Alignment service near Walden, NY

I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. • I will NEVER bring my vehicle there again nor will I recommend this shop. I had an accident on the 15th of Jan I did not get my car back till the 11th Of Feb. I do not usually drive on highways or distance with this vehicle. Woodcock was recommended by my insurance company. After paying $1000 dollars for repairs I drove my car home. I finally made a trip on a highway and noticed a strange noise and the vehicle felt weird. I went to my mechanic and he said my control arm and strut were bent. I called woodcock and explained the situation. The guy said NO we didn't take it for a ride on a highway, there isn't one nearby. All they did was drive it on the country road at 30 mph. I said are you going to be responsible for the problem. He said NO and it is very unfortunate ... My insurance Company is going to know about this and hopefully do something and Woodcock will see me in small claims court. stay away or if you have to have your car done due to an accident take it to your own mechanic right after they SAID they fixed it.

HEARD THE STORY ABOUT THIS GUY , SOLD THE WRONG WHEELS AND WAS TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO MACHINE THEM TO FIT . WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE DONE IS SOLD THE RIGHT WHEEL TO FIT THE CAR . AS FOR LANKS THE OLD MAN IS SHORT AND RUDE BUT JOSH AND HIS SON TREAT EVERYBODY FAIR AND ARE VERY FRENDLY. SO DON'T LISTEN TO RUBEN HES JUST A REAL BAD SALESMAN.

I have been bringing my car here for years. Honestly , I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car either. Tony and Scott are probably the best mechanics I know. There is virtually nothing they can not do. They are the real thing. If I were to buy a car I would bring it to them to inspect because they can tell many things about a car that the average individual would miss. If you really have a problem with your car they will figure it and know how to fix without all of the fuss that many mechanics can create. It's this no nonsense approach that I really like. The best part about bringing my car to T and K Auto is that I know it is going to be in good hands.

I have been using Sierra Auto for over 15 years. The tech (Johnny Jr.) is a ASE master tech. Really knows his stuff. They were always able to work out pricing from day one. They also stand behind their work. I would recommend them any day.

I found them friendly fast and honest. I was there only 28 minutes so wait time was great, and they took off almost 30 for my alignment because they said it wasn't that much out of alignment just a little. I would recommend anyone to them,
