Mr. Whelan accommodated me at short notice when I had a problem. His receptionist Donna was, as always, courteous, welcoming and efficient. The work was done expeditiously and completely to my satisfaction. And the price was reasonable. Mr. Whelans place of business is immaculately clean and his customer waiting area is impeccable. Excellent coffee and tea and cocoa are always available and he supplies the most interesting reading material of any business in the Capital District.
