Car Maintenance
I have to say that Dillon and Sonny and all the mechanics at Nor CROSS are the best. They treat me with courtesy and respect. They always treat you fair and do not rip you off like other shops do. They are upfront and honest when they deal with me as a customer. I have been a loyal customer going to them for years now and know that i can trust them to tell me what my cars needs and charge a fair price for the work. Whenever i am confronted with a repair or emergency repair, they always do their best to accommodate me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car repairs.

I went in 8/1/14 for an oil change and transmission fluid/filter change. I had a Firestone coupon I was hoping they would cross honor because I have used them before and wanted to give them the business. I was told by the manager (who was 15 minutes late to open the store) "You are better off going somewhere else." I was willing to let this go and even pay the extra for the oil change because I like their mechanic. I inquired about a tire rotation and he indicated they would charge an additional $30 to rotate my tires front to back (even if they had the car up for an oil change anyway) I asked if he was serious and he said, "Yes, you know tires are heavy" and again indicated I should go elsewhere. It must be nice to have so much business you can treat people poorly and tell them you are not interested in their patronage. This is the same company that calls me to let me know my maintenance issues are coming up and asking me to bring the car in for service at their location. Hmmmmmm.....makes ya think. Anyway....I won't be going back here and I suggest you don't either. My experience and my opinion.
