Great new tires and fast and efficient. Slight complaint on that they didn’t explain the price of the tires individually and what tires I was getting. Just gave a total with tires, service, and protection plan. Would have liked a little more explanation of what I was getting. Still very good service and product overall.

Brought my truck in for tire rotation for a set of tires purchased at this location and one tire had a screw in it wanted it checked for leak. Arrived 740 am on a Saturday they already had some business it was a 2 hour wait for them to get my truck in a bay technician checked the tire with screw no leak just in tread. I was called in the lobby and said my truck was ready as I approached noticed the tire with screw was in same spot they failed to do the rotation which is a service they offer if you buy a whole set of tires from them. I asked if the technician completed the tire rotation which was on the work ticket he asked and said no they wanted me to wait again to get my truck back in the bay to do rotation I didn't have time to wait again. I went to valvoline paid them 35 dollars was in and out in 20 min. Probably will not use plaza tire for personal vehicles again.

I wish I could give a higher rating, I brought my car in for service including checking and rotation of my tires, specifically I advised that my tire pressure light was staying on. I picked up my car and started driving off the lot and noticed tire pressure light was still on, I went back and asked about that and was told it was a sensor malfunction and how much it would cost to replace! I inquired if the tires were ok and assured they were! The next morning I came out to find one of my tires was flat on the ground. I had to have it towed back to fix and find what caused the problem. This time I was told it was a bad valve stem causing a slow leak. After the repair, the tire pressure light was no longer on. I was leaving on a long higher trip and I am thankful that their inability to locate the problem occurred before I was on my trip. But it could have happened with very serious consequences. I’m glad I also did not let them talk me into a new sensor since the one I had detected the problem your shop didn’t!

Pulled in one afternoon because one tire had given me low pressure alarms three times in two weeks. Worried there was a slow leak. The problem was found right away, patched, and haven’t had a pressure alarm since. All employees helpful and friendly.

I have had two vehicles serviced there and overall I am pleased. In the most recent service I had two tires repaired or I think I did. The car low tire light was on so the front right tire was checked, however the light remaiins on. With this trip I also brought in a tire from my 4Runner which was flat and that too was fixed. After the last two trips in the front desk really didn't communicate with me although they checked me out. On a recent trip in with my 4Runner the two front disc's were replaced and again not one word was communicated however I was not charged. Obviously there was something wrong with the dic's but no explanation. So my suggestion woiuld be that the customer needs to be communicated with in a better was so they know what was corrected.

I have been going to plaza tire for a couple of years now and have always been treated with great respect. I went a few days back to have tires rotated and balanced. They checked my oil level for me as well and I ended up needing a few quarts ..they always let me know beforehand if something needs done so I am not surprised by an unexpected cost. However when they pulled my car out I went up to pay for the oil but instead the gentleman handed me my keys and told me to enjoy my day. It really meant alot because I hadn't had work for a few weeks . Thank you for the little things. To some they are big!

Brought my car in for front end alignment and tire rotation. There were 2-3 people bringing there cars in for tire checks, tire change, oil change, etc. I was there before the above mentioned customers & asked how long it would take to do my car. Not long they said. I was there for at least an hour or more. First time I had to wait due to others being taken first.

I had a flat tire and a broken stud. They were great. They also changed my oil. I trust them and they have been great every time I take my care in. They are the best.

I started taking my cars over to Plaza Tire Service a few months ago, when I desperately needed tires and no one in town had them available. Their quote was the lowest and they could get me in the same day. I normally don’t stick with the same repair shop, but the customer service at this location has kept me coming back. They are very friendly, and knowledgeable, and try very hard to take care of everyone. You can tell they are good at what they do because they are extremely busy so I would say always expect to wait, or have an alternative plan, either someone taking you back home or have them take you home or work, they will offer that service if you ask for it. I always have my daugther or husband pick me up, But I think they understand not everyone can do that, and I think that’s nice and going the extra mile for customers. I have since taken multiple cars over, for oil change, break replacement, battery and alternator inspections, etc and they have been great every time. Maddie is absolutely great keeping track of everything and keeping me informed about the progress of my cars. I gotta say it’s kind of nice to develop a relationship with a repair shop and that says a lot because I don’t think I’ve ever had that before anywhere else. Basically I would highly recommend the Springfield-Campbell location of Plaza Tire Service to everyone, they are great! Keep up the good work guys!

I came in to have my battery replaced as the old one was dead and had evidence of acid on the bolts coming from the battery. They replace the battery for a new one and that came in at just under $200.00 when I got home and went to put in new wiper fluid I saw that they did not clean the battery acid off and just installed the battery.??I was always told that the corrosion damages battery’s??? NOT SURE WHY they left it there?????????

Brody and the team have been a great help. Was trying to resolve a shaking steering wheel issue and one theory was that new tires could resolve it (amongst several other theories). No hard push to sell me new tires, just good advice and presented me with options. After several discussions with my mechanic and the folks at Plaza, I decided to go with new tires and alignment. You did okay. But the man who replaced my tires did not know how to put my spare back under the van, even though I had all the correct tools. I had to take my van to my regular mechanic and he was able to put the spare back under the car in less than 10 minutes.

I came in at 5:45pm with a tire that was losing air. Not only did they agree to fix it, they happened to have the correct size tire in stock when it turned out the nail was in the sidewall area and could not be fixed. Since I bought the tires from Plaza on West Sunshine, they also gave me a prorated discount on the new tire. I'm glad I chose to buy tires from Plaza.

I had my tires rotated. The issue I had was that I made an appointment on line and received my confirmation. When I went into the store my appointment did not show up. I was told that sometimes on line appointment and what they receive don't always come up on their appointment schedule. They were booked and I had to reschedule for the following week. Why have online booking if it does not coordinate with the stores appointments?

I had my AWD tires rotated. The service was performed quickly. My one concern was when I asked how the tires were rotated, I was told right front to left back and left front to right back. I asked if that was for AWD vehicles. Then I was told that would be front to back on same side. I was a little concerned about how my tires had been rotated.

Did an alinement then was told all 4 tires had tread separation. Your nikon , told things were 100% covered by warranty. Then was charged $173 for tires. Only real question: why was tire warranty not already covered (paid for) as I had paid that on the tires taken off.

Originally I had brought my car in to Plaza Tire for a tire rotation but before I arrived at the shop my car monitor sensed a low tire pressure so I reported that issue to the attendant who checked me in. After completing the rotations I asked whether they had checked the low pressure tire in question with the answer being “yes, you had run over a nail. We fixed that problem and you are ready to go”. The staff at Plaza has always been fantastic and very helpful in making sure we don't spend too much or pay for something we really don't need like other companies try to do. The transmission and diff service on my car went perfectly. However, the main reason I brough my car in was to get an alignment and straighten the steering wheel which was not performed. The car is lowered which offered some difficulties in gettng the car aligned but I was told that the sterring wheel was at least corrected and the TOE was correclty set. The steering wheel was off by at least 15 degrees when I pulled out of the parking space. The price was reasonable just for the fluid change but I wish more attantion would have been paid to the main concern of the alignment

Work performed, very satisfied. Customer service, not so. I went in and explained I needed a puncture repair. I explained I had lifetime, balance, alignment, nitrogen, rotatiom, meaning I did not expect to be charged for the flat repair. The desk attendant did not ask if I Wanted any other service. He went and ordered an alignment check anyway. On completion of the work the attendant showed me that several points of alignment were off from true. I said I was happy with the way the car drove and did not want an alignment. After thinking about it I later that day came in and thought I would get an explanation of what the report said. I got the explanation and decided I wanted an alignment. I was told It would be 99 dollars and even tried to tell me I didn't buy Michelin tires from Plaza Tire. There was no record of my purchases. Only records of my services received. Fortunately for me I had my original purchase records. Is it normal for purchase records to be deleted? I consider our agreement valuable property. I had new tires installed and wanted an alignment done, someone removed a nut off a bolt to my suspension and tried to say it had fell off, i have pictures showing i had just installed the bolt and that it was tight like should have been, also when they installed my tires and used my lug nut key that they made me go get from home, they ruined it with an impact, the inside teeth are ruined now and i had to have the lug keys removed with specials tools. I am very displeased with this company and think ill ever be returning and definitely gonna be talking with bbb about this

The management and technicians provided excellent service and installation of the four new Nokian tires. The price was right also for 70,000 mile tires, and the alignment was handled speedily and accurately as well. I had replaced tie rods myself some time ago, both sides, so it needed aligning. I've got about 1,000 miles on the tires, and they are wearing well thanks to the alignment and high quality tires. It was nice to know Nokian manufactures tires in Tennessee, although the headquarters is in Finland.

Had a flat tire. Called to see if they could get me in, oh yeah bring it in no problem. I luckily had someone follow me, because there were at least 5 people waiting already. Several hours later received a phone call from Barron that they had pulled it in, and wanted to know what I had hit. He was very stern, felt as if I was being scolded. They were going to look into it further and "see what kind of damage I had done". When he called back it was the tie rod but just on the one side. He quoted the price and that he could get the part first thing in the morning, so it was going to be over $400 for the alignment, tire, and tierod. I agreed no choice really, I did look into the hourly rate, it is very high, but it had to be done. So the next day I called around 11 as I had not heard from anyone. The person who answered did not know what was going on, and couldn't find anything in regard to my car. When I told him what it was there for and I had spoken to Barron, he replied that he wasn't there and he does not relay information well. I was not too happy. He found out and called me back. It was ready. So I had someone come and get me and drop me off. It was parked. I waited to pay (20m) got to the car, all 4 air pressure sensors came on, the traction control light and a message stating the 4 wheel drive was unavailable. Went back in, Barron was there he came out fixed the air pressure, and asked to drive it to see what it said etc. He came back and Googled what the possibilities were on his phone and said I might have to take it to the dealership. Again not happy. I called the dealership, while he took it back to the mechanic, and put it back on the lift. When they brought it back around it was all working correctly, according to Barron. And the explanation was that sometimes the codes take awhile to reset. Shouldn't that have been the reason in the beginning not after. The technician Jeff came over and was very nice. Got back in and the tire sensors were still on, Barron said it would even out. So an hour+ later I got to leave with my car. The spare tire was returned to its place but the jack was sliding around in the back...they go in the same compartment? In my opinion, before customers are called, that their car is ready, they should be test driven, so all these kinks are ironed out, not after they arrive. Phone conversations should be factual and professional not imposing blame. All information should be shared with subordinates by the management. And attention to detail should be above average for such an hourly rate. Not a happy customer. Karey Holliday

This was my second set of tires I purchased from Plaza Tires in the last 8 months. I had just had the car at the Kia dealership for service and they pointed out the internal belts were showing on the tires, and were dangerous. So, I asked for a price to replace them. I was quoted two prices, one was stupid high, and the second just stupid. So I went back to Plaza Tire because I was pleasantly surprised with the price the first time, and that was for a pickup--much bigger than the Kia. Again, I was pleasantly surprised, and had them install a new set on the Kia. The kicker is the free rotation every 5,ooo miles, free roadside service should I have a flat, and free repair. What would take Jeff one touch of a button it took this guy nearly an hour to simply enter data into the computer. On top of that he recomputed the total 3 times each time incorrectly and tried to charge me $300 extra. He had poor customer service skills and was arrogant about his own incompetence. I highly recommend a complete retraining of this employee or dismissal. If it were not for this one particular employee I would rate plaza tire a 5 and recommend it to anybody I talk to. When I got tires on my car they said I needed a new tie rod end. They said they could do it right now and quoted me a price. But I didn’t know if they were being honest with me. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my service at plaza tire. I have had tires and service performed on both of my vehicles for the past 2-3 years. I recently took my IS 250 in to have a rear tire replaced as I thought I had damaged it. Well...I was contacted by one of the technicians who “informed me” the tires on my car were not the correct size—-even though they were put on at Plaza. They were out on in 2018, the vehicle requires split sizes between the front & rear. When the tires were initially placed I had a conversation with them at that time with regard to this. I WAS ASSURED the correct size was on the car. Funny thing is I made several trips between 2stores with regard to this as they were NOT the correct size. This was never corrected. So during my most recent visit I was told I need 4 new tires as the 2 in the front are “worn to the steel belts “. The problem I have with this is the tires only have 20,000 miles on them, AND they’re the wrong size. The technician told me himself the sizes are inside the door of the car so he “didn’t know how that mistake was made”. I asked if they would offer any type of a discount on replacing all 4 tires it was nominal still costing $800... (AND I had my oil changed at this visit). I DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING FOR FREE—But the fact that the tire sizes were incorrect is not my fault. The technician told me I would have “to take that up with the other store”. So I’m very dissatisfied & frustrated. The only reason they got a 2 rating is because of my oil change.

Also, and this is the most important, none of the employees wore face coverings, and they did not even try to distance themselves from the customers or any other employees. Had an 1pm appt for a check engine light to be resolved. Upon arrival I asked them to recheck the engine code diagnostics with their code reader. Attendant stated that they didn’t have one. I presented my copy of a diagnostic report from AutoZone from the previous day. Drove back to AutoZone to verify codes. Service was performed based on AutoZone diagnostics. Picked up vehicle and cleared engine light by unhooking battery. Paid and left. Check light came back on with same codes. Probably should consider investing in a diagnostic machine if you plan to service vehicles. Will return for additional service to attempt to resolve the same issue.

I generally give them five stars. However they only tightened about half of my lug nuts this time. Luckily my sway bar broke the day after my tire rotation or wouldn’t have known. While the work I had done was as I requested and at the same value of other shops in the area, I was disappointed in the shop. First of all, there wasn't an employee wearing a mask, even though our community is under a mandatory mask ordinance. Secondly, there was not enough social distancing space provided in the waiting area. Thankfully the gentleman I shared the waiting area with wore a mask. When I went to pay for my services, the clerk used a point of sale that did not have a sneeze guard nor did he wear a mask, even though that's where I stood to be assisted. I understand the masks are a bother to some BUT, if you're part of our community you should follow the ordnances set by our community. Shame on you Plaza Tire - you can and should do better. My rating is neither excellent or poor - it wais what it was: just average. The lack of 5 stars comes strictly due to the fact you were not on point with the city ordinance during this pandemic.

I had to take my car in twice for an Inspection for license. First time went very smoothly and I even got an oil change then too. The car failed because of the Third break light cover being cracked and bulb not working. They could fix it for about $175.00 or I could do it myself. He informed me when I would bring it back all I would have to do is pull up out front and the inspector would look at it and write me a passed ticket. So, that was what I did. I repaired it for about $40.00 and returned the next day. When I pulled up a different guy waited on me and told me I would have to wait about 2 hours before they could get to it just to see the light come on when I stepped on the pedal. That wasn't what I was told the day before. Well, a nice older man took the failed ticket, backed it up a little and had it looked at and I was gone in 10 minutes. I praise the one who took care of me like I was told but not to the so rude. I left happy but not totally satisficed because of the reception I got the first time. I may not return to this store.

This was an unusual time for what normally happens at Plaza Tire. My worker didnt put enough air in my tire to turn off the Low air pressure sensor. Also, he didn’t put in a new tag which had all the new info for the next oil change on it. Both required I take one trip back to Plaza tire and get the situation rectified. Daniel was extremely apologetic and tended to me right away when I returned. He didn’t make me wait at all. But the fact I had to come back was frustrating. Again, this was unusual to the service I normally receive at Plaza Tire. Normally, they are on their game. I received the Smart Driver Package—which included tire rotation, synthetic oil change, new wiper blades, check of the brakes (which no one ever updated me on how those were), etc.

Have used Plaza Tire for over 25 years. Never had any issues with them. However, recently had our tires rotated and balanced on my wife's car. After a very long wait for service, even being the first customer of the day, when finished, her car was all over the road and she was very scared to drive it. Brought it back and after another hour wait, missing a doctor's appointment to boot, they stated only one of her four tires were balanced correctly and that the tech had cross threaded and ruined a wheel stud. Manager stated they were having issues with some equipment. Not cool at all. Tires are pretty much their main gig....right! Can you say lug nut school!

The price, quality and installation of my tires all went well. If that is where the story ended I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately there was a bit more. After picking up my truck, I noticed one tire pressure sensor was reading 0 and then later stopped functioning completely. All four were functional when I dropped my truck off for new tires and an oil change. I went back the next day to inquire about the sensor and the same guy that sold me the tires the day before, didn’t even recognize me or my truck which becomes very apparent later on. He walked out to my truck with me with his reader device and checked the sensors. He confirmed that my electronics were correct and the back left sensor was not working. He proceeded to tell me that sensors have a life span of about 4-5 years and those on my 2009 truck had lasted much longer than expected. That would be impressive, but my truck is a 2017. This was the first set of new tires I have put on it. When I reminded him that it was a 2017 model he made several more comments about how even newer sensors good bad due to the stress of tires being changed. It was evident after a few minutes that he was not entertaining any thought that maybe Plaza Tire caused the issue during the tire change. He then told me that they would gladly fix the sensor during my first rotation and balancing for $’s (don’t remember exactly what he qUnited, but I believe it was $59). To close out the encounter, he then let me know that the assessment he performed was free. I spent over $1000’s the day before at your facility and there was no discussion at all about Plaza’s willingness to cover a $59 tire sensor. Small price to pay to earn a new customer’s long term business.

You guys always seem to do good work. My only complaint is that I had a front brake job and ended up needing rotors. The brake job itself was $149, a fair price. Just for my own information I checked with Auto zone and O'Reilly's and they had rotors for about $40 a piece up to about $70 a piece for the better quality ones. You charged over $100 for each rotor. I suppose I could have not replaced my rotors which probably would not have been a good choice. It seemed that the inflated rotor price increased the final bill pretty substantially. On the plus side, they seem to be very professional, and you don't have to worry about them stealing stuff out of your car.

Service has always been a 5 for excellent but this time it's a 1. Almost 2hr wait for a simple safety inspection. Two other customers came in after me without appointments and we're out before me. Again a simple safety inspection. Guessing only one bad experience over many years is pretty good track record but again it was a safety inspection.

The whole wait was about 2 hours but my car only took about 45 mins to an hour. Still not bad considering how busy the place was but having just gotten off a 12 hour shift the wait was miserable to me.

Service was quick however I was a bit disappointed. I first came in about low tire pressure very early one weekday morning and they just put more air in the tire. I said don't you think it must have a leak and the attendant just ran his hand around the tire and said he did not think so. It was probably the cold air. He put air in every tire although the others were not low. I do not think the cold air would take one tire down to 22 and the others remained around 35. So I took his word as the expert and headed to work. One day later same tire is low again and I went back. This time they checked and found a huge bolt in the tire. They plugged it and charged me $20.00. Although the service was good on the second visit, I should not have needed a second visit. I am glad my car system alerts me to low tires or else I could have been out late at night or in a insecure location with a totally flat tire.
