end of 2012
They moved to Ridge road but they still suck. Kept my car for a long time put the window down, and ruined my interior. Truely disrespectful untrusting scum bags. Do not recommend for anyone. Do NOT GO HERE FOR ANY WORK

Getting it Broke off
Grimmreaper2020...Nice to see that Benny boy has ripped off enough hard working honest people to make himself legal by the state to continue to bilk the NY public. For some reason in God's infinite reason Sandy spared Brockport transmission. Maybe the thought of being sucked in the sea might scare him to go honest, but not holding my breath. But I sure like to know how much he's paying other people he knows to write such wonderful ratings for his store.Angie will be getting a call from me to let her know of her mistake in being duped to recommending him on her list. Friends, New Yorkers and countrymen/women, open your eyes and read all the reveiws before EVEN considering taking your vehicle to Brockport Transmission...Remember the song "Smiling Faces"? They show no traces of the evil that lurks within. If you want honest, reliable,reputable work that doesn't need to have a half a dozen return trips to have fixed...go someplace else...you'll being doing your wallet and gas tank a favor....and relive the stress of the 2 step migraine Brockport Transmission is trying to cover up from you. And Benny...if I can get a job writing bogus positive experiences for you...are there any health benefits that come with the job?

repair on engine
when you see brockport tranny shop drive the other way!! they will destroy your vehicle. or hey they even take your vehicle home and play with it. i took my car there they had it for 3 weeks i drove there in the evening on night and it wasnt even there they took it home i came back the next morning and it was full of mud. i had to take it somewhere else and get everything fixed again. stay away dont be fooled by the positive comments that brockport tranny shop leaves trying to trick you

transmission rebuild/leak
Crappy Transmission Work I have a brother whom I gave a 1994 Buick Century. Found out the Buick needed to have the transmission rebuilt. I sent my brother $1400 to have a Jasper Transmission installed on the car. Ben said he rebuilt the the transmission for the same amount of money, gave a 3yr warrenty, trouble is if there was a problem on the road...additional money would come out of my brothers pocket. Since the installation of the Ben Transmission my brother has been back a half a dozen times for a transmission leak ben claimed was non-existant...then said it was leaking into the radiator, then the motor, and several other excuses until they found the pin hole in the line. Hole fixed but the leak still remained. Appointments were made only to be broken when all bays were filled with other customers cars. Ben wanted the car left to be worked on. Last time car was left over 300 miles was put on the car and the tank was emptied with no reinburstment. Another mechanic who replaced the radiator found not only a motor mount busted that Ben should have seen, but another set of pin holes leaking transmission fluid in the other lines he never checked. The last time the car was in Ben s shop my bother told him the transmission pan was leaking because the bolts had been over torqued. Ben argued to the point of shouting at my brother it wasn t so until he took it off the car and laid on a flat surface to see for himself the pan was warped. Still in all of this the Jasper transmission was never installed...Ben even lied about not liking the Jasper case but never even had a Jasper Transmission in his place. This man is not one to leave your car with or to trust the lives of your family with. He s declared a Chapter 13 to avoid any legal issues while he continues to rip off the public. He took $1400 of MY money and I do expect satisfaction...And the loaded shotgun he keeps in his shop won t stop me...if he shoots like he does his transmission work I have nothing to worry
