Oil change, tire repair
I had a great experience here. The staff took a look at my car as soon as I pulled in with concerns about the air being low. They were able to find the problem & repair my tire. A family owned business, the owner is honest & upfront with time/cost of repair. The staff is also polite and friendly. I was new to this to the state waiting for my husband to join me from across the country & this shop was a great find! Would recommend!

Service Provided
I asked them to take a quick look at my wipers when I dropped it off for an inspection. Instead of taking a quick look, they charged me for 1/2 hour of labor without calling me to approve the more extensive diagnositc. When I complained, the owner made a point of saying he didn't like how I complained and that he would have removed the charge if I had been more contrite. I think it is very unprofessional to charge for unapproved work, and especially rude to make a point of saying you would have refunded the money but now aren't going to. I won't be going back.
