verification of my complaints,no real service at all
I would give less stars if it were possible. After THEY broke my cup holder during a previous visit, they now want to charge me to repair it. I took my car in, told them the heater on front seat didn't work and the rear door mechanism that slid the door open and shut wasn't functioning. I also mentioned they told me I needed a new fuel pump when I had it in the previous year (remember the broken cup holder), and now it sometimes was hard to start. They called me back three hours later and told me the heater on the front seat didn't work (to repair: over $300.00) and the rear door sliding mechanism was burnt out (to repair: over $700.00). They told me they could not duplicate the fuel pump issue. I said fine, skip the door and seat repair, and fix the cup holder on your dime, you broke it. Cost to have them verify what I told them?????He wouldn't give me a straight answer on the phone, but said I would charged several hours labor. So that's several hundred dollars, I asked. YES, he said. All that time and money, and hopefully, when I get there, the several hundred cup holder will be restored to it's prime, before they got their hands on it.

Class A Motorhome Chassis and systems
I had the best experience with Mike and Charlie at GMC! I had a lot of work done on my National RV Chassis, they kept me in the loop all the way. I had many things addressed from all the fluids changed, oil, bearings, tires, generator, gas tank, hoses, A/C, window washer pump and much more!! I had some other issues not related to the ones i went in for occur with in a week these gentlemen stepped up and took care of some minor repairs that blew me away. Ive never had such a great customer service experience fixing any vehicle i have owned in 30 years. If you need service on a Motorhome, RV, Bus or commercial truck and your in Reno, NV do not trust your rig with anyone else go to see Mike and Charlie tell them Pappas sent you.
