used car purchase
I recently purchased a used car from Wayne, and it is not my first one. My parents have bought a few cars from Wayne, that is why I went there. As I have no credit, I needed a buy here pay here deal. After a few days of research, I finally went to the dealership, and got the car I wanted. After driving the car for a week, I noticed some things that needed to be taken care of, so I called Wayne, and made an appointment to leave the car, and later that day, Wayne called me to say everything was taken care of. I asked what the charges were, as the items were not coverd in the 30 day warranty. He told me that was no charge, because I did not have the car very long, and since they have a full service department, it was easy to take care of everything. I weould be the first one to complain if I thought I was being treated unfair, but I , and my parents recommend Waqyne's.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE! My sister bought a vehicle here out of desperation last year and was charged way over value and it was a piece of crap. Seats didn't move, a/c heat didn't work properly, had to replace something almost every few weeks.... On Halloween, she was hit and guy fled the seen, leaving her hurt with kids in the car and the van totalled. Wayne pestered her to get van released to him so he could access the damages. I'm sure he'll fix it and try to resell it. Anyway, he then charged her for the tow when she would have let the insurance handle that. When she went to pick up her tags that had been transferred, he refused to give them to her. When I called him to ask why, he said because she owed him money. I let him know he couldn't do that because it was against the law and how she had insurance claim money coming. He still refused, so I let him know I'd have police there. He said, "do what you gotta do" and hung up on me! My sister is really sweet, non aggressive and he totally took advantage of that! He better be glad I don't live in NJ anymore or he'd be dealing with me first hand. Although I may still pay him a visit at the end of the year when I'm up there to visit! I would not recommend him to even my worst enemy! He is very unprofessional and takes advantage of people! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE!
