water pump, thermostat, B service
The team at M-Spec provided great service on my Mercedes E500. I had a problem with anti-freeze was leaking. I made an appointment for a Tuesday. Adam offered a shuttle ride back home so I didn't want to wait around. I received a detailed inspection with pictures e-mailed to me which was really nice. I have never seen a shop do that before. Jesse was the technician working on my vehicle and he reported that the water pump had sprung a leak. Also the engine fault codes showed the thermostat was not working properly. The guys got me back on the road in a really quick amount of time and even picked me up from my home to pick up the car. The best part is I didn't have to go back to the dealer for any of these services. They use all quality parts and their warranty is amazing. I was even chatting up with another customer when I went to pick up. He couldn't say enough good things about them, I think his name was Fred? They do work on a lot of BMWs which is mostly what you see however Eddie actually took me on a little tour of their shop and showed me all of the tools and equipment they have which is the same as the dealer. I was really happy to find these guys and they really took the anxiety out of going to get my car serviced. Thanks again!!!
