I took my vehicle there for a NC inspection, the inspection was not sure about the tint waiver. He asked me where was my NC waiver sticker which was located in the front windshield. Then he took a photo of my waiver document which was strange, he didn’t really give a clear answer. After waiting for over an hour paying $34 I was told that my from and side windows was too dark. He could have said that prior to doing anything, I would respect them and came back. But now, the star rating is a one instead of higher. But of course, my opinion may not matter. If they text me the survey I will send.
