Crap!!!
I stopped in here 3 months ago and will not go back. I have been receiving solicitation junk mail ever since. No thank-you. The customer service was cheesy-salesman like and nothing was explained to me in technical terms; not even when requested. I was treated in a condescending type manner as though I knew nothing about cars which is not true. My bill consisted of misc. items that had little to do with the actual repair and suggestions that were pointless. I felt dirty walking out, in a "I was just violated" sort of way. Good news: I have other options to repair my vehicle and certainly am happy to exercise these. I suggest others do the same. Perhaps Tomas Lopez should spend more time actually working on vehicles and studying innovative engine repair versus mass mailings, flirting with customers and replying to posts on Yelp.

replace oil pan
I bought a Saturn SW2, new, in 1996. Until the demise of the Saturn brand (and dealerships/shops) the car had never been serviced other than by Saturn mechanics. That is no longer possible. The first time I took it somewhere other than a Saturn dealershipwas for an oil change. As it turns out, the "mechanich" at that shop wrecked the oil pan by screwing in the drain plug too tightly. However, there weren't any overt trouble signs and I didn't even realize there was a problem until today's oil change. The staff. today, actually showed me (not just TOLD me)where the problem was and even offered to let me take the car back to the offending shop for repairs. I opted, instead, to hire today's shop to do the necessary repairs. While I, initially, thought the price estimate a little high, I've now had time to research the cost and have found the quoted price to be , pretty much, in line with the norm for this service. The shop's manager and small staff were all very helpful, seemed to have done a creditable job for a fair price and I believe I will hire them for subsequent work needed.

Service Provided
I love this place! I have been going here for a few years. I have older cars and they let me know what repairs/maintanance are necessary for safety and which ones can wait a while. I have checked around and they are half of what other chains charge for the same service. It is kinda a hole in the wall, but I have been very happy. My car has 240,000 miles on it...same engine and tranny and I am the origional owner. These guys keep my car running great!
