Minor mishap with my tire, Plaza Tire Service got me in quickly and was able to correct the issue. Very impressed with the service I received and I highly recommend using them for your tire needs.

The ‘Arctic’ blast we just had really took a toll on my 4 year old battery. I called the shop around 1 pm, and even though they were busy, asked me to bring my car in asap & they would make sure I got a new battery in my car. They saved me from the constant worry I was having every time I went out to start my car! Every one was awesome! You’re much appreciated!

Got a nail in my tire that caused a slow leak. Martin worked with me to be able to leave my car and get the tire fixed even though they were packed. So thankful they were able to work it in! I had my vehicle in a little over a week past for routine rotation, when I brought it back in with a vibration on the steering wheel. I suggested I might have a tire out of balance. They didn't act like I didn't know anything about cars (because I'm female), they took it right in, and balanced them. Problem solved! I will continue to use them with my new (to me) vehicle.

I have been to Plaza Tires a few times before and have always been satisfied. It was time for new tires and they did not let me down. They suggested Falken performance tires for my car. Had to order tires due to size, 245 40 20" but had them in the next day. When Eli finished and I settled up with Marvin, I got in my car and I noticed the difference before I left the lot! Steering was so smooth! When I hit the road, I honestly thought I had the wrong car! There was almost NO road noise! My car was not this quiet NEW! My hat is off to Marvin and Eli and team for putting a smile on my face and letting me really enjoy driving again.

Took our car in for an oil change. On the way there a nail went into the sidewall of a tire. They were able to install two new tires and complete the service.

I had accidentally hit a curb which bent my tie rod end on my passenger side. This caused my tire to become completely bald. I was nervous taking my car in because I figured it couldn't be fixed, and I'd have to total my car out. Thank god they were able to fix everything and I got 4 new tires with the upgrades. My car had a flat tire. Razer blade in tire. They found the blade and had to take it out of the tire. Piece by piece. The blade broke apart as they tried to remove. They fixed my tire. Best service ever. I totally recommend Plaza Tire

I had a bolt in the front left tire. It was bad enough that the tire could not be patched and repaired, and being AWD, I had to replace all four. I called Plaza Tires and they were the only shop that had what I wanted in stock. While I could get less expensive tires other places, these are a better rated tire than the others, and supporting Gearhead Ministries, I try to utilize them first. I appreciate Marvin and the rest of the crew there, and will continue to bring my business back to Plaza for all my tire needs.

A sometimes creaking or groaning noise from rear suspension on making turns from parking lots or driveways. Scott checked it over and couldn't locate the source of the noise. Rotated the tires cuz it was time. Great shop. Great folks. I'll be back.

We were camping and developed a flat on out tow vehicle. We threw on the spare and rolled into Plaza and asked them to assess the condition of the tire and if there were any punctures. The tech thoroughly checked the tire and stem for leaks and after finding none he reset the tire on the rim to make sure it wasn't a rim seal leak. He swapped out the spare with the now fully inflated tire and checked pressure all around and then reinstalled the spare to it's cradle. Plaza charged us an incredibly fair amount for the service (nothing) and wished us well on our future travels. I recommend this Plaza Tire location to anyone in need of new tires or repairs. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.

Went in to have the tires balanced, state inspection, and an alignment performed. The technician kept me informed on every aspect, including not charging for an inspection because one was not needed. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the technician working on my vehicle.

I like this place because they don't treat me, as a woman, like I am dumb and can't understand anything. They always answer my questions respectfully. I feel comfortable in their waiting room. Went in at the last minute (day before) for an alignment and rotation before a trip. Drove home and steering wheel wobbled hard and pulled to the left 3 times worse than before I took it in. Had to take another vehicle on the trip. Little over a week later went back told them about the pull and the wobble. They came bake after balancing the wheels and said sorry must have overlooked before. Went home and the wobble was gone but it still pulled to the left like before I took it in. The staff was nice but I’m into this close to 3 hours of my time and I am going to have to a 3rd time. Think maybe they should be paying me. Used Plaza Tire on 3 of my vehicles, first time I have had an issue.

Went to get two new front tires for my vehicle. Install took a bit of time, but overall not bad. Drive my car home and park it. Next day, drivers side tire is flat. It is Sunday, so they are closed. Next day, I fill the tire up, thinking maybe it was a fluke. Next day, tire is flat again. Did not drive my car once that week, and take it in Saturday morning for them to look at. They said there is a small leak in the side wall and warranty did not cover it. Also I didn't get hazard protection (because it was never offered), so I would have to buy a new tire. I take it to get looked at elsewhere and they noted that the tire they installed is already over 5 years old. Why was I never told they were putting that old of a tire on my car? Why did they not offer hazard protection?

I have made this place my home for tires and oil, been there enough that the managers remember me each time. However this last time it took 3 hours to complete 2 tires and an oil change. I understand how busy they were. I went for a walk because they couldn’t get me in right away. Totally understand. What I don’t understand, is how other people would show up after me, and would get there cars looked at and assess what they needed. I watched from across the street for 2 hours. Then I went in the shop to wait. Then they got me in. From looking through the glass I could see the tech taking his sweet time. I did this very job in high school. I could have changed 4 tires and did an oil change in an hour. My time is very important to me. I don’t get much free time. When I did, it was used up. This will be the second day in 4 months that I have had off. My van is do for an oil change, but I don’t want to waist my 2 second day off in a while, waiting hours for my service. Seriously has me thinking of doing it myself. I normally just haven’t the time to do these things, so I take it to them. Honestly I could have done the two tires myself using two bars in less time. I have done it. Breaking the bead is the hardest part.

The clerk who took payment for the oil change did not offer a printed receipt, but said that they would email the receipt to me. That was more than a week ago, and I still have not received a receipt. The staff is not overly friendly, and never deliver on their time estimate. The website offers appointments, but they tell you at the counter that they do not make appointments. My quoted $61.99 oil change ended up costing me $70.57, so I do not think that they are advertising honestly. I am seriously considering going somewhere else in the future, even though the location is more convenient than others. I am considering going elsewhere for service.

Dropped off my Jeep for state inspection and nail in front right tire. Told tech at front desk there was a nail in the tire and needed to be fixed. Also said back right tire had a slow leak. When called to pick up my Jeep, was told the back right tire had a valve leak which was fixed. I asked about the front right tire and the tech who inspected my car said they weren’t aware of a nail in the tire… they later called me back to say that the tire was not fixable and swapped it for my spare. How could they miss this? I brought it in specially stating there is a nail in my tire so it needed to be fixed/swapped out for my spare and then was told they didn’t even notice a nail in the tire… and my car “passed” inspection with a GIANT nail sticking out of the sidewall! And a few weeks prior I had made an appointment for a state inspection online… I just had a baby so I was excited to see I could make an appointment because my time is limited. But when I arrived, they said they don’t “make appointments” and I’d have to wait two hours! Definitely not coming back…

While the tires were being rotated, the tech noticed that the brakes were in need of new pads and shoes. Went to store same day and was asked if I could come back tomorrow they couldn’t do the oil change not enough time. Said I live out of town and had called that day already. Said I would come tomorrow and said I wanted brake inspection oil change tire rotation and new windshield blades and rear blade. Went next day and waited in line, when the did the work told me they didn’t have the rear blade but could go buy one. They should have already had it at the store since I requested it the day before. Told him to forget the blade. Asked if they would check air pressure in tires and it was the same pressures when I left because I checked. They were all low, that’s why I wanted them checked because they were rotating the tire already. The store must not have any planning instructions to follow

Let me start by saying the actual service was pretty good. I am extremely disappointed in a few things; let me explain. I received and email about the buy 3, get 1 free sale. I got on the website, selected the tires it said I needed for my particular car and got a quote. While getting said quote, it asked me to set an "appointment" time. I did and showed up at the store before my "appointment" time just to learn that the appointment that I set up online was not really a thing; they were really just first-come, first-serve. Had I known that little fact, I would have showed up much earlier so as not to sit there half the day. While mounting my new tires, they realized I needed new ball joints so I had them replace them as well, which is a good thing for me, I want my vehicle to run correctly. When they get done 4.5 hours later, yes I said 4.5 HOURS later, I go to pay and the person informs me that I needed to replace my tie rods as well. WHAT? Why didn't they just come tell me that bit of news so I could have had them replace those while they were there. As it stands, I now have to make ANOTHER trip in to get those replaced. I have always gotten my vehicle serviced at THIS Plaza Tire and have always been very pleased. I was pleased with most of the service on this particular day, just irritated at the amount of time I was there and the fact that I left with something wrong with my car that they could have fixed had someone told me about it while they still had it in the air.

I needed an oil change and state inspection for my 2007 Kia. I copied the coupon for the smart driver package and proceeded to the shop. I was greeted by the manager and was asked if I was dropping it off. Since I didn't have other transportation he asked if I would be willing to wait due to staffing shortage. I agreed and was able to wait in the waiting area to have service rendered. Service did take a little longer than normal but that was fine with me. I told the manager that I would return with my Impala soon for service and possible state inspection on that vehicle. I'm always treated well at that location and have recommended it to family and friends.

I really dont like being obviously being treated like a girl. I almost felt as if I was bothering them. I was never asked what kind of oil change i wanted. Or what oil I preferred. Then when my car was finally done I saw what was described to me as a piece of my splash guard hanging down off my car and the kid was annoyed that I pointed it out, and actually said "I guess I can pit it back up there if you insist, but it wont hurt you any. I dont really need to." I felt as if my concern wasnt a concern at all to him. I was not pleased. I had a slow leak in my left rear tire that I had to put air in about once a month and I decided to stop by Plaza tires and have them take a look at it. They were fairly busy and said it would take a little bit but they would get on it as quick as they could. When they got to it, found the end of a screw embedded in the rubber. Removed it, patched it, filled my tire back up with nitrogen, thanked me and said no charge! They even have a quick check alignment they do to let you see if it's good, for free! Guaranteed I will shop with them in the future. Thanks guys!

When we went to buy a tire because we had a nail where it couldn’t be fixed, we were told since road hazard was 1000 miles over the expiration, we would have to pay $48.00. Then later he said there would be no charge. He said the reason was that when we bought all four of our tires, they put the wrong ones on that we bought, so instead of charging us for this tire, we got it free. Problem is it doesn’t match our other three plus since the wrong ones was put on, did we get tires that were inferior to the ones we originally purchased. We have no way to know. So now we have 3 alike and one slightly different which we agreed too, but personally I think all four should have been replaced because of the original error. But the counter person was very friendly and apologetic. This wasn’t his fault and he has always been very nice when I go to Plaza. He did ask us if would matter if it was slightly different. We had been waiting so long plus I figured it was either get the unmatched one or wait some more. But we did appreciate his honesty. That is why I gave it 4 stars…he deserved a 5, but not the tire people in the back. Now we are driving around with 3 tires we didn’t buy and wondering if they were less quality than what we originally bought and driving around with one that doesn’t really match.

I took my truck in for an oil change. I used the early drop off service which was handy. According to the invoice they used the correct type, quantity, and weight oil, and gave me the correct $10 discount based on the coupon code I provided so the cost was $10-20 less than quotes I received from other places. The work was completed timely and my wife picked up the truck while I was at work. The only negative was they failed to reset the oil life monitor / warning, but I was able to do that myself. All in all a good experience.

I didn't expect much from a tire chain, but the team members and service were better than expected. I took a quote in with me the morning of service, and one of the team members caught that I had not added the Lifetime Balance for the tires. We discussed it and I asked that they add it to my purchase. However, it was not added at checkout, and I didn't realize this until I got home. This is a bit of a bummer that my ticket was not marked to add this or there was a miscommunication. It is not a deal breaker, just a bummer. They did catch that one of my TPMS sensors had a crack in the valve stem, and offered to replace it (with pricing) before moving forward. I'll definitely return with my SUV and give the team members another chance to shine.

Plaza Tire Service, especially store 54 - Springfield West is great. I was able to search for tires online and make a selection arrived the next day and had new tires by 10 am. Service was great! There was a problem with one tire leaking (the stem malfunctioned) and they resolved the issue with in 20 minutes. After calling to ask if busy, they said "eh, not too bad . we can work you in". Took, over a half hour to get car in, another hour + for a oil change/lube and tire rotation. Asked if they'd mind checking my rear right turn signal light to see if wire was loose or light burnt out. For an extra charge. Told them all they had to do was pop off a small panel on the side. Did it myself, in the parking lot. Took 10 seconds to check. Thanks for nothing. Noticed there was no clock anywhere inside, conveniently. Wise!..when so slow. Arrived just after 10:45AM, out at 12:15PM (Need more staff?) No price on soda machine, either. No feedback on anything, although my oil was a bit low, I already knew. They did replace a tire valve cap, I only noticed myself. Otherwise, clean and friendly, but was late for my scheduled chores, which placed me in heavy traffic. NOONISH. Tick-tock. Time isn't precious, it's priceless. I'll probably be back, maybe, one more time, but will be sure to get there EARLY and see how things go. Last chance. Jiffy Lube a block away, also Discount Tires. I had them put new tires and a leveling kit on, now my truck is making an awful noise in the front in(sounds like suspension any time the shocks compress). Almost like a rattle or something loose, I've taken it back twice and they say they have no clue what it is. Truck has never made any sound like this until they did the work. I looked at reviews, and they are constantly advertising leveling and tire packages, so I figured they knew what they were doing but apparently not. Now I am left taking it to ford hoping they can pin point what Plaza has jacked up so I can finally drive my truck without listening to the sound.

First time to try the oil change service. Went back second day due to full first day visit as a walk-in. Was almost first in line at the door when they opened, but took almost two hours. (Too long.) Many people came in ahead of me because they registered for appointments online (I didn't know this was available), but the computer triple booked people - at least that was what the counter person said. Hmmm. Why does the door say Masks are Required, but the guys behind the counter don't wear them...are they required, or no? Saw this the day before as well. I would have given 4 stars except NONE of the employees were wearing masks! It's bad enough when people wear them improperly but none of the employees had one at all. The guy who drove my car into the bay and out didn't wear a mask while in my vehicle either so I had to drive with the windows down afterwards even though it was cold and raining. I came in when we had a snow storm. My tire light was on and my maintenance light was on. I knew the light was on for a rotation and asked to have them turn the light off. They acted like they had no idea that they can do that. And they didn’t. They priced me for 4 tire light sensors because they said the batteries were dead. $400. But light went off when it got warmer. They had to get a lock for my wheels behind the seat in a compartment that you take plastic piece off to get to by the jack. They never put that back together. It was a week of wondering why I heard this noise in the back.

Would have been 5 stars but no employee was wearing a mask while I was there. We have a mandatory face mask requirement here and employees should have been masked.

I walked into their facility scared unsure about the health of my tire. The guys there really put me at ease when they said they could help. Truly grateful for the expertise they exhibited when fixing my tire. They even told me the type of nail that was lodged into my tire (roofing nail) which was very accurate because the day prior I remember being behind a truck with a trailer caring roofing materials. Great service and experts at taking care!!!!
