I went there for an oil change and got turned away for no apparent reason by the old decrepit man working in the office.  There was no reason I simply asked:  "Can I get an oil change and get someone to look at the engine, it's been having trouble starting"  His answer:  "No" Absolutely ridiculous.  There's an auto shop directly across the street where they actually accommodated me and seem very friendly.
