I felt like I was being sold to buy more than I wanted and forced to comply. I know the front gets paid commission off what I get because they push so hard me to get a lot done. I decided to get the rest of the work done elsewhere from now on because though Ben was the reason I stayed with Tuffys for the last 3 years, he's no longer the one I'm dealing with when I go and I just don't like being sold nor the way I feel when I leave there...I don't like bullies.
My suspension was not good and Tuffy fixed it for me thanks.

The price of the brakes & rotors cost just under $500 at auto zone or advanced auto. It also takes less than 1 hour to do all 4 tires. So they are overcharging almost $700 per hour for labor. I purchased my brakes & rotors & paid under $200 for labor. I recommend going here to get ur oil changed & tires rotated. They’ll give you a free estimate of the work you need on ur ride. You are better off taking it to the dealer or ANY other place at these prices.
