These guys were awesome. I work from my car everyday. I’m a security officer that uses my personal vehicle to sit in lots to guard vehicles, which means my vehicle sits the entire day in all extremes of weather. With the extreme cold we recently experienced, my tire pressure in all 4 tires dropped drastically. I couldn’t drive the distance I do on flat tires. That night, both places closest to my work location had air hoses that didn’t work. I had to call AAA. Still the issue was a problem. I was in a panic because I felt uncomfortable knowing my tires were not where they should be. I’m originally from Michigan where we were used to very cold weather, and in 50+ years of driving NEVER had issues like I was having with my tires. And my tires are not even a year old! A friend recommended NITROGEN for my tires and recommended these guys. So first thing the next morning I went in. They were very courteous , fast and made sure I was taken care of. I left feeling a LOT of relief, knowing that I shouldn’t have the issue anymore. And I didn’t. It worked beautifully! My van needed new tires ??. I scheduled an appointment for the 15th I submitted the schedule. We couldn’t find it and couldn’t find my confirmation just the rate confirmation is what I had. When I arrived my customer service representative said it could have gone to a different location it’s happened before. He was nice enough to go ahead keep the scheduled appointment for me. They were shorthanded which I understood. I waited they were done like in a hour. Plus they were nice to help people who were coming in to get their tires patched. It was MLK day the weather was like in the minus. I appreciate the service John worked on my van and installed the tires. I’m very happy I will be returning to this location.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change, battery replacement, and new tires. They got my car into the bay right on time. They estimated an hour, maybe an hour and a half to complete the tasks, so I walked to a couple of shops nearby and returned a little over an hour later. Car was ready within 10 minutes of my return! And they were friendly, too!

I had thought I made an appointment with this location, but the appointment was with the other Mexico Rd. location. They still got me in and did the tire rotation within 45 minutes after verifying I had the wrong location. They also informed me the brake pads were going to need to be replaced and quoted a fair price to replace them, which I will have them do at the next rotation. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and recommend them to anyone needing tires.

My car wouldn't start one morning and I needed a battery. I went to one place and they wanted over $200 for a battery. I left there and came to Plaza Tire Service where they put in a battery for under $200 in about 30 minutes. They were so nice and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a nail in a tire that could not be fixed - it was not in the tread. I needed 4 tires anyway and Mark Hughes, manager, was excellent. He did not oversell me as I do not put on a lot of mileage and recommended to come at least every 6 months for my tire rotation, even if I am not at the recommended mileage for it. He is very personable and got me back on the road later that day. I live locally so they did not need to get it done immediately.

I was in town for only a few days for the Thanksgiving. I discovered a large screw in my tire. I stopped in Plaza Tire Service 59 to see if they could patch it. They were short staffed due to multiple employee illnesses. And the following day was Thanksgiving. Even though they were buried in work and short staffed, since they knew I had to leave town after the Thanksgiving holiday, they managed to squeeze in my tire repair. I really wish Plaza Tire would expand to the Kansas City market, since they impressed the heck out of me.

I had a run-in with a high curb and put a hole in one of my tires. I was fortunately close to the Plaza Tire on Mexico Road in St. Peters when it happened. The staff went out of their way to fix my car quickly and even checked my alignment to make sure it was okay. Also, the mechanic who waited on me - I wish I had gotten his name - even switched out the tire he originally found to replace the ruined one with one that exactly matched the others. Soooo thoughtful and professional! I can't say enough good things about this shop!

I have been going to plaza for tires on my vechialsthe for the past five years. They have the best prices around! Got the buy 3 get 1 free on the Falken Sincera ST80 A/S 225/65R17 which was a crazy deal! Rubber has gone up and all other competitors had these tires at $147. Go the whole set installed with lifetime alignment for $566. I dropped our vehicle off at 3:50 PM and it was done at 5:00 PM the same day! Extremely quick service!

Had new tires put on my wife's Dodge Journey. They had trouble getting old tire off because of stripped lug nuts. They banged away and banged away chipping and scratching one of the hubcaps pretty bad. I didn't notice until I got home so didn't go back to complain. It's cosmetic and doesn't effect performance. The price was great (buy 3 get one free), the service was done fast with no appointment, and Mark (office manager?) is super friendly and has taken care of me numerous times. I would have given 5 stars across the board if it wasn't for the one hubcap and maybe it was unavoidable to get the old tire off. I have been using Plaza Tire for many years. This is the first time that I've been given horrible service to my vehicle. My request was to replace the two front tires, due to uneven wear on my 2004 Honda Oydessy. Then perform an alingment for the front end. Well, they placed the back tires on the front and placed the new two tires on the back. When I get on the highway at a faster speed, my tires hum. Yes, hum. That's problem #1. I'm assuming they did an alignment, but they did a horrible job at it. Before the techinicans got a hold of my vehicle, it would drive straight when I take my hands off the steering wheel. Now, I cannot take my hands off the steering wheel because it has a constant pull to the left. This is worst before I brought it in for the "alignment". That's problem #2. Last thing is that I'm missing my Honda Logo center piece to my rim. I'm sure the technican has it at his station. Why didn't he tell the shop/store manager that he forgot to place it back on. Calling me back to pick it up on put it back on would have been fine with me. That's problem #3.

Sadly I can't give a lower rating. Repair was replacement of a cracked oil filter housing causing the engine to lose all its oil. I was told this is a known common problem with Dodge vans. So I did some research. It happens but is by no means common. But one thing about it is common. It is a result of overtightening of the oil filter causing the plastic housing to crack. The oil leakage started when Plaza Tire did an oil change for me in early December. Now I find I've paid them nearly $800 to repair a problem they created. I won't be back to Plaza Tire.

It's interesting how Plaza locations change periodically wrt customer care. I've been dealing with Plaza Tire for decades (literally) so I'm quite familiar with the difference between a good and bad day at the tire shop. My last visit was clearly a "bad day!" I contacted the Cave Springs location on 11-30-20 to see about getting an estimate on an exhaust repair. The individual I spoke with said unless I left the car, there was no way I could be seen on that day so I made an appointment for 12-04-20 at 09:00. I arrived at about 08:45 and checked in with the desk guy. At about 9:45, the service guy finally approached me with his estimate. Seemed like a long time to wait for a visual inspection, but I didn't say anything. Having already researched the normal retail price of the parts that would have to be replaced, I was quite disappointed with the quoted estimate of $1400. After declining the offer, I was even more disappointed when I was told there would be a $19.99 rack fee. When I protested, I was told that was the normal fee for a situation like this. That really annoyed me as that has never been my experience, either with Plaza or any other repair facility. In fact, I went to two other locations that day and none charged to give me a quick visual inspection and estimate. I continued to argue with the counter people and service tech until someone finally relented and waived the fee. LIke they were doing me a favor after holding me hostage for nearly an hour on a ten minute job. One of the reasons I switched to this Plaza location from others I have utilized was because of the timeliness and professionalism I had experience here over the past couple of years. (See previous comments) That surely was not the case this time around. Why the change? The whole shop seemed to be in a bad mood. No smiles. No "Thank Yous." Just a gimme your money and get out outta here cause we didn't wanna do the job anyhow. Not a pleasant experience. I really hate when I start a day feeling good, then have that feeling quashed by something as stupid as bad business manners.

I went to Plaza tire to buy four tires. I thought the price was reasonable based on the prices that I checked out. However I did have a problem since my car decided to shoot craps on the spot and I had to buy a new battery. The counter man and his assistant made sure to quickly install a new battery for me. No complaints there. I was amazed at the amount of people who came in to purchase services. I am sorry I don't know any names, but the two main counter man worked above and beyond expectations and I give them five stars. Hats off to the two men who work the counter. I did have a long wait because the number of people coming in for sales and/or service was non-stop. Several people sitting around and waiting for tire services made a too long wait in my opinion. The counter guys were fast but they told me that they were supposed to close at six PM but people were still coming in at eight pm. Service Tech did not reset TPM (Tire pressure monitor) returned to shop, Tech messed with it for about half an hour,, was told to drive 20 minutes above 30 mph or more to get a reset (which was Later determined to be unnecessary) At any rate drove the recommended distance, TPM did not reset. drove an additional 10 miles to a dealer, described my problem. The tech writer at dealership was able to reset TPM in less than 2 minutes. My expectation is to drive away from any auto service provider without any warnings or warning lights flashing on my dash

Great service when dealing with warranty issues. Was first told by the tire manufacturer to go to another plaza tire on Mexico road down by o'fallon. Manager there was completely rude and refused to work on my issue and took it out on me when I was told to bring it there. I was just wasting their time and I'm stupid for not using them to start. He could have been having a bad day or he could have a permanent stick up his ass, either way I will never go to the location on Mexico road/Salt Lick rd and will forever warn people to never go there. Cave springs location was awesome. Rep I was dealing with was helpful and got my issue resolved and I will for sure be buying directly from this location from now on. It's a shame how the same company could have such horrible offensive service at one location and 2 miles away have great service.

The low rating is due to organization and communication within the business. We originally dropped off our car for the following services: state inspection, oil change, check A/C, check alignment/shaky steering. When we were first called by Plaza Tire to say our car was ready, I noticed that they didn't say anything about the oil change, so I asked about it and sure enough, it was forgotten. Our pick-up would be delayed a bit for this service - no big deal. When we finally went to pick-up the car at the end of the business day, we find out they never did the state inspection either and it was too late to have it done that evening, so we left it another night - annoying, but it happens. We pick the car up the following day, and as soon as we get to the highway, it is apparent that the alignment is still a disaster and the steering is still shaking. We have to take it back after a day on the road (Friday evening). When we arrive, another mechanic tells us the two front tires are completely shot! Something I would think would have been told to us and fixed during the two days that we had already left the car in their care- they are a tire business!! This of course all happened prior to the weekend of the 4th, so we had to leave the car through Monday to have the tires replaced. By noon on Monday, I had to call to see what was happening, and again it appeared as though their was no communication about what our car actually needed and I had to tell them again to replace the two front tires. In the end, everything was finally fixed and the car seems to be in good working order now, which we appreciate, but it took us being without our car for five days when it should have been completed in one day.

I first had the tires on my van aligned. That went quickly, and was covered under a life time alignment purchase. I then got four tires. Plaza Tire did a fantastic job of putting them on quickly. The price of the tires was good, but not great. That is why I gave them 4 stars.

Bought tires from them. Tires came with lifetime flat repair and other maintenance...check for correct inflation etc. Had tire light come on and asked them to check why. They seemed reluctant to do the work and only checked and adjusted pressure. Did NOT examine tires for anything embedded in the tread. But they did take the time to check alignment and try to sell me an alignment. I just wanted to know if I had anything embedded in the tires...i still don't know.

I had a screw in a tire and wanted to get the tire patched. The screw was too close to the side wall so it wasn't able to be patch. I decided to buy two tires, they had the same tires I had on the front and was given a printed estimate in minutes. The whole process lasted about an hour.

I generally don't fill these surveys out but for a second time in succession, I left this Plaza Cave Springs location feeling satisfied with both the professional courtesy and services I received, which was not often the case at the other Mexico Road location I had previously been utilizing. Something else you might find interesting, I stopped having my three vehicles inspected at this other Plaza location primarily because of the attitude of the counter people, and one individual in particular. Even after years of purchasing tires there, there was never an air of friendly recognition. So I moved to Car-X for my inspections and have been mostly satisfied there until just a few weeks ago when I was getting ready to have another vehicle inspected. To make a long story short, the manager I had been dealing with there had been fired and replaced with a mechanic/inspector that used to work at none other than the Plaza Tire from which had moved. I didn't like the fact that the Car-X manager I had been dealing with for several years and had come to know well had been replaced, but I it was a done deal and I knew nothing about this new guy so I pressed on. Unfortunately, it only took me three visits to realized this new manager had the same attitude and arrogance I had experienced at my original Plaza Tire...so I moved again to the Plaza Cave Springs location, which as I said originally, has so far been great. I'm not trying to point fingers with this review but rather simply relating my experiences with Plaza Tire over a period of many years...decades actually.

I've been dealing with Plaza tire for many years at several different locations but I have found the Cave Springs facility to be consistently superior in courtesy and services provided over the other Plaza Tire locations I have visited. when I had my tires replaced they said there was a problem with the front end and it was a safety issue. Plaza tire checked it out and did not find a problem with the front end but did trim a piece of plastic that the tire rubbed on when I turned a corner. My Mechanic, Rob Morrissey was awesome. If it wouldn't have been for him, I would be giving a 1 rating. I made my appointment a week in advance on a warranty covered item. Gave them plenty of time to get the repair approved and get the part. After I dropped my car off, I got a call from the Manager saying that they couldn't get my part until the next day. But somehow Rob found it somewhere and saved the day. The Manager didn't even call me to tell me they found the part, just let me go all day pretty annoyed, until I got a call from Rob, stating my car was done. So, as usual, My Mechanic was awesome. The office Manager lacks management and customer service skills.

I most often make appointments so that I can wait on my vehicle when having the oil changed. This once was very easy as my phone number would automatically bring up all my info with the Plaza Tire employee... I only needed to confirm a few items and my appointment would be set. Anymore I have to give all my vehicle and contact information over the phone when setting up the appointment only to have to repeat all of it again when I arrive to have my oil changed. I've been a customer for many years. There was a time when I recognized the same employees on separate visits. Now there are different people working every time and the service quality has definitely gone down.
