I was there for a smog check. He said there were two vehicles ahead of me and each take 15 minutes. I spent almost an hour and a half waiting. If not for there being so few diesel smog locations, I would have left after speaking to the grump behind the counter when I first arrived. Also, prices increased to $80 for a smog check! What a racket!

The pricing was surprisingly high for the service requested. I’m a frequent customer and left the shop feeling I was taken advantaged of for the service provided. I’d like to continue bringing my vehicles to NAD for service and smog but I’m concerned about this past pricing episode continuing forward. I’m not asking for special treatment or discounted pricing, just fair and equal treatment.
Thought it wasn’t a big deal $3,000 later wow, was told my secondary p... read more Thought it wasn’t a big deal $3,000 later wow, was told my secondary pump went out in the fuel tank, know that’s going take a little time drop the tank or lift the bed, they started don’t like using aftermarket parts ok but most pumps I see were less that a $100, they want $362 I’m there ok get it done the fuel filter is wrong $211 for new fuel filter $100+ to replace, then they said my injector is bad truck has less that 38,000 miles, smog there is good, I know I’ll never go back can’t really say anything good about the shop, over 2 weeks
