My ’76 Checker Marathon went into Joseph’s for bodywork.  For 9 months they wouldn’t take or return my calls. In that time, they reduced the car to an un-drivable wreck.  Chris, the manager, demanded several thousands of dollars more than the car’s value to return it to me.  He wouldn't put his terms or conditions on paper.  I took them to court.  They didn’t show up.  They lost the case and they’ve neither returned the car nor paid the judgment.
