Oil change/service
I went in for an oil change on my 2011 RAV4 with 25,000 miles. I was told I needed an emission tune up for ~ $200 because Toyota recommends it. After I had it done I found out it is Corwin's local recommendation not Toyota's. I was misled and received a service that was not only unnecessary but overpriced. Also they tried to sell me 4 new tires for >$700 because one was damaged and they said it could not be repaired. I took the tire to my tire center and they repaired it easily.
