I had my Ram 2500 in for Oil and fuel filter change as well a a check on heater and remote tire pressure sensor on one tire. Everything but the tire sensor went well. The tire sensor stopped reading again in less than two miles

The car needed rear tires replaced and an oil change. I took all day to do get to it although I had requested it be done in four, for my convenience. I had to call for a ride home and then a ride back to the shop in the late afternoon. The job was done well but the timing sucked.

Needed a state inspection for my registration renewal, got it done when scheduled without any delay or holdups. So I was able to get to the Revenue Office before closing. Bought new set of tires at Plazza Tire in Fulton,MO. One week later while driving I270 low pressure light came on. Tire pressure was 29 on one tire. Found St. Genevieve store to air tire. An employee there checked the pressure and it dropped to 26. He advised that the tire was leaking around the bead and should be fixed. Glad I stopped there because I thought filling the tire with air would fix the problem! Wrong! Continued air pressure problems would have ruined my vacation. 0 stars.I brought my Ford Ranger truck in for an oil change and radiator fluid change. When I got my truck back the check engine light was on codesPO171 and PO174 The manager told me I can drive it as is, on the way home the truck started stalling at stops and died several times. When I returned to.Plaza Tire they suggested I needed a new fuel filter that they replaced After leaving the garage the light came back on and I returned it After a day they said I had bad gas I returned home drained and refilled the tank. I returned the truck to Plaza and after a day they informed the truck could not be fixed. I the went to a competent repair shop where they repaired the damage done to my truck caused by the inept radiator flushing job by cleaning anti freeze in my sensors and pugs and MAF. at a cost of $103.27.with no parts replaced. Check your own records to verify my complaints. I will never return to a Plaza again and am considering legal restitution. Thanks for nothing.

The only issue we experienced was the work performed wasn't done on a timy manner. We dropped our vehicle off at 4:45pm Wednesday the 23rd and it was scheduled for new tires at 9:00am on Thursday the 24th. My wife gets off work at 3:00pm and the attendant said they would definitely have it done for her to pick up. My daughter dropped my wife off about 3:15/3:20 and she had to wait till 3:45 which wasn't a long wait but they had the car all day. There could have been some issues that the dealership was dealing with that came up unexpectedly.

I wasn't going to do a review but I keep getting emails about it. Anyway, I don't like to bash anything in general online or about anyone personally. That being said, my experience wasn't the best. I went in for an oil change and they said my water pump was leaking and I needed to get it fixed at some point. I went ahead and scheduled to get it fixed that Friday as I was off all weekend and the next week for vacation. Anyway, I pick it up and and I notice on the way home the power was almost half of what it was. The turbo on my 2011 ford f150 ecoboost wasn't working at all. I called them and they said, "If your Turbo went out, that's something we don't work on anyway". Well my problem is, My turbo didn't just go out and for them to tell me that over the phone wasn't right. Second, if you feel mechanically inclined enough take a truck apart and put a water pump on, but you inform me you don't do turbos, what kind me mechanic is that? I told them it just didn't go out and it was working fine. All this from just an oil change? Never the less, it ruined my weekend and I ended up coming to work on Monday ( my vacation day) to get it fixed. Turns out, the mechanic just didn't tighten down one of the intakes for the turbo all the way. Its a 70 mile round trip to come to work and I wont get that weekend back either. Plaza tire did say sorry for that after it was all done but Ill "never" take my truck to them again for anything. I don't like the whole blame game and no confidence in fixing my issue over the phone or even a "hey bring it in and we will look at it" or anything of the sorts until I was adamant about it was something that the mechanic done there. There was definite reluctance over the phone and that just didnt give me any confidence at all in their mechanical service. Anyway, again, its not a bash but something that happened to me and honestly I will truly not go there for anything in the future. Sorry but I don't like losing sleep over this type of issue.

I've been doing business with Plaza for the past 15 years. Never had a complaint. Recently dropped my work car off to get an inspection done and mentioned that one of the tires would slowly leak air. When I picked it up an hour later the tire was fixed and inspection was done. Great crew!

Staff at the counter are always very courteous and answer questions that I may have. problem exists in not enough counter help on duty at one time. One person cannot sell tires, handle phone and work with customers entering and exiting. Staff is busy but more help needs to be on hand to accommodate the business. Even thou vehicle might be serviced and ready to go, it takes time for the personnel to be available to call me to finalize payment. This is not the fault of employees, but rather more people are needed to handle the volume of business in Ste. Genevieve. I have seen people get tired of waiting to talk to someone and walk out. Not good for Plaza Tire's reputation!

The staff went above and beyond, especially the store manager. Their customer service was the best of any Plaza Tire location that we have used recently. We are in close proximity to several locations and have used four in the last several years but Ste. Genevieve location was best all around.

Poor man at the counter! Trying to help customers, show tires, answer phones. I could have been out of the shop earlier , but he ws overloaded withe everything at one time. Suggest additional help at counter. Not his fault. I m not complaining, just a suggestion.

Dropped my pick up off the night before for an 8:00 A.M. appointment got there to pick it up at 3:00 P.M.it was still on the rack with all 4 tires off yet.I had to wait another 20 minutes and it was still not fixed he indicated that I had said I wouldn't be picking it up till 3 which was a moot point. I said i probably wouldn't be picking it up till 3. I almost went to pick it up at noon which there would have been some hell raised. Sorry I think if a customer has an * AM appointment he shouldn't have to wait till well after 3. Incidentally I had to take it back again to have it fixed right.
