The people were amazing as well as the service on my car! I had a head light that the previous owner messed up the ballast on! Well let’s just say no more issues the lights work amazingly! Madison Motor Werks did a phenomenal job with my Mercedes. I came in for a fairly large repair on my Mercedes E350. They were super pleasant and very professional, plus the prices were appropriate and well below dealer rates. I have been so displeased with the dealer lately and was grateful to find this crew at MMW. Do not hesitate to give this shop a try.

my name is Christy Bumpas. two weeks ago, I took my 2012 Honda Civic for an oil Chnge at the Car Care Clinic off Person rd. in Pearl, Ms. I paid 70 dollars for my oil change and left. couple days later , as I was driving on the highway, my car started to stall and all sorts of engine lights came on. I was shocked since I never had any issues with the car and never had any repairs done on it. I rushed to the nearest shop and had a Cerified tech look at it. he told me the engine was about to completely fail because the wrong oil was put in the car! I was upset and didn't wanna believe that. so I decided to call the Care Care Clinic in Pearl to speak to the manager (Bob). the receptionist would not put me thru claiming he was busy, then he was out, the he will call back...he finally called back 3 days later! he didn't really have anything to say.now I don't have my car and I am forced to ask people for rides to and from work. at this point and due to your manager lack of customer service skills and professionalism I am left with only option and that's to get a lawyer. if you have any further questions you can call me at 6019274608

Hayes Mobile Auto Repair is AWESOME. Hayes himself came to my house and replaced the alternator and serpentine belt on my 2006 Saturn Vue. He did a great job, his prices are really reasonable and it didn't take long to do the job. He also checked the A/c unit told me what the problem was, got it blowing cold to hold me until I can get it repaired. If you are looking for a great honest mechanic then look no farther. My car is running great and I feel good about my decision to use Hayes Mobile Auto Repair. I now have a new go to mechanic.

Went in for a chunk/rear end repair. The truck was in shop for ONLY took 6 hours, charged me 2600 for repair LABOR.....said it was 14 flat rate hours is how they charge for repair...... they never gave an estimate and never informed us of their pricing policy until they handed the whoooooooooping rip off of a bill. They basically charged 433.33 per hour to do this repair. They have you at a disadvantage, and they don't mind sticking it to you.............WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service techs were knowlegeable and efficient, but I cant justify their pricing on labor. We had to pay this outrageous bill to get truck out, but i wrote a letter to the company. We will see if they try to make it right. For now steer clear. Tell Your friends, too. At these prices, they dont need your business.

They scare me enough because they look like the people on the wrong turn movies!!! Your just going to have to trust a stranger here!!! You can't trust these people with anything!!!
