Terrible..Will never go back!!
I was just at The Pennzoil less than an hour ago and was never treated so rude by anyone like I was treated there. As soon as I pulled in, there was an Employee,white male, shorter than the other 2 empoyees with brown hair. He had an attitude as soon as I pulled in. When I called him on his attitude he refused service. I couldn't beleive it. I just began to laugh in amazement that this company is still in operation. I will never return. I'm still in shock...lol!
