Mr. Resta
This family owned repair shop has been trusted for 72 years, they have to be honest and fair to stay in business that many years.

brake service
Here is my experience: I had a sudden broken brake line so I took it to Resta's as it was the closest station in this emergency. They were very friendly and nice. I had some idea from speaking with a knowledgeable friend about what (at least in his opinion) the repair should cost. His figure was $250-300 based on the hourly rate of the labor involved. When I went to pick up the car, my bill was $450. I suggested that seemed high but 3 of them in the shop all started happily justifying at once, so I handed over my credit card and paid the $450. The next day I went to 3 other shops including the Jeep dealership and was quoted each time within $50 of $250 -- and at the Jeep dealer I told them I wanted BOTH lines replaced. The bill was still $300. I went back to Resta's and politely questioned Carlo about it suggesting he should adjust the bill. His answer was nasty "Why should I do that?" Just a warning — they're prone to take advantage.
