The mechanic did a fine job replacing my tie rod and alignment but I was even more impressed with the level of costumer service. While I was waiting, an elderly lady was having some brake work done and she was very concerned about it. Alex went to great effort to assure her that the service was being performed correctly and took personal care to explain the situation and address each of her concerns. You guys are awesome!

I recently bought a used,(new to me) pickup. Needing a state safety inspection, I drove it to the local plaza tire, in Scottcity MO. There was a little bit of a wait matey 35 or 40 minutes. But that's due to this shop's quality work, and great attitude, cause everyone goes there for trusted work. The tech inspected my truck, found a needed repair,and after ok'ing the repair and cost with me,he quickly repaired the problem and inlets that 2 hours I was on my way to get tags for my truck. Scottcity,mo plaza tires staff is kind perfersomal, and most importantly performe trusted,quality, and affordable work.

My window on passenger door would not go back up and they installed a door switch. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Didn't give 5 stars, as the Scott City Missouri location has outgrown the building it's housed in. They're so busy always, that a customer can't pop in for an oil change. Making an appointment, isn't helpful either, as that is what this customer did. From the start of the full synthetic oil change to the end, was well in excess of one hour. After returning home, I went to Discount Tire where they discovered that one of the lug nuts was cross threaded when the passenger side rear tire was put back on by your tech. I had to give permission for Discount to break the lug nut to remove the tire. I kept the lug nut and will stop by when I return to Scott City.

I brought my vehicle to them for new tires and also asked that they check the brakes because I was feeling a vibration when I applied the brakes. They informed me that my back rotors were bad. When I asked if they could be turned, I was told that people don’t do that anymore. So, they replaced the rear rotors. When I picked the car up it drove worse than when I had brought it in. There was still the vibration and additionally a bad rattle in the right rear. I returned and informed them of such and was told that there is an adjustment time to new tires and rotors. I insisted that the manager drive my vehicle. When he returned he claimed my front rotors were warped and the rt rear shock was missing a bolt. I questioned why this wasn’t found initially and why the rattle from the missing shock bolt only appeared after their work. He became defensive, then caught himself and back tracked offering to replace the bolt and front rotors at no charge. In the end all was well, but I shouldn’t have had to go through that to get my vehicle repaired correctly.

Proper attention was given to servicing my 2013 Mini Cooper. Pointing out where the level of oil should be on the European dip stick, the technitions made every effort to meet that requirement. It is very easy to over fill the oil pan, so this is very important to achieve the proper level. Again, Mike and crew met me in a friendly and helpful manner and preformed the maintenance needed.
