Toyota Sienna 2005
I sincerely appreciate the quality work that I've received from Rising Sun's mechanics- specifically Matthew as he's the one whose helped our family most! Not only has Matthew worked on both of my son's vehicles, but he has also been an extremely helpful resource and dedicated worker when it's come to my 2005 Toyota Sienna. While our Sienna isn't incredibly old, we purchased it second had and there have been a few complications that we were completely lost on! Matthew helped us determine how we could adjust the faulty side door and provided useful insight on the quality of the van's fluids and radiator. Thanks to his attention to detail, we feel confident that our van is road worthy and safe to drive. We will definitely be bringing our cars to mechanics of Rising Sun Auto Repair for any future maintenance needs!!

Nothing-but charged for courtesy inspection
I never write reviews, but this was a very very bad experience and if I can help other mom's not make this mistake it is worth it. My son attends MSU, far away from any family. He took a 2009 Toyota to these "toyota experts" and was totally ripped off. They knew from the original booking phone call that it was probably a tire monitor sensor, which is standard equipment on Toyotas. They booked the appt, kept the vehicle all day and at closing time told my son they didn't have the equipment to check this sensor and could not diagnose the problem. They charged him over $100.00, plus he incurred taxi ride expenses, only to have the exact same problem. I had found this company and checked all the reviews. What really convinced me was another parent saying how wonderful they were. REALLY???? They don't have the tools or knowledge to check a standard safety system!!!! But they still charge you and claim to be experts!!!! If you value your kids DO NOT let them take their vehicle here!
