desk was busy,but helped me, without much ado.he wasn't friendly,all business. He didn't give me a time frame for the repair,so I came back in an hour,saw my car up,he told me the mechanic found a bolt in the r rear tire.it was patched and I paid $27 and l gave him a compliment,no response.he didn't seem happy with his job.

Had some issues with one of the lugs, after putting my car in for an oil change and tire rotations. They were real good about calling me to let me know what was up and when it was all said and done, the rim was not scratched and really didn't end up spending much more than I had anticipated.

After numerous attempts by other mechanics down here in Georgia, I drove back to St. Charles and visited my old friends at Plaza Tire Service #32 for their help (and to visit family...don't be silly!). I've tried several times to get the gas cap indicator light/check engine light (aka the evap system) turned off, but every time we thought it was fixed, the lights would be back on within 50 miles or so. Plaza diagnosed the problem with a smoke test and fixed it quickly and were kind enough to follow up with another smoke test just for reassurance given all the previous issues. I've now driven 600+ miles back to Georgia and NO LIGHTS! I'm thrilled and so grateful. Family visit was great, of course, but the trip seriously was worth it just to turn those lights off and have the problem fixed. Thanks, Plaza!! I'm not saying I'll drive back for all my auto maintenance needs, but I will say I'm glad to know they're there in case I really need more expert help than I got down here.

The three most important things for anyone in selecting and maintaining an ongoing relationship with an auto service provider include: 1) Do they present as competent? 2) Do they present as honest? and 3) Do they provide services at a reasonable rate (not necessarily the cheapest rate). I have found that Plaza checks all these boxes for me. For these reasons, I will continue to use them for my auto repair needs. I should also note that word of mouth is huge in this industry. Positive comments from other Plaza customers pushed me in their direction, and I have done the same with other people based on my experience with Plaza. In a post-Covid world in which it’s increasingly difficult to get quality service almost everywhere you go, Plaza has found a way to maintain excellence, and I know that’s by intentional effort. You’re doing great - keep it up, and don’t change a thing!

I had a scheduled appointment, I showed up at my scheduled time, and they were ready for me. Got my truck in and out, with 4 tires and an alignment, in just about 1 1/2 hours. Everything went very smoothly.

I needed two new tires. They had them in stock and had it completed quickly for me. They offered me info on the financing which also helped. They weren’t able to get to my alignment but I was able to bring it back a few days later.

They got me in and replaced all four tires the same day. Their communication was great and very timely. I would recommend Plaza Tire to anyone.

I had all four tires replaced. After picking up the car, I noticed a significant pull to the left. I took the car back and they moved the tires around. This made a significant improvement but I still thought there was a slight pull and took it back again. Nick took it for a test drive and indicated that he found nothing wrong but he still did a full recheck of everything including the allignment. Nick was very professional in explaining what I was experiencing. I drove it again and after Nick's explanation, determined that everything was good. Nick could have been less professional and showed frustration with the customer (me) but instead he was very patient.

I had a tire that was losing air and I needed new tires. I had already set up an appointment with another company but they couldn't get me in for three days. I needed to go a pretty far distance before then and called the Plaza on Mexico Rd. I talked to John who recommended a set of Falken tires that were on sale for buy three and get one free. I purchased the lifetime alignment and the tire care package for free rotations and several other services. They got me right in, had my car done in a little over and hour, and the price was less than I was quoted at the other dealer. I love the new tires and they have a 70K tread warranty on them. Nothing but good things to say about John and Plaza.

The battery on our wouldn’t start the car. We were quoted $273. for a new battery. It seemed a little high. At your store we were quoted $220. I asked if they would check our battery first. My check engine light came on with message it was cadalidic converter (spelling). My husband had just had a heart attack a few days before and I was going several times a day to hospital. I am a senior and have only myself and that car to get there. The gentleman at Plaza Tire were very understanding and helpfull. Got my car in right away and had it fixed in a few days. They were friendly, knowable and real helped this old lady out of a bad way.

I had new rims and tires installed on my truck the tires and the rims look great. I did have to take it back one time for some minor issues but they resolved the issue quick and painless. All in all they did a great job.

I decided to try Plaza Tires out since I was looking for a more reliable auto service. I knew that I needed two new tires, new brake pads and an oil change. They got me booked within two days of my call. Their front desk area was clean and the manager was courteous and professional. They didn't try to get me to buy other services but they did provide information on the maintenance that was recommended based on my vehicle mileage. I would fully recommend them for your own auto maintenance service!

My tires were getting worn, one had a slow leak, decided to replace them before winter - had a great experience at Plaza Tire Service. Friendly staff and fast service.

I simply went in to have tires rotated, balanced and the alignment checked. I had bought my tires at Plaza and included these in the service plan. With the pandemic, Plaza is short staffed and I'm no longer able to make an appointment where I can wait for my truck; I have to leave it with them the entire day making it more inconvenient. But, I don't think it's better anywhere else. Most recently I've had some problems with the quality of the work as they hire inexperienced people, but I know to check the work prior to driving.

How can you get a tire rotation and they speak to you about the tread on the tirecsre getting low and recommend getting new tires before winter but don't check the tire pressure. My tires are supposed to be at 35psi. When I got home 2crores were at 31, one at 32and t we o at 33. I took care of it myself. I just dont know how they didnt ck the psi. Very disappointing

I called Tire Choice because they had done the rear brake pads, rotors and calipers before. They priced me 1700 plus. They gave me $150 discount for pads. They did not even try to match Plaza Tire. I called Plaza Tire and Greg quoted me brake pads, rotors, calipers plus tax $1100 and something. He also fitted me their busy schedule at their shop. Our daughter's wheelchair modified van blew 2 right side tires when her aide was returning the van after dropping her off at work. Since we had gotten new tires a couple years ago from Plaza, I called them first and they helped me with a contact for towing. Once the van got delivered to Plaza, I had explained to them that we would need the van back in order to pick my daughter up from work in just 3 hours. They got the tires replaced and balanced and even though they couldn't do the alignment at that particular shop, they called the other Plaza down the road to arrange for our alignment service. I have a lowered car and been this way for 5 years, took it to get an alignment as they said they could do it. They say I need camber bolts, which I agree but it’s not necessary. They align the toe and the car drives worse then before the alignment! I work so now I have to find time to bring it back! I will buy the bolts and I hope my brand new tires aren’t completely done. Manager was nice and cool I just expected to be able to go over 30mph without shaking too bad with the toe aligned.

I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced. The tires were rotated no problem going home then I left home to go to my bank and it sounded like I had a flat tire. I called and told them I was bringing it in. I was scared driving 20 mph to the shop. The tire split on the side - shop said we hit something and charged $33 for labor and new warranty on the tire. I dont call that a guarantee. It should be zero cost on a defective product. We have been customers since they first opened and, as always, we advised the personnel of the issue and they took charge from there. I needed a tire fixed that had a nail in it. The tires and all repair work I take to this location. I was told that I had to leave the car and they would try to fit it in. I took the tire off at home and still was told I had to leave the tire and they would try to get to it that day. Nobody called that day and I had to call back the next day to see if it was fixed. It was done but it was a 5 minute job to plug the tire, you could see the nail in the tire. You need to change your slogan about qwick change as I have never had a service where I could get anything done quickly. I continue to go there as they do good work but it takes forever.

I am grateful for everyone that works at Plaza Tire. They treat me like a Queen and my car runs like a Rolls-Royce. I have been using their fabulous service for 13 years.I think this location is the busiest in the state because of all of us seniors living across the street using their incredible service. We are all still driving thank you. I am also grateful because of their great customer service.I can easily make an appointment on the phone, drop my car off and being able to walk just across the street back to my apartment. Our Plaza tire provides such excellent service. My daughter and I forgot to drop off her car for the scheduled appointment day/time. Although they were quite busy, they were able to get it in for the safety inspection/oil and filter the next day. My daughter failed to mention that several of her lights were not working. Plaza called immediately during the inspection regarding the lights, got them replaced and alerted me that new tires would be needed within the next couple months. We needed a light bulb replaced. Immediately on the drive home from Plaza the check engine light came on. The car was fine when we took it in except for the light bulb. I brought my car to Plaza due to a tire pressure problem. Plaza found a hole in the tire & said they could not fix it but would be happy to sell me a new tire for about $200. This tire was in great condition & I decided to take it to my mechanic. They fixed the tire. Overall, the service was done well. They were able to replace my tire and realign my car in about 4 hours. The person working the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was that he was not wearing a mask. I did not see any employee wearing a mask, but I only saw a few. I wiped my car down after getting it back, so not too concerned about those in the garage.

This is a repeat appointment. They replaced the pads and rotors and bent a piece which rubbed on the rotor. They couldn’t find what was wrong until hours later.
