Van to be shipped out for mod

When i dropped off my Van for mod, I felt very uncomfortable. I spoke to man on the computer and he acted like he didnt even knew what i was talking about. I had to ask him everything.....I told him this is a NEW VAN AND I DONT WANT ANYTHING TO HAPPEN TO IT! i EVEN HAD TO ASK HIM IF HE WANTED MY KEYS! I left with NO PAPERS STATING THAT I HAVE JUST DROPPED IT OFF! So when i left the store I had to call the people who put the bidding out on the contract and explained what the hell i went threw! ALL i have to say.....i took lots of pics and it better not have any dings or anything else wrong with it
