Epic fail at replacement of front windshield
***BEWARE*** He lost the clip to my rearview mirror in the process of replacing my front windshield, he said he would come back and fix it once he got the part. Although he did NOT, 2 weeks pass and I still hadn't heard from him. I left several messages in regards to the mirror, as well as the fact my front windshield leaked air, the seal must not have taken. When I finally got in touch with him, he then he informed me that he wasn't going to make the 20 minute drive out to my home and if I wanted it fixed I had to meet him in Omaha. I was very upset because I felt that was rude and unprofessional. He had no qualms coming to my home to get paid but not to fix either if his mistakes. So reluctantly I met him, however my windshield still LEAKS ans its going on a month. Poor quality as well as terrible customer service

Window replacement
Review listed here with 5 stars MUST be getting paid to write a good review. I don't think the owner of this company knows how to be courteous. When looking at reviews (after the window had been replaced) I learned that he had been in prison for insurance fraud. He was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. I will tell everyone I know not to do business with this man! I wish there was an option to put ZERO stars.
