Get R Done Fixed My BMW When no one could!!
Lost power to my navigation.power seats,and windows in my 2007 BMW. Too my vehicle to three shops in Watertown and one in central square with no one able to figure this issue out. Found out about Get R Done by driving by it and seeing newer imports around the building. I dropped my car off there because after them it was Burdick BMW Syracuse to spend a fortune. They were very friendly and traced the issue down to internal fuses non serviceable in my fuse box. The box was over $800 from BMW they were very resourceful in locating one used for $250 out of California. I am so pleased I will never go anywhere again while Im stationed up on Drum. I have never had this kind of service before Thanks To Get R Done, T Burnith

Auto Repair
We have gone to Get R Done, for roughly 2 years now, and they have always provided us with top notch service, from the minute you walk in the door. I wouldn t take my vehicles any where else. This is the place you want to be if you are having car troubles. They are professional, treat you like family, and are very reasonably priced. They have fixed issues that I have been having for literally YEARS, and that no one else could figure out. After dumping tons of money into my car at other auto shops, and still having the same problems, I took my car to Steve at Get R Done, not only did he fix the problem, but it was done in excellent time, and at an AWESOME price! I Love my boys at Get R Done!! If you need a mechanic, this is the place you want to be!

Bmw Savior
Had my 2005 BMW 740I after I developed a leak in the coolant systems transfer tube that runs through the motor. BMW wanted $7400 to remove my motor take it apart and replace the tube. I was desperate and a friend of mine suggested at least having Get R Done Automotive look at it.It cost me $250.00 to have it towed to them. After a week they called me and said there was a company that made a special kit designed for this very issue as it was a design flaw common to this vehicle. They quoted me $2500 fixed it perfect in a week I just can't thank them enough I really mean that as I could never afforded Bmw's repair bill and no one else would touch it. Car Repair
I spent $2400 on repair work for my husbands 2006 Chevy Tahoe with a repair center on rt 11 in Watertown. We actually ran out of money attempting to get this vehicle through Nys inspection. Not being from Ny and being transferred to Ft Drum we were informed we could not even get on base with out the sticker provided with the inspection sticker. We contacted emergency loan services on Ft Drum and explained where are vehicle was how much we had spent already and that now GWhizz auto repair wanted another $1200 to get our check engine light out,and get us through inspection. They informed us they needed a second opinion and asked us to bring it to Get R Done for another opinion. We dropped it off there they called us the next day and it had a sticker on it for less than $100. They diaged the codes and found a rats nest in our air cleaner box and replaced our air filter. We will never use anyone else as long as we live up here. I just wanted to thank them for there honesty and attention. Sara Long, Ft Drum Ny

Rebuild of My Motors Top End
Get R Done is a fantastic company to work with when your car needs repairs and you find yourself at the mercy of unsavory dealerships. My Honda S2000 had been in perfect condition for nine years and after driving it cross country from Fort Irwin, CA to Fort Drum, NY it started having all sorts of problems. It was constantly low idling, not wanting to start, and sometimes even stalling out while driving on the highway. I took it to TWO Honda dealerships and neither could figure out what was wrong with it, both of their solutions were just to replace the engine - a nightmarish proposal when you re strapped for cash. Anyway, I took it to Get R Done because I had heard they were honest and fairly priced. I figured I had nothing to lose because no one else could figure out what was going on and I just wanted my car back. Steve was wonderful, I probably bugged him to no end calling almost every day to check in and see what the progress was in diagnosing and fixing my car. Turns out there were a lot of complicated issues that had snowballed into ruining my engine, but Steve took the time to keep me updated and make the effort to find the most cost-effective solution. They did a complete engine-rebuild and my car drives like brand-new. Steve and his team took the time to learn about the intricacies of my persnickety car to make sure they did the job right, and rather than throw their hands up and say well, we can t figure it out so we ll just replace the engine they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it for me. I enjoyed my interactions with him and his team, I feel like I can trust them, and I will definitely be using them for all my car needs while living here in upstate New York.

oil change/other
DO NOT BRING YOUR PERFORMANCE CARS HERE! Mechanic steals your OEM parts and uses it for other cars he is in partnership to sell! He has stolen several parts on my performance car and put new junky ones in instead, as if I am not going to notice. Police report/investigation in progress. Missing Over $2000 in parts! DO NOT GET R DONE HERE!
