I had my car inspected there the end of September for the mandatory state inspection - it passed flying colors... now two months later - I'm told the brakes and struts need to be totally re-done because there's no pad left on the brakes and they are dangerous....... TWO MONTHS!!!!!!!!!

These guys rock! Took the time to explain my front end repair. Even took me to the vehicle to show me. I trust them completely. It feels good that I can take my vehicle to a place that's not out to take me.

We bought a new Chevy Cruze at this dealer, after just 5 months it was damage by a real bad hail storm so we decided to take it to the dealer and get it fix, the shop manager told us it will be ready in 4 days, so we rented a car for those 4 days, when we came back for the car it was parked at the same place where we left it at. There were no apologies or nothing they are a bunch of liars, is the last time we do business with them, awful service if you want to save your time and money, don’t go there.

We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! I've been a customer for several years and don't have to concern myself with wondering if I'm being given the right diagnosis or solution to the problem. It makes all the difference. Moreover, Nas and his staff are highly skilled and competent at their craft. I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

I took my car in for the $99 brake special at the end of July '14 to have my front brakes taken care of. I was told I had a seized caliper and that they should be replaced in pairs - an additional $485 and that my pads were worn unevenly 2 & 8mm (they hadn't gotten to the rotors or anything else yet). I told them I wanted to check to see if they were under warranty and it turns out they were, so I had them stop what they were doing and put it all back together. The service advisor was not happy about that. The next day, when the dealership was done with my car, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the calipers - nothing needed to be replaced in the first place and that calipers don't need to be replaced in pairs - unless you subscribe to the 'one went out, the other probably will too' theory - and that the wear measurements they gave on the pads were completely inaccurate. My takeaway from this place - they will gouge you for hundreds of dollars at the drop of a hat if you don't know anything about cars or don't think to question your warranty or get a second opinion. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
