bought car
I came in and had no problem tradeing in my vehicle. I got more than what my trade in was worth. The owner Jule helped me build my credit. I am already seeing the results on my credit report thanks to Jule and NCFC. I would highly recommend Rockport Auto Sales to anyone looking to build thier credit and buy a nice car at the same time. Reading these other posts is surprising because my experience was very pleasant.

used my info to purchase a for someone else
jule is a crook needs to be reported to the local district attorrney asap ... he making money off scamming people he's a crook right along with the finance company new city funding .... this needs to be reported asap everyone and anyone that as been scammed needs to go down to the district attorney office downtown bing ny the number is 607) 778-2423 file lemon laws claims against this crook

bought car
my fiance came in here to trade in his vehicle...rockport auto is a rip off... he traded in his vehicle and got a loan to pay off his other vehicle and to pay for his current vehicle he has just boughten, jule was supposed to take the 5500 to pay off a dealer in endicott that has still not been paid off..he still has not given the registration.. jule said he would take care of everything... he has failed to take care of anything and when he has been repeatedly asked what he is going to do about it my fiance was told to quit flooding his phone with calls, it will be taken care of...its a month later still have a temporary registration sticker... no title.. and other car loan not paid off which he is still recieving harassing phone calls about the car that was traded mean while jule is out tryin to auction off a car that has not been paid on yet... oh ya and jule says he is the owner but he is really not the owner it his father in laws business not his... i believe he is tryin to run this company to the ground or just wants too make some easy money by scamming customers.

5 stars MrsSimmons 09/03/2012 I would highly recommend Rockport Auto… I would highly recommend Rockport Auto Sales to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a used car. I heard good things about them from a friend that bought his car from there. I went there expecting a high pressure sale but was surprised by how easy and low pressure the whole process was. I dealt directly with the owner (Jule) who went out of his way to not only get me in the car that I wanted but he also got me approved at a local bank which is already helping to re-build my credit. The car that I bought from a local buy here pay here lot in Endicott was a piece of junk. It wasn't even worth half of what I paid for it. The owner still took it on trade for what I felt was fair and got me approved originally with a finance company that dealt with bad credit. He explained that if I just got established and paid on the car for three months he could get me refinanced at a local bank that would lower my interest rate as well as my payments. Three months later I came back and he contacted the bank and just like he said they approved me, which lowered my payment. They even gave me a credit card. The best part was I got to order my car and he went and got me exactly what I wanted from the auction. It was a single owner with a good car fax and he sold it to me for almost $5000 under the book value. I felt like I made the best deal all the way around. So far I've referrred 2 friends who also purchased cars and I received $250 for each car they purchased. I wish I would've bought my first car from Rockport. Again I tell all my friends about my experience.mit was great!!!!!

Bought a lemon!
Bought a car off Jule, owner of rockport auto for about $10,000, he said it came with a 7 month warranty, and I bought an extended 2 year warranty off him. Not even one month after buying car, I had found rattli sound in engine, transmission slipping, oil leaking, among other problems with the car. Complained ti him about it and he said that the warranty that came with car didn't cover those problems, he refused to fix the problems for free (at the time I didn't know about lemon law, that required him to fix this problem for free), I called the place I got the extended warranty through and they said I don't have a policy with them. Jule took the money I paid for the extended warranty but never sent out for it to be trusted (fraud). He ripped me off $10,000 plus he was suppose to be my "found", he pretend to want to help you, but then just rips you off. I'm warning you, DO NOT BUY A CAR OR GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE, in unless you want to get ripped off. He said he was.refund my money for the repairs, but he has yenot kelly his word about anything,he lied and took advantage of me, he said he would give me a "new warranty" free of charge to replace the one I already paid for, but ours been weeks later and he had not done anything he said he would do! If this problem does not get resolved I will have to gk to autopsies and take him to court. Learn from my mistake, DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. Now my vat needs fixed and I can't fix it until this crap is resolved, have him $300 to fix the leak (before I knew he lied about warranty, he said it want covered on warranty anyway)and it's still leaking. what a nightmare.
