I brought my son-in-law in to have a flat repaired or a new tire replaced if it couldn't be fixed for his Chevy Traverse. It was going to be about a 30 minute wait for the repair. But while we were waiting, the young man who had checked us in, had taken the flat tire back to the shop and fixed it for us. He knew I was in a little bit of a time crunch and had to be at another appointment soon. I was so surprised and grateful for his attention to my circumstances. I wish there were more employees like him.

My car needed an oil change. The engine slash plate (pan) was broken and hanging down almost to the ground. The oil change went quickly and they also were able to secure the broken slash plate. The guys were a big help.

Lined up front end and balanced wheels. I thought they would have test drove the car after the alignment but they didn't. At first driving it I thought it was in worse shape then when I brought it in and turned around on interstate after driving 4miles, it was pulling to the left. I drove up and they took care of my first issue while the trailer was in the parking lot. In and out in minutes. I get home and my wife had a slow leak the same day. I took her car in and they found a nail and removed and patched it. All of this before 9:00 am. I have never had such great service from another repair service. Great group of Guys.

I am satisfied with the front end alignment that I received on my Chevrolet Avalanche I had the right inner tie rod replaced and had the inner tie rod set back as close as we could get it before having front end alignment done at Plaza Tire . The tech at Plaza set the alignment and my truck goes down the road easily now and steering wheel was set back straight .

We had a blowout and were stranded in town. The people at this store were so amazing they went above and beyond to help me get back on the road quickly. I truly appreciate they did not try to upsell me they gave me the facts on the cheap and more expensive tire(I bought the more expensive) and did not try to con me as some other shops have done to me in the past, they were 100% honest on the condition of my rear tires. I was quoted a price for the front hub replacement on both wheels. When I picked up my car, it was $300 more than the quote. At no time was I advised of the change in cost, even though I specifically asked to be notified if there was any change. I called and spoke with a regional manager about the issue, and was told he would look into it, but to date there has been no response from anyone. I'm assuming that no one at plaza tire cares about customer service.

I came in with a screw in my front driver tire. I had been told it couldn't be fixed. The young man at the counter was very nice and very helpful. I don't know which technician repaired my tire, but it is holding great. I left my vehicle and was very surprised when they called to tell me, about an hour later, it was fixed. They had to order the oil for my car after I got there and no one had it in stock so I had to go back the next day after it came in . Overall it was a good experience as far as an oil change goes . I wanted the Front End Alignment checked as I have your Premium Protection Plan on the alignment . The mechanic said that both Bottom Ball Joints were bad plus the drivers side Outer Tie Rod End .I decided to take my car to my mechanic here at home and have him check it . Well I guess it was a good thing that I did because instead of both Bottom Ball Joints being bad it was the Top Ball Joints . So that kind of makes me wonder about some of their work .

He then asked me if I was sure that it wasn't the low fuel light. I was completely caught off guard with such a sexist comment. We left the car there and came back around 5 pm. Tried this with Raben… it took 30 mins and still didn’t get one of my 3 questions answered. It was stupid and frustrating… because it’s automated. Not a real person to answer your questions. Winner - Tire Plaza!!! No contest! Polite staff, could see the work being done through the the big windows into the shop. Had water available for customers. Wish coffee was avail in afternoon… even if it was in a pump thermos!!! Still a great experience. My appointment was made 1 week in advance for 8am. I was there before time and give staff my keys and the employee at counter could not find it. After it was found I left they where to call when it was finished. At 10 am I drove bye and my car was still sitting untouched. I asked employee if it was finished his answer was let me check. I told him no need it had not been moved. Employee was putting walk ins ahead of my appointment. I asked him why did I drive 30 miles to an appointment at 8 when at 10 it has not been touched. I let employee know I was very dissatisfied with the service. Employee then got my car back for service and tires. When I picked up car he did discount my oil change but the fact was it took 1 1/2 hours to do job. So it ended up being a 3 1/2 hour job for me. I have used them for many sets of tires but this has put a sour taste in my mouth for Plaza Tire.

Went in for a tire balance on December 19th and was told the rear driver bearing and hub assembly was stripped. Was supposed to be an easy part swap but ended up taking two weeks because the wrong part was ordered three separate times. On the 23rd I was just told I could order it myself and when that wasn’t able to be done Plaza ordered through BMW for the part. The tire balance was deducted but I was still charged $517. The main issue with the whole ordeal was the fact the people I talked to were just so nonchalant about the fact they would order the wrong parts and I would be out of a car for two weeks and that was just my issue to deal with. In certain calls the person I would talk to would even be snickering at the fact he didn’t even know the part came in or that it wasn’t installed. On the 31st of December it was finally installed and I was called thirteen minutes before they closed to come pick it up, as if my car hadn’t already been sitting two weeks and they were about to get half a grand from me. This was the phone call that included that they had no idea the part came in that day and we were just now starting to install it, he actually said “we didn’t put it on because we assumed you were putting it on yourself”.

My tire has a pin size whole in it I took my car for a patch job. After pulling my car in I observed them spray the tire down then circle where the whole was..they then moved to anther car to do some work then came out and said they could repair the tire the whole wad too big. I had to wait a 2 hours in the place. They told me when I got there they would have my car in the shop in 30 minutes. After the 30 mins they had my car in the shop but then it took two hours for them to finish the oil change. I’ve changed oil and oil filters my self before and it does not take that long. If I Knew they were going to take that long I would have went home and waited.

One of my tires went flat and the "spare" tire was put on. I drove to the Service Center about 3:00. The Assistant Manager (?) checked the flat tire and said it could not be repaired. I asked him to check my other front tire to see if the tread was still good--he checked all three and advised that all four tires should be replaced. He advised that he had Falcon tires on hand and quoted the price for them, I asked if they could also change the oil and check to be sure everything was ok. He told me to come back in an hour, and that it would take about an hour and a half to do the work. It was later when they finished. Considering that I just dropped in without an appointment, this may have been excellent service. But it seemed to me, from what little I saw, that the front desk people were moving pretty slow. I was surprised that I was not told about other brands of tire and any deals they may have had on them, even if I had to return another day to get the work done, which would not have been a problem I may have chosen cheaper tires--I may have chosen Mitchelins--but he didn't ask. I believe we both expect a little better than that!

They were able to do the brake inspection in a timely manner, explained the findings, quoted me a total cost and were able to complete the work that day. Had 2 tires and an inspection done, took 2.5 hours to put on the wrong tires, I asked for 2 tires that were $47ea and they put on 2 that were $67ea then broke both air sensors and then try to tell me my car needs $700+ in repairs to pass inspection, one of which is $500+ to replace a tie rod and it supposedly takes 4 hours of labor LMAO I can do that myself in 30 mins to an hour max in my own garage. I arrived late in the day needing a tire repaired. I drive appx 350 miles daily with my job. The manager very kindly explained they were working on several other customer orders which would take them up to close of business. I had already tried another tire shop they too were very busy. Daughter told them she wanted an average inexpensive tire for a regular size passenger car. As usual she was taken advantage of, what should have been around $90, ended up about $150. That’s the second time has had issues, it’s sad and ridiculous. I wish I could have been with her at the time. Another example of the way our world is today. I wish people and businesses could still be honest and do the right things. I wish more could be done to right the wrongs and change things. Things are hard enough for my daughter trying to make it through college with all the costs.

Was not at all happy with the srvice here, took my car in for tire rotation and because of a flat on my tire, they couldnt repair. they said it was on a sidewall, therefore they wouldnt rotate my tires ive actually paid for the warranty to do that. and to top it off when i went to pick it up at closing time after having the car for 8 hours. i ask them does there policy not let you put air in my tire either, he told me to be patient at which at that time i lost my cool, and said youve had my car for 8 hours, and you couldnt even have air in tire when i pick it up! Customer service was good however the service department was the problem. First weights weren’t placed on correctly causing the car to shake while driving, that issue was resolved the 1st visit after purchasing the tires. Then, there was damage to a new tire wall and the one that were put on in March. When it was serviced the second time for the damaged tire wall the spare was new and they broke it down off the rim and the new tire was placed on that rim, while the other rim sat in the trunk leaving us without a spare so we returned for a third time to have the spare put back together.

They do good work but with even an appointment it was a 2 hr wait on oil change and tire rotation. They clam to be the quick change artist. Not even close. The next day I got my Ford fusion oil change and tire rotation with an appointment, it was an hour before the car got back into the shop. Then it was an hour and 45 min after that before completion. Then they failed to put mileage sticker in the window.

Very friendly people !! Very good service ! My only complaint is that a floor board cover to keep grease and oil off of my weather tech floor mat . That is a good thing and appreciated . However... There was lots of greasy hand prints on my outside and inside door handles , all over the steering wheel and gear shifter handle . I feel every location should have someone designated clean in clothes and body that can pull vehicles in and out of the bays . I’m positive this is a issue for many other customers even if they do not say anything . Ive changed shops a few times over this . Vehicles should not be entered by ANYONE with dirt / grease / oil / or dust on clothing or arms / hands !

I dropped my car off at 9:15am and I said I would be in town. They told me they would call me when it was ready. I called around 2pm to check on the status, they had not yet gotten to my car. I called again at 4:30 and my car still was not done. At 5:20ish my father in law called, my car was ready. This Plaza closes at 5:30pm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, someone had called in and another employee went home because he got sick in the heat. What really made me upset is not checking my tire pressure. I have the slip where they "checked" my tire pressure and depth. It says all tires have a PSI of 32. I got in my car to check, front driver: 44 , front passenger: 35, back driver 29, back passenger 30. Not happy. Take the time to do your customers right, especially if they have been waiting all day! I did not even get a discounted price on top of my coupon for waiting all day. Not sure if I will use them again.

Had a severe problem with a bad wheel bearing on my car. Although they were quite busy, they managed to work on my car along with the other customer's problems. I appreciate their effort as I had some scheduled work near St. Louis the next day and also needed a State inspection on my car for obtaining new license plates. I went in to Plaza Tire to get new windshield wipers. They were a bit busy and I had to wait awhile but when I mentioned I had other prior engagements to attend to they quickly sent an employee from the shop to change my wiper blades. The blades were EXACTLY the ones I had asked for ,it only took less than 5 minutes for the employee to change them. I WAS SO GREATLY APPRECIATIVE TO THEM !!!. I couldn't have had any better service than I got on that visit to Plaza Tire. My warning light came on showing I had a tire with low air pressure. I took it their early and they put 10 lbs of air in it and said to watch it careful. I was fixing to take a trip at noon and within less than an hour the warning light came back on. I took it back and they got me right in and the tire had a nail in it. They had it fixed and me back on the road in about 20 minutes. I was so thankful and the tire is doing great now.

I had trouble with the front end of my jeep shimmying. They checked the tires and said they were all "fine", except one that had a pinhole, and they were out of balance. They fixed the tire and balanced them, but the shimmy didn't stop. I went back and they said my tires were "fine" but I needed some type of special roadside balance. They did that balance and my car started to wobble in the back. I called and my husband took it back in, they said I probably just needed to get four new tires. After I complained because they had seen the tires twice and they were "fine", and then all of a sudden new tires were needed to fix the problem, the manager got angry and told me not to "call into question" his integrity! I spoke with the corporate office and was advised that only one tire appeared to be "separating" and they would refund my money but I still haven't seen the refund! How do you fix a tire and not know it's separating when tires are your business, and then have the audacity to tell me I need four tires when only one is separating?!?!

My inspection was failed for tie rod end and ball joints and would cost $570 to fix it. I took to another mechanic that afternoon (would have been $240 for replacement) to get them replaced and he told me they did not need replaced. I then took my vehicle to another business the next morning and they inspected it and found NOTHING to be wrong with it also! I am waiting for a response from the local highway patrol so that they can also check out my vehicle. I really think Plaza was trying to scam me out of $570!!!

They were super busy whenever we scheduled to have drivetrain looked at for a wobble in the front end and they diagnosed the issue was just needing new tires. We made an appointment to have new tires installed and oil change. While the had it they were busy and forgot to do the oil change and only had 4 tires in stock so had to bring it back the next day to have 5th tires put on spare and oil change done. Over all we are satisfied the manager there made it right with us.
