Excellent!!!!!!A+++++ Brought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for Repair. I was a little apprehensive at first as I was unsure if they were equipped to service such a new vehicle. To my surprise not only were they capable they have a technician there who is Master Certified and was even able to perform a dealer software update. That saved me a full day at the dealer!!!! Service fine as always

I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!

Fantastic service and fair dealings. It's rally hard to find an honest shop that you can trust and Dan and his son have always been top notch when we've dealt with them.

LISTEN PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND THIEF, TELLS YOU HE WON'T TRY AND SELL YOU A BUNCH OF SERVICES AND THAT IS JUST WHAT HE'LL DO, CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE CAN BE SO EVIL.
