Very poor
These guys are crooks. The will charge you a bunch of money to incorrectly install equipment you purchase from them and then charge you a bunch more to fix it. I have proof. Please take your hard earned money to an honest business that deserves it.

remote start assistance
Fantastic customer service! They're very knowledgeable and very helpful. I came in to have the key fob for my remote start replaced. The gentlemen that helped me was off the clock, but came up and got me taken care of before leaving. I was very thankful for the friendly faces and the nice service. I had my remote start installed a few years ago at another store, but it's nice to know that I'm still taken care of even when I have an older product. Thanks McCain Mobile Audio!!!
