Vehicle failed after purchase
Taken to court over threats and abuse, demanding payments before works been started. Odometers and VINs have been removed and switched out on older vehicles. Multiple violations transporting vehicles to other states, namely Florida, with bad tires broken lights and without a CDL.

No response after giving them ample ways to contact me, the secretary demanded I pay them for everyday my car was there. No work was done on my car and as far as I know it never went up on the lift. They'd blocked me in behind four cars and wouldn't let me get it towed to another garage. Old man Royster said that most of the cars there were abandoned but that wasn't the case for my vehicle - they wrote to Raleigh saying something to the opposite and stole it out from under me.

Electrical Repair
All I can say is WOW! These folks had my car for 3 months......3 months and could not get my windows or mirrors to work. They told me it was fixed, charged me $411 and it was not fixed by the time I got home. They told me to bring it back and then they had it for months. Never, ever called me on a status or update. Finally, after waiting and waiting, he said that I should take it to the dealer in Wilmington. I went to pick up the car and he told me he had a solution to fix it. Since I already paid $411, I figured to let him fix it. A month later, he still couldn't fix it. In fact, now my trunk doesn't work, my doors won't lock and my hazards flash while the car is running. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Oh, I failed to mention that my car was dinged up too. My car is silver and now there's red paint on the door. Don't waste your time.....he doesn't know what he's doing.
