Upper Control Arm with ball joint and oil change

The people should aware of this place for ripping off the customers. I had popping noise on the front right side. Chad Turner told me that the upper control arms are the issue. He said the one side is 50% corrosion and the other side is 35% corrosion. Without replacing I will be in danger to drive. Also I got oil change service. After the service was done while I drove to home I got the same popping noise again and look like the oil service was not done. I noticed I still have old oil service sticker. When I got home I found I already got the upper control arm replaced when I visited Hinesville Georgia Ford dealer, which I already have a brand new part and that is not the problem. Next day I visited and talked to Chad Turner why you did lie to me to replace the unnecessary parts and showed the billing statement I got it from GA Ford dealer. But he still lied the parts were really bad. I asked him to bring it to me for the prove. He said they already threw out. Also he told me they did nothing wrong and do whatever I want to do. I am planning on claiming the fraud against the Monro to NYS attorney general and inform BBC for the company illegal charge. Please Never go this place. You will get ripped off just like me.

NYS Inspection

I took my vehicle to get a NYS inspection, and this shop failed it, claiming that there was an "active leak" from my power steering system. They even took me into the shop and pointed out where it was "leaking" onto the suspension. In fact, they splashed what appeared to be simple motor oil onto the undercarriage to show me in an attempt to garner trust. They told me that my car needed a $1200 repair to pass inspection. I got a second opinion from another nearby mechanic, who replaced a single brake light, and passed the vehicle. Do not take your car to this shop, ever.
