So grateful for this service, the ease and convenience of it and how helpful Natalie and Brent were! Plus, I overdid it slightly on the services I ordered and Brent explained what I needed, what I actually didn't and why. I was grateful for that and makes me feel this is a company I can trust and highly recommend to all my friends! From booking online to the time my services were complete, was just over 24 hours. I especially needed that being so short on time this week and also wasn't looking forward to having to find a place to take my car in. I had no idea that this existed, but am so glad I found it!! I TOOK MY CAR TO A SHOP TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECKED FOR A GRINDING NOISE AND MY STEERING WHEEL PULLING. THE SHOP QUOTED ME OVER $700 FOR THE REPAIR. I FOUND MOBILE LUBE DOCTORS ON HERE SO I GAVE THEM A CALL. WITHIN 3 HOURS THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT TO ME AND HAD MY CAR REPAIRED. CHRIS FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY AND SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON SO THAT I UNDERSTOOD. HE WAS ALSO ABLE TO GET ME REPAIRED AND BACK ON THE ROAD FOR $250 LESS THAN WHAT THE SHOP QUOTED ME. I LOVE THIS SERVICE.

Excellent experience. BrakeMaster Mobile Auto Repair saved me about $600 dollars on front end suspension work on my Crown Vic. national chain repair shop wanted over $1200 to do the work. Chris and Travis did it in about 3 hours for half the price . found Chris's business advertised on craigslist so i thought, what do i have to loose. after just a couple of minutes on the phone with Chris he called me back and gave me an estimate that was half of what i was being charged at the chain. Chris met me with my car and started the repair at around 11:30am and he was finished with all the work by about 2pm. new Ball joints upper and lower both sides , new monroe shocks, Sway bar link, and right side tie rod ends all for half of what the national chain was going to gouge me for. dropped it off at another chain to do the front end alignment and it is all good. Honest, and good at their jobs i highly recommend them. Thanks Chris , excellent work and service. i will definitely use you again for all of my auto repair needs.

This was a routine servicing of my RoadTrek generator, oil change, tuning air flow, etc. I made an appointment via phone, arrived on time and had the service completed in less than an hour. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for servicing my generator.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! DO NOT, DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT call these people for service! This is a scam! My husband sent this guy Chris to me to fix my car because I broke down in Greensboro NC. He came out to fix my car and said he needed the money to go get the part. I gave him $250 and never came back to fix my car! He immediately stopped answering his phone! He also have a female riding with him so that you can't go with him. He have fake reviews all made by him from fake pages that he made himself to boost his rating! I'm at the moment still stranded in Greensboro NC. I'm finding out that he has been doing this to people for years!
